about

Hey everyone, my name is Dave and I am currently 18 years old. I'm a pretty easy going, open-minded person that enjoys discussion and helping someone out in need. Lifting is one true passion that I will follow for as long as I possibly can, I just have a love for it. I also enjoy music, hanging out with my friends and overall, having a good time and getting the best out of life. Please, if anybody has a question about fitness, nutrition, or anything for that matter, dont hesitate to ask, i would be happy to help anybody out.

Hey!

A red light just appeared when I went to start my car. It says "Break IP". The brakes are acting really weird and I'm afraid to drive it. What does this light mean and what should I do to fix it? I have a Ford Taurus 99. Please help if you can!

Thanks! :)

This answer below is absolutley preposterous.. A light on your dashboard that has an explaination mark and a P ussually indicates an engaged Parking Brake. All it is, is a cable that helps to hold your car in place while you are parking, so the load isn't resting on the transmission. It's also known as the emergency brake, and can be used in desperate times to stop your car, although it locks the wheels and can be dangerous at high speeds. Most of the time to make this light go away, all you need to do is find a switch (ussually located underneath the dashboard in most vehicles) that says brake release. This will disengage the cable. When I first read this question, I didn't realize that there was an explaination mark in the first parenthisis, I thought it was an I, meaning another problem. Upon reading it more thoroughly, I realized that it in fact was an explaination mark. All it is is your parking brake. Hope I helped you out! Dave

Now I can't tell how tall you are, and that will make a big difference in my guess. BUT I will say that you look like you have a very fit form. I wwould say anywhere withing the 120-134 region? I might be wrong because of your height.. but I don't know.. haha :p You're in great shape though, don't worry about a thing if you are the least bit concerened about your weight! Hope I helped you out! Dave

ok, so my friends and i went to this club on a teen/all ages night. we're 17. my boyfriend who's 18 didnt want me going bc he says that me dancing with other guys is a form of cheating. i disagree with that. i can understand if me and some other guy were groping all over each other or kissin or whatever, but i dont think dancing with someone else is cheating. even if i do grind/dance with another guy, my boyfriend is the only one i care about and want to be with. he said he understands that, but he still doesnt like it. i would never have it in my heart to cheat on him, or anyone else. in your opinion, is dancing a form of cheating?

I personally don't believe that dancing is a form of cheating, not at all. It's a way for people to have fun, and socialize. Now GRINDING however, is an entirely different form of dancing than a traditional method. It involves aggressive contact between two people, ussually a male and a female in most cases and if you do watch two people do it, you can tell that they are getting some forms of sexual vibes from it. Even if you have no intention on cheating on your boyfriend at all, and you love him with all your heart, he might think differently when he sees another guy basically humping your body on the dance floor. I think that you can comfortably dance with other guys, and that's not a problem at all, but grinding in the club isn't exactly the most faithful thing to do if you have someone else you care about. Hope everything works out well for you! Dave

So,
my thighs are pretty athletic looking, and therefore are really muscley...but the thing is that it's bulky muscles that make my thighs look really fat. Is there any way to lengthen the muscles in my thighs so they look skinnier? It runs through my family that we don't have the skinniest thighs, but is there a way for me to reverse that, like, can I make my thighs relatively lean?
My number one problem is that the front of my thighs is like a bump of muscle, so they look really big from the side, any way to get rid of/ lengthen the muscle there??
Any additional info is greatly appreciated :)
Thanks

Sadly, the way your thighs appear are entirely genetic if you have noticed other members of your family having similar-looking ones, and if that's the case, that's just how you are made. However, since you do say that they are relatively muscular with a layer of body fat on them, you can continue to do cardiovascular exercise to trim down that layer covering up your muscle. As long as you run, jog, even hit a punching bag, anything that will get your heart beating, your pulse going, and your body breathing more rapidly, your in the process of burning body fat. Another thing that should definitley make you feel good is that as long as your only doing cardiovascular exercise such as running, and eating a low calorie, low carbohydrate diet, it's IMPOSSIBLE to gain more muscle mass underneath the layer of body fat. In order to do that, you would need to do weight training and eat a diet consisting of high carbohyrates and calories, otherwise known as bulking. So with that being said, if you stick to cardio on a normal basis, the layer of body fat should reduce itself and your and your thighs in turn, will appear slimmer. Once you do this for awhile too, your legs will be looking very toned, quite obviously because you have the muscle there, but you won't have the body fat covering it up. I'm almost positive that if you do what I said, you will get the results you're looking for! Wish you the best of luck! Dave

hey so i need some foreign techno. hardcore dancing techno. not basshunter. thanks!

