Hey You guys! I'm Lauren and i'm pretty much as normal as a fish swimming in water! I love Roller Coasters, and if i could, i would live in Cedar Point... who cares about the loud noises! Nothing is better than the Top Thrill Dragster!! Muah ha ha! lol but like i said i am normal. i'm in ballet which is what i live for! i am also in the South Lyon MARCHING BAND! Well, a kiss has to be special! you can't just go and kiss someone because you want to, it has to have meaning to it. Just kiss her when the time is right, maybe you both are at the park, and your sitting next to her, you could just look her into her eyes, and kiss her! its easy, and a simple way of tellign her you love her.

Hi, my name is Shiloh and im 16. Im about 5'4 and i weigh around 90 pounds i believe. Everyone always asks me if i am anerexic. People even say behind my back that i am. Iam not though, thats the thing. I mean, i eat pretty healthy. like i dont eat a lot, but iam not starving myself or anything. i also dance, so thats probably part of it. i dont really care that people say these things about me, but i dont want to be unhealthy. does this seem unhealthy to you, and what should i do about these bitches saying iam anerexic?
well shiloh, usually dancers are slim, and thats good! you can't help it if you're skinny! You should just ignore the people who say you're anorexic (sp?) people used to make fun of me say say stuff just like that, and i ignored them, and eventually it got old! they are probably either jealous of you, or they are so bored with their life, that all they can do is make fun of people who aren't like them!! don't worry about it!
what diet works best if you want to shed 5 pounds or so and keep it off?
if you just wanna lose 5 pounds, then you should just watch what you eat, and work out (such as running) and to watch what you eat, and limit your portions.

my friend slept over at my house, and we both slept in my room. i have a computer in my room, and i told her that she could go on my computer if she woke up before me, which she did. when i woke up, i was still in bed and i just opened my eyes, but i didnt move or anything. i could see from where i was on my bed that she was going through my computer and looking at all of my things. i could see that she was looking through one of my word documents. then when i said something, i sounded tired and she closed the document immediately and i could see she was hoping that i hadn't seen her looking through my things. i know that i shouldve said something but i didnt, and i completely regret that now, because it shocked me that she would do something like that.
so my question is...should i just try to forget about this happening? and also, is it just me or is it wrong for someone to look around someone elses computer without permission, even if they are(somewhat) a good friend?

well i guess it is normal for people to be curious. your friend was probably bored cause you were still sleeping, and was looking at everything, and when you woke up, it startled her, and she probably thought you would be mad, so she quickly got out of what ever she was on... i don't think its anything to be worried about!

The other day I had a tear-jerking conversation with my friend. I noticed scars and scabs on her wrists from cutting herself. I confronted her, and she broke down and confessed everything. Around springtime last year, she was sickeningly skinny. She honestly looked like a skeleton, or a concentration camp survivor. Then all of a sudden this year she gained a ton of weight, and now she looks healthy. She had reasons for being so skinny, (she's a vegan) but I always worried about her, but never confronted her until just now. She admitted to having been anorexic and only eating 500 calories a day. She's 5'6 and weighed 76 pounds. Now she says she doesn't weigh herself in pounds, only in kilos. She weighs 56. She says that the whole anorexic thing was never about being skinny (she naturally is thin) it was about being able to control her life, because her home life is very screwy. Her mom is a nutcase who is addicted to the internet and has a seperate family online. She says her mom hits her, not in a life threateningly way, but hard enough to leave bruises. Her dad recently lost his job, and her mom is waiting for him to get a new one so she can divorce him then make him pay. According to her, her parents never knew about her anorexia or depression. She told me she desperately wants help, but because of her family's financial situation, she's not sure if she can afford it. And on top of that,she tried commiting suicide once by taking a bunch of pills. Thankfully her plan failed, and she is still here. She says she's no longer suicidal or anorexic, but not yet healed. Cutting herself is a sure sign of that. I feel like a horrible friend because i wasn't there for her during this hard time. I've been sworn to secrecy, but for the safety of my friend I can't keep quiet. What should I do?

OK well i guess i can kinda relate. I admit that i used to cut myself. You friend is going through a really hard time, and she just probably wants to get away from it all... and she thinks that by cutting that its helping but its really making it worse! there are alot of help hotlines, that help teens, and they are free! maybe you could suggest to her to call one... i think that some may be in the phone book... one i know off my head is 177-HELP, but it may not work depending on where you live. let me know how things go!
I'm going into 8th grade this upcoming September and this year I really wanna be all like stylish and stuff. like last year i always had my hair up and was pretty simple. i don't know what to do with my hair or makeup for the first day. i have very thick and VERY wavy dirty blonde hair. i don't want to straighten it because that's too boring for the first day. It's also kinda frizzy, no matter what i put in it. it goes down to like the middle of my back. whenever i scrunch it it always dries up and comes out very poofy and EXTREMELY curly, when i just want that 'wet' look. help please!! also -- for my makeup i have very big green eyes, they're pretty but i find them too big, i want them to stand out but with like thick dark lashes and make them pretty. lol.

