Is he too old?
My boyfriend is 18, he is out of school, has a GED and a job. I'm 14, in the 9th grade. All of my friends say that he is too old and that I'm "turning into a whore". He says he loves me and that he only wants me to be happy. Hes really sweet and I dont see what the problem is. My mom knows about the age difference, and she really hasnt said if she was ok with it or not. Do you think its ok? Also, I really love him and he says he loves me, is it possible to find your "true love" at 14?

Well all i have to say is that you can't fine your true love until you have met many other guys, and at the age 14, its kinda young, and its better to go out with kids your age for a while. Maybe you should take a break with your boyfriend for a while, and go out with other people, and if you find that you can't get over him, you could go back out with him!

Well, it doesn't really matter what anyone else thinks, just what the 2 of you think about this.
If your friends don't like it & start calling you bad things & spreading rumors about you, then are they really your friends?
Your mom will love you no matter what, & she does probolly know whats best for you (& yes, it's true, I had to learn that probolly the hardest way possible)
But, it doesn't matter what anyone else thinks, if you love him, & he loves you, then, thats all that matters.
If there is love, no matter the age diffrence, then you really can't stop the love just cos of the age? you'll still feel the same about someone
& 14 isn't too young to fall in-love, I fell in-love for the 1st time when I was 14. & I still love her.

Its only 4 years difference.Whats so bad about that?The older he is,the more mature he will be and the more he will know how to treat you.Its better than dating a guy thats 14 that doesnt even know how to treat a girl.Tell your freinds that.I think that since your mom didnt say anything about this,she might be thinking about it.

ok...SO this may sound a little crazy, but I am 13 and I am dating someone 11...WE are madly in love so I could understand the loving part. yet why would he want someone 4yrs younger? That is still a freaky question...after you get a bit older he might just try to wrestle sex outa you...so WATCH OUT!!! He may say he loves you and he may but he also might be up to something. But if you love him and he loves you, Then it shouldn't make any difference how old you are...The person I love kiss almost everynight before we go off to our separate houses but we see each other everyday..

Im in the same situation but im 17 & i like a 26 year old. I dont see anything wrong with really except the illegal part of it. It is very much possible to find love at 14 its just not something that happens to everyone.
im not telling you to leave this guy but i am saying dont let him hurt you. not physically but emotionally. It is not normal when a guy over 18 falls for a 14 year because hes usually in it for the wrong reasons.
Stay with him but be careful

My sister met her husband when she was 14 and he was 16, they have been married for over 11 years, together for 15 and have 2 awesome kids. So yes it is possible just rare.

L0VE D0ES N0T SEE AN AGE. I am 14, my boyfriend of over a year is 21. He loves me more than my parents and wants more than just sex. I think its okay. Yes, it is possible to find your true love at 14. My boyfriend and I are actually engaged to get married in a couple of years. I love him more than anyone else. So, I think the best way to find out if he is your true love, is to hug him, and if your heart skips a beat or you feel like everything around you stops, thats when you know you love him. Just be a little careful, sometimes older guys want sex. Don't get me wronge, I don't think he does, but a lot of guys his age only want to get with a girl for sex, even if they say they love you. So, find out if he is a virgin, and what his morals are and you should be okay. But, I personaly think he really does love you! =]