Defintiley check out the artist named "Trentemoller." He is an absolutley fantastic Dub artist, and if you played it at a party or dance, people would definitley enjoy dancing to it. Sadly I don't know too many foreign techno artists, but I know he has some great songs. Also, check out "The East Clubbers." If it's dance music you want, you've got it with them. Hope you have good luck finding some songs! Dave

Ok. I've been trying to loose weight and I have a big problem doin so in my stomach area and under arms...Im 17 and a female..If u can be specific on wat to eat, wat kinda exercise machines to use or watever please do so! I need help to look good for the summer! =) thanx so much!

Ok, so you want to lose some of your body fat, you have the will. Believe me when I say that is MORE than half the battle in doing so. In order to burn fat however, it is impossible to "target" where you want to burn body fat. In other words, you can't do a ton of routine leg exercises if you want to lose body fat in your legs. For some reason (and we have not technically found out why yet) every single person on this earth distrubutes their body fat differently than everyone else. In some, it may go right to one area, in others, it may interpret it evenly and distribute it to every limb of the body. The only way you can burn this body fat is to do cardiovascular exercises, which are anything that speeds up the heart, gets you breathing at a rapid rate, and gets your body sweating. Running is the most phenomenal cardiovascular exercise, it's just so intense that it provides your body with a rich, invigorating workout. If at first you can't run for great distances, just walk! Walking is also a form of cardiovascular exercise, just not as aggressive as running. Then gradually, as you find yourself become adept to the walking, begin to go faster and faster, until you can run. To burn body fat, stick to almost all cardiovascular exercise and little to no weight training whatsoever. Many people think it's a good idea to lift free weights as well as run, to burn fat. This is NOT the correct answer to burning body fat. Burning fat requires a very low calorie, low carbohydrate diet, with extensive cardio and little to no weight training, where as bulking (gaining muscle) requires a high calorie, high carbohydrate diet, and intense weight training with little to no cardiovascular exercise at all! With that being said, stick to a diet consisting of little carbohydrates. Carbohydrates are made up of two branches, simple, and complex carbohydrates. Simple is another word for sugar bascially, and would consist of most candies, sweets, and things we essentially call "junk food." Complex carbohydrates are a form of malodextrin, and involve things such as grains, pastas, etc. Any carbohydrates that you do consume, try to keep them complex. For drinking, TRY to stick to water only. Water is an amazing component to becoming fit. It fills us up, it naturally cleanses our bodies, and it hydrates us, providing various forms of energy. Soda is an absolute not. It contains HUGE amounts of sugar (simple carbohydrates) and artifical colors and chemicals. In recent studies, diet soda (in some ways) can be even worse. YES it does not contain any sugars or calories, BUT it does contain an ingredient called aspertame. It may sound far-fetched, but aspertame is literally a poision to our bodies. For one, it turns into furmuldohide in our digestive system, a poisionous chemical. The worst part however is it's mind altering affect it has on us. It isn't actually sweetining the food or drink we are consuming, it is actually TRICKING our brains to believe that what we are consuming is sweet. If you have a sip of diet soda, then lick a lemon, believe it or not, it will taste sweet because of the aspertame still present on your tongue! This means that this can make your brain crave more sweet things, such as chocolate and candy. Try to stick to water, and a low calorie diet in general, and do mainly cardiovascular exercise to burn the body fat you want to get rid of. I really wish you the best of luck! If you have any more specific questions about this, please don't hesitiate to ask me at all. Good luck! Dave

I have a 96 Cavalier. The A/c will not work, but the heat and blower work just fine. My Father looked at it and thought the problem might be a low Freeon situation. But a bottle and a half of dyed freeon later (no leaks or anything came up) and it's still unbearable to drive anywhere because it is so hot out with out an A/C.
I have a baby due in July and I do not want to drive around in a hot car with a newborn. Any advice?

Vehicular Air conditioning is actually a somewhat complex subject, and it is not covered too much in many vocational schools nowadays. I know a few certified mechancis actually that do not know how to work on the AC unit. One thing that I would do is definitley have someone good check it out; you don't want to pay your hard-earned money to a half-wit mechanic who doesn't really know what they are talking about! However, getting back to your AC problem, there are electrical relays (switches) in your car's computer that tell it when to cool down when you flip the AC switch on. If you have the frion, it may be somthing in the vehicle's computer. Have a good mechanic check it over, and if they seem like they know what the deal is, have them fix it. If it's dealing with the air conditioning, you want it done right so it doesn't go faulty again in another month. I hope this helped you! Dave

My friend Viktor, is 10 (I'm 14). He has informed me that he has started to drink alcohol (he's 10). And I'm really worried because it's only 10.