well i have extreamly curly hair, and i could never get it to have the crunchy wet look. i had just gotten mine cut, and i found it alot easier to work with. i think that maybe you should cut it to shoulder length and lots of long layers, and maybe a face frame. also you could use the hair styling gell or spray "catwalk" for curly hair to keep it from frizzing! i hope it all works out for you!
im going to a new school this yearthis year. i've been in a catholic/private school since i was 3 years old. now i am going into eighth grade and im switching to a public school. i don't know what it will be like. i know a few kids there but i don't know if people will make fun of me since i new or whatever is going on. please help. i am 13 and f.
changing schools isn't anything to worry about! you don't get picked on for being new, or that you used to be homeschooled. Just be yourself, and don't try too hard to fit in, i'm sure everything will be fine, there is nothing to worry about!
i eat way to much all the time. like im not overweight or anything but i know it will cetch up to me sooner or later so i jsut need ways to stop eating so much & thinking about food all the time.
Well you could start eating portion sizes of healthy foods, and whenever you feel hungry (it could be that you FEEL hungry when you are bored) you could drink water or eat a fruit!
My boyfriend is 18, he is out of school, has a GED and a job. I'm 14, in the 9th grade. All of my friends say that he is too old and that I'm "turning into a whore". He says he loves me and that he only wants me to be happy. Hes really sweet and I dont see what the problem is. My mom knows about the age difference, and she really hasnt said if she was ok with it or not. Do you think its ok? Also, I really love him and he says he loves me, is it possible to find your "true love" at 14?
Well all i have to say is that you can't fine your true love until you have met many other guys, and at the age 14, its kinda young, and its better to go out with kids your age for a while. Maybe you should take a break with your boyfriend for a while, and go out with other people, and if you find that you can't get over him, you could go back out with him!
Okk so my dad booked a european cruise for us and i'm really nervous because of what recently amost happened in london. Now i'm even more nervous because we're flying to London as one of our first flights. I'm so nervous! I'm always nervous of plains even though I fly to australia every summer! Is there any way to make me less nervous?
OK well now with all the airport saftey you have nothing to worry about! there is so much stuff banned (all liquids) that you should be safe, the best thing to do is NOT worry, or you will worry yourself sick, and not have a good time! just don't worry, and think about how you are going to have a GREAT time!!

My boyfriend smokes weed and it really bothers me. I know it's HIS life and I shouldn't tell him what to do, but I don't want him to mess up his life. I know people say ciggs are worse then weed, but weed can still give you cancer. I don't want him to die I just want him to STOP doing drugs so I don't always have to worry about him. What can I say and do to help him stop smoking weed?
ok well you need to prove to your boyfriend what smoking weed it doing to him, AND you! if him smoking weed is hurting you, then you need to tell him. and maybe you could prove to him what the weed is doing to him, and how bad it is hurting his body! if he really loved you, then he wouldn't want to hurt you, so maybe you could tell him that its hurting yourself more than him!
ok i know this is bad but my bf is 20 and im 13 but im vietnamese and i went over there and thats where i met him apparently age doesnt matter over there but now im back here and he lives over there which sucks but every1 says hes using me but he says he wants to marry me when im 18 which im not sure about yet since im just 13 but i dont know what to believe or what to do about the distance i can only see him once a year and i can only talk to him like once a month i dont know what to do should i keep going out w/ him? and i dont know if hes using me or not but i love him alot ahh im soo confused help!
Well this is just my opinion, but if you only get to see him once a year, then you won't actually get to know true love, and you probably shouldn't marry him unless you trully love him, and that should be in a long time, but you could just be wasting your time with him, you never get to see him, and there are so many other guys out there for you!

Whenever I shave my legs I always get cuts. So I tried using shaving cream but that only irritated them, and now I have little red dots everywhere! So what are some good razors that I can use, that aren't exspensive, to have smooth legs? And nair is out of the question. Thanks in advance.
ok well i think that you would be better off asking you doctor about it, but in the mean time you could try using shaving gell for sensitive skin, and try using a venus divine razor! i hope that helps you!

Your boyfriend should love you for who you are, and you shouldn't have to change for him! there is no reason that you should have to change who you are... if he asking you to change, than he isn't right for you!

OMG!! guys with piercings are soo hott! lol.... well actaully only if they are the kind for them... like one piercing is enough... like in the eye brow!! or lip, but then it feels wierd to kiss! lol but not all guys would look good with piercings! some guys are better off with out them!