Can anyone tell me about the impact of alcohol (cuz i havn't really tried myself) and what I should say to him? Please help!

It's awesome that you are concerned for your friend and that you are doing the smart thing, you should be very proud of yourself for that! Ussually until the age of 21-25 (give or take a few years), our brains are still growing and developing inside of us. When alcohol is consumed, it impairs our brains. Now even you can take an educated guess that if your brain is still growing, and you mess with it, there is a serious risk of permanant damage. It's just like if you have a flower that is still growing, and you pour acid on it (somthing that would impair it's growth) the flower will obviously get damaged, or even die. Now our brains are MUCH more complex and obviously alcohol won't kill us at an instant, but basically, that's really what it is doing to you inside of your body. Alcohol is Poison, plain and simple. Another effect of alcohol is damage to the liver, basically our bodies "waste" dump. The liver filters out many harmful bacteria that our body doesn't need. Alcohol is a harmful substance, so the liver must work twice as hard to filter out the dangerous substances. Eventually, this leads to the liver being damaged, which causes it to turn a nasty brown in color and grow. Did you ever hear of a beer belly? That's what it is, an enlarged liver within somebodys body, that looks like a large bubble. Trust me, you definitley want to talk your friend out of alcohol, especially thhat young. The earlier you start, the easier it is to get addicted and someday, become an alcoholic. I really hope you can talk him out of it, wish you lots of luck! Dave

I keep getting muscle cramps in my lower calf.
It happens at night, like recently, it's been every night :\
I wake up due to killing calf muscle cramps, like they almost make me cry.
What could be causing this? :\

Thanks!

Ahh, could be a sign of a stretched or slightly torn muscle. (And I use the term slighty very lightyly because if it was a serious tear, you would definitley see/feel it.) Have you been doing any physical activity recently? Make sure that if you do, you always do wholesome stretches to your legs before AND after, to prevent any injuries. When I started lifting weights three years ago, I didn't stretch nearly as much as I do now, and I ended up tearing a muscle in my bicep. :\ If you do tear a muscle, there is ussually a nasty looking bruise where the pain is. If it keeps bothering you, try to do some stretches to both legs and see if it helps the pain go away. When you do a stretch, don't "bounce" while your doing it; hold a firm, solid stretch and inhale and exhale deeply while you do so. This helps the oxygen to travel throughout you and get your muscles limber. For your calves, and great stretch is to simply stand up straight with both feet pointed forward, and a simple lean forward until you touch your toes (or as close as you can get.) If your pain doesn't seem to go away, try to ask your doctor about it and see what they say, but I believe it should only be a temporary thing! Hope this helps! Dave

do a lot of people die from smoking pot their first time?

Absolutley not, I have actually heard that to overdose from smoking marijuana, you need to smoke (in pounds) a weight equal to, or greater than that of how much you weigh. So if you weighed 134 pounds, you would need 134 pounds to overdose on it! I've never smoked it before and never will, but believe me, theres SO many kids at my school who do. I've never heard of anyone dying from weed in my life.

I'm looking for some backing tracks for the following songs:

- Chemical Heart, Grinspoon
- Closing Time, Semisonic
- Glycerine, Bush

I can't seem to find backing tracks for these songs anywhere. Can anyone help me?

x

Now i'm not positive about this, but Guitar Pro may have them. I'm not really sure if it's a free software, I think you might have to pay for it :\ I heard it's an excellent program though, give it a try and see if you have any luck. Hope you find the tracks! Dave

So recently i've been watching a lot of comedy (stage comedy; Larry the Cable guy, ron White, Dane Cook, etc. I've been inspired to start something on my own. I can be pretty funny at random moments, but not quite stage comedy. So heres a few questions on the subject. 1: Do comedians wing it on stage? 2: are the stories they tell real, fake or juist partially altered?
3: How can I imporve my comedy?

I most definitley hear you with stand up comedy, it is so enjoyable to watch and it does really make you feel good! Haha, but about your question(s), for 1. I do know some comedians have an "act" that they are supposed to follow in order or as close to it as possible. In the begining of Jim Gaffigan's "Beyond the Pale" DVD, you can see him rehearsing his jokes from a typed script. As for 2., I guess you can never really know how genuine their stories really are. It seems though that if you tell a true story that really IS funny, you can be more passionate about it and thus, make people laugh more about it. I'm sure many comedians still pull of created stories though, and that is probably ok to do for the sake of comedy i suppose lol. My best advice on how to improve your comedy is to just really think hard about what really is funny in life. Things that comedians joke about that are true, in my opinion, are always much funnier. Say you notice an oxymoron at the supermarket or somthing, like "buy 5 get one free" think about a funny joke you could create about that. "Gee, thanks (say the company's name), I appreciate that free 6th good only after 50 bucks worth of crap. Then the clerk at the register tells me that deal expired two minutes ago." Life really is funny, and you can make so many good jokes about things. You just have to be "on top of the game" so to speak. Try to be spontaneous and create jokes on the spot in your head, and overall increase your response to humor in general. Hey I really wish you good luck! Dave :]

so I'm 16/f and i go to the gym. i'm starting to go regularly. I eat normally and in small amounts so that's really not an issue. i want to tone my legs and make them slimmer. but i don't know whether the treadmill could do a better job at that or whether i should grow muscles on the workout machines instead. what burns fat faster? running or stretching/lifting weights? same goes for arm flab. sometimes i don't have enough time to go and lift weights..so i run instead.and i dont know whether or not im wasting time when i could get a more effective workout by lifting weights instead.
thank you :)

When it comes to burning fat, it is impossible to "target" where you want to burn it. In other words, if you do nothing but abdominal exercises, you might still burn more fat in your legs than your abs, just because that's how your body might interpret it. We all interpret and distribute our body fat differently, so to get rid of it, the same rule still rules. To answer your question though, if you want to burn the body fat, you should mainly stick to nothing but cardiovascular exercise (Anything that speeds your heart up, makes you sweat, and makes you breathe at a faster rate.) If you think about it, to gain muscle you have to eat high calories, and do little to no cardiovascular exercise with extensive weight training, and to burn fat, you eat little calories & carbohydrates and do all cardiovascular exercises, with little to no weight training. For you, I would most definitley stick with your running. Once you burn the body fat off too that you don't wish to have, THEN you can start doing some toning with free weights or lifting equipment. Keep of the great work and best of luck to you! Dave :]

I used to use clean and clear before and got occasional breakouts but then i switched cause my skin dried out in the winter. Now however i break out with the new product so i switched back to clean and clear and i broke out a little more than usual.
Is that okay? i know it probably is, since the treatment is trying to clear our my skin, but should i continue?

When it comes to acne, it is such an unpredictable topic that it's almost impossible to master the treatment of it. Believe it or not, some products do work phenomenal: after the first few weeks. In those first few weeks, they can make your face break out even worse than before, simply because it's just a new, foreign chemical on your face. Then once it goes through it's cycle a few times, it begins to agree with the product and minimize acne. So now that you switched back, your face might just be re-adjusting to the effects of Clean & Clear. Just give it some time, and if it doesn't seem to improve, simply try somthing else. If it gets too bad, you can even visit your dermatologist and have him perscribe a medication that works right for you. Try not to worry about it too much; after all, they will all eventually go away! Wish you best of luck! Dave :]

Okay so I'm motivated, because I really want to shape up my body, but like I'm not motivated enough to actually work out everyday. I'm getting kinda lazy, SO how do i change that? How do I get into a routine?

thanks for you help!

When it comes down to it, if you aren't motivated to work out everyday, you TRULY don't want to shape up your body. In order to have that want, you must crave working out on a daily schedule. A good way to think about it is by looking into the future and visualizing how happy you will be, and how great you will feel once you finally achieve the results you are looking for. When it comes to working out though, some are simply turned away because they just don't know what they like to do. How can you find out what you like to do? Experiment! Try running, hitting a punching bag, lifting weights, etc. until you find out what you really enjoy doing. Experimenting with working out won't hurt, and it can be very progressive. You just simply have to desire the results in order to lose the weight, which can be very tough. Trust me, you can overcome it, just give it some time! Wish you best of luck! Dave :]

I really like this guy that i just met (right before school ended) and well i've liked him for about a month and the next time i'll see him is probably in august or september. And I like him sooo much i think i'll go crazy if i don't see him now. can someone help me?!

15/f

Could you possibly get a phone number for this guy you like? If you have that, the possibilities are endless! You can communicate with each other as much as you want, and if that continued, you could even make plans to hang out over the summer. If you want him to know you're thinking about him, definitley give him a call and he will understand. Ask your friends if they can help find his number somehow so you two can talk. Hope you have good luck with him in the future! Dave :]

I would like to tone my stomach as much as possible in 2 weeks. I'm getting a navel piercing so I would like to tone it down a bit. I've been doing knee to elbow lifts and whatnot.. some aerobic videos too. Would Dance Dance revolution actually help if I do it for an hour or two? I really need to get into shape anyway so I'm trying to make it as much fun as possible. How long should I work out a day to get good results? I'm not expecting WOW i can totally see a difference results just enough to feel comfortable in my jeans again. I'm not sure what to do for eating. Someone told me to drink a lot before I eat so it fills me up or something? I dunno, any tips?

In order to tone your stomach in the matter of two weeks, you need to do some serious eating and exercise advances. For the nutrition aspect of it, you should try to minimize your caloric and carbohydrate intake, and the carbs that you do consume, try to make sure they are complex and not simple. Simple carbohydrates (otherwise known as sugar) burn up quick and don't fill you up as a complex course would. All in all though, minimize carbs as much as possible. WATER will most definitley be your best friend through the course of this time. Not only does it fill you up, but it has no fat, carbs, or protein, the three fundementals that make up calories. Not only will it help you nutritionally, it will have a positive effect on your body to keep on exercising by providing energy. Do not drink any soda, whether that be diet or regular. Regular obviously because it has massive amounts of simple carbohydrates, and diet because it includes an ingredient called aspartame. Aspartame tricks the mind into thinking the food you are consuming is sweet when it really isn't. Why is this bad? It makes your brain crave sweets! For beverages, you should consume nothing but water. Even fruit juices are high in sugar and preserves! As for your excersising, do everything and anything you can that will help. Dance dancee revolution? A great cardiovascular workout! it makes your body sweat, your heart beat faster, your breathing increase. All in all, these are the components that burn fat. In order to recieve the toned look your looking for, the body fat must be at a minimum. Stick to extensive cardio excersises like running and even Dance Dance Revolution. Just try to have fun with your exercising and make your eating a challenge, that you desperatley want to beat. Just have fun with your workouts and stick to your diet, and you WILL achieve the results you are looking for! Best of luck to you! Dave :]

Hi,
I am Pradeep 23 years young boy want to build 6 pack abbs. how long it take and what i have to do for that. Please tell me in detail about exercises for that and also diet chart. my email id is Pradeep.bsa@gmail.com

Hey man, to get the killer six pack that you truly want, this will take much attention and disipline, especially to your eating. When getting a six pack, you cannot do abdominal exercises alone, and extensive cardiovascular exercising such as running is needed to get chiseled abdominals. Anything that will get your body breathing hard, and your heart going good to get you sweating nicely will do just fine to target any excess body fat you have from preventing you from getting a six pack. If it is in your price range, a punching bag is an excellent investment to get your cardio in. Along with providing a rich cardiovascular exercise session, it can be quite a fun workout to do, somthing you look forward to. I know for a fact without mine now, I really wouldn't be as happy with my workout regime. Of course, you do not want to stray away from abdominal exercises, because those will be the foundation to your defined six pack. The crunch is quite possibly the best abdominal exercise you can do for your body, because it targets your overall abdominals. Once you feel that they are becoming too easy, you can do what are called "decline crunches" also, which increase resistance when your doing each crunch, thus giving you a more aggressive workout. Leg raises are also a great exercise, which can be done by lying completley flat on your back, and slowly raising your legs up off the floor and back down again, without letting them touch the floor. When doing this, keep your legs as stiff as a plank, and keep your arms at your sides. If done correctly, you will feel your abdominals tense up with each repitition in which your legs are raised. The "bicycle" is an abdominal exercise done by laying flat on your back, and crossing your fingers behind your head (kind of the same position you would assume when doing a crunch.) With your back still flat on the floor, raise your knees off of the floor, and stya in an almost crouched position. Then, doing ONE leg at a time, pull that particular leg in towards you, while doing a similar motion with your head as you do with a crunch. Use your arms to pull your head towards the knee you are pulling in. Like I said, this is a very similar exersice to a crunch, just with some modification to your knees. Situps, along with crunches, are also very beneficial to constructing a solid six pack. I personally do those exercises every OTHER day, just to prevent my muscle tissue from tearing too much, thus creating a serious injury. Since you want to work on your six pack mainly, a good exercise regime would be cardiovascular one day, then the next, abdominal exercise training. As long as you complete those exercises and stay dedicated to it, you will achieve the six pack you want, as long as you diet properly. I cannot say how long it will take to complete this goal, because achieving a six pack takes SERIOUS dedication, and even with your all given directly to it, it still may take some time. Everbody's body acts differently as far as developing muscle over certain periods of time, because of such things such as metabolism, and other various traits that you are born with, and cannot be achieved in any way. You can't accuratley put a time limit on a project such as this. As far as dieting goes, achieveing a six pack is said to be 80% reliant on nutrition alone. I would say absolutley little to NO sweets whatsover, and due to the circumstances, not alot of carbohydrates such as pasta, bread, etc. Also, watch how much fat total is in your foods, and if you must eat it, try to eat unsaturated fat which doesnt contain as much cholesterol as saturated fats do. Unsaturated ussually derives from plants, where saturated comes from animals. Protein is one other thing that creates a calorie, but proteins also build muscle. Hence, if you want a six pack, watch your carbs and fats, but each a reasonable amount of protein. (For the record, one gram of fat contains 9 calories, carbohydrates have 4 calories per gram, and proteins have 4 calories per gram as well.) So what does it all mean? Try to take in less calories then you are burning off by working out. This is a key element to burning any excess fat preventing you from having your six pack, while achieving enough protein to help your abdominals protrude, creating the six pack! All in all, the process of shaping a six pack is very hard because it takes time, and alot of determination with much work involved. ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE however, and YOU CAN DO IT. Don't get discouraged if at first you don't see results, just stick to it man, and you can do it. Really wish you lots of luck! Dave

Okay, so here's the deal...
ALL of my friends know people from other towns and places, but like...I don't know anybody like that. And I really want a boyfriend from somewhere else because in my town, all of the guys are JERKS and totally shallow.
I see a lot of people on advicenator [I have one] who have loving relationships, and the boys seem really nice [the ones in a relationship] and I always wonder to myself, why aren't those boys in my school?
I don't really know what I'm asking, but like....what should I do? any comments or advice you offer me I will appreciate greatly :]
*15/f if it helps*

When it comes to this subject I am on the SAME page with you, alot of girls in my school are so immature and drive me crazy! If you're interested in meeting other guys though, a great thing to do is get involved with things in their community, and similar things like that. I used to go to a youth group (I still do sometimes when I can make it out there) about 4 or 5 communitys away fro mine, so when I originally went, all of the other girls where from different schools. They were all really nice and I made alot of good friends there, and then, I eventually met even more people from their school through them! Now I have many friends from other schools, most of which are girls too. If you did somthing such as this, theres a good chance you'll end up meeting some guys that you like too! If you find somthing that you could do to meet others from different schools like that, a good thing to do is bring a good friend along with you too so you won't be alone there. That way you both get to meet new people, and so that you have someone to talk to if nobody is warming up to you yet. Since you are 15 years old too, if you like this idea, you could try getting a job in another community (if you have an available ride or way to get there.) That way, theres a good chance that some of your co-workers will be some guys that you'll enjoy meeting! Hey, no matter what, through your life you will meet plenty of other guys from different towns and places, so don't worry about a time limit. ohkayy, well i go to this school. but before it, i went to this other school where i had the best friends ever. but at my new school im not really sure if i have REAL friends. cause you see,.. lets use "lisa, jenny, mercede, mconey" as names for an example.. so lets say, lisa and jenny are best friends, but jennys friends with mercede so mercede hangs out with lisa. and mercedes friends with mconey so mconey hangs out with lisa and jenny.. but there not exactly REAL friends cause they know each other threw each other ! :) lol. well thats the kind of situation i have. and im sorry if this is confusing.. if it is tell me and i'll see if i can fix that. well .. anyways, i have a group of friends that know each other threw each other and i kinda hate some one the people. and dont know what to do cause if i say something .. i'll cause drama which i really hate.. so what do you think i should do ? please give me your opinions. i'd appreaciate it.

thanks in advance ♥

oh gosh, these situations always seem like the worst thing sometimes, they get very annoying very easily! I have learned one thing though that will keep you safe from the drama in those friendships. Make sure that you don't say anything to any of the girls about any of them (sorry that sentance is a little confusing) because you know if you do, somehow, the words are going to get switched up and somebody's feelings will get hurt. That's another way to test your truth in the friendship, because if the person you are telling secrets to tells everyone else, thats a pretty good indicator that they aren't a very good friend. Once again I apologize for the confusion there in my one sentance, haha, but if you have any specific questions that you would like to ask me about it or if you need me to clear that up, i'd be more than happy to! Wish you best of luck with your friends! Dave :)
