About Me: Hello & welcome to my advice column! My name is Jennifer and I'm 19 years old. I'm married to my high school sweetheart, Eric, as of 06.09.07! ♥ He is in the United States Navy, and right now we are stationed in Virginia Beach. is it like.. unhealthy to not have sex for your entire life,
i want kids, and i want alot, but i want to adopt. its not a spiritual thing..i just.. am weirded out by the idea of sex...
please help..

Are you gay? If the idea of sex wierds you out, maybe you are. I mean.. if you don't ever wana have sex but you want kids- maybe you really are gay? There's nothing wrong with that.. just a thought.

ive been with this girl for 2 weeks and i like her and everything but the first date we went on, she pretty much ripped off her shirt and was offering herself to do anything to me, ya it was ok at first but i like girls that dont want to give something at first to me.. i like a challenge, everytime were together she wants to do sexually stuff , i mean im a guy, and im all for that trust me but its every single time i see her.. i like taking a girl out, going to chill at home watch a movie or go out to one, go out to an amusement park.. not always doing that kind of stuff to eachother now that i realise how she just seems to want to give everything up to me i dont like that and i want to break things off with her, but im not sure on what to say to her when i break it off with her.. my chick friend advised me to do this, so all your help would be appreciated!

Sometimes girls are willing to do anything it takes to hold on to a guy, even if that means giving them anything the want (sexually.) Maybe this girl thinks if she does things sexually with you, that you will not want to dump her and that you'll stay with her? Talk to her. Tell her that you like her for who she is- not just for sexual needs. Try and take her out on a few dates and just take it slow for a while. If you talk to her and she STILL just wants to do sexual things- then she's probably just a slut. Lol. =) But really tho- explain to her how you feel before you just go ahead and dump her. I need to talk my mom into leting me get a hamster but my step dad is like SO nice so to me he's my dad dad but he said I could still get one evan though my mom said no. can you tell how I can tell my mom that I can take care of my hamster what can I tell her?

Just explain to her why you want a hamster. Tell her you'll take care of it, it will stay in your room, she won't have to change the cage (ect.) Be mature tho- don't whine and complain because that will never get you anywhere. Maybe even offer to do chores around the house to get some extra money to pay for the food and cage? Ok my mom doesnt like thongs adn wont let me wear one and none of my friends do, but other people in my grade do. And i cant drive so i cant drive myself to the store to get one. Does anyone have a way i can buy one adn not let my mom know i amm buying it. And i cant go get one with my friends because they hate people who wear them! i rate high!

My mom used to be the same way. So I went with my friend to the mall and we bought them together, and washed them at her house when her parents weren't home- even tho they didn't really care. Maybe you should wash at a friend's house? Good luck.

MY under arm hair is a pain. I keep shaving it but it comes back with in one day.how do i get it to stay a longer.(I am Allergic to nair). What do i do. it is so embarrassing.

There really isn't much you can do. Under arm hair just grows way to fast for almost everyone. Just shave it every day.. It sucks, I know.

Hun, dont' change yourself to make someone like you. If he doesn't seem interested, there's no sense in pushing to be with someone who doesn't feel the same way. Never change who you are or what you like to please someone else! Be yourself- that's good enough for anyone. =)

Hey- look into getting extensions if you REALLY don't like it. If you go to a salon, they can professionally put REALLY cute extensions in your hair. They stay in for a long time- long enough for your hair to grow back, and they look really real. One of my friends got extensions and she even put them in herself. (Probably not the smartest thing to do if you aren't sure how they work.) Hope I helped!

I want to start using tampons but I know my mom hates them because she just read something about a 14 year old getting that toxic shock syndrom from them. I'm active (like sports) and I'm really getting sick of using pads. I just don't know how to tell her I want to start using them because I'd get a bad reaction plus she's never used them and it'd be awkward asking her. HELP

Okay, you're 14 years old- I think you should know better than anyone whats best for you. I do gymnastics and I would never even think about wearing a pad. It's a drag and plus- they get in the way, they're annoying, and messy! My best advice is to go ahead and WEAR THEM ANYWAY, and just don't come out and say anything to your mom. Get one of your older friends or something to take you to the store or something if you don't have a ride, and just buy them. If your mom says anything, just tell her that you need them for sports and you won't be wearing them 24/7. Anyways, hope I helped and good luck.

how do you get cute waves in your hair without gettin a perm...?? please help ill rate high!

Buy a waver. You can get them from Kmart, Targer, Walmart- and they're roughly I'd say 30-50$ depending on the quality of the one you buy. When you use it tho, you have to hold on for like 5-10 seconds. Just like you're using a curling iron. But yeah, you can do your whole head wavy, or just sections. Hope I helped.

Haha- Rip them! Rub them on the sidewalk, make a cut in them with scissors and rip them from there.. or maybe even try using sandpaper to thin out the part you want to rip.

Is there something you need to put on your hair before you straighten it or curl it?

ALWAYS use some kind of a shine in your hair before you straighten it! It protects your hair from the damage that all that heat can do to your hair, but it still allows it to straighten. I use this stuff called "Beyond shine" and it works really well. But seriously, it really keeps your hair from getting damaged and it looks healthier and prettier too!

I think you can fall in love at any age. I've been with my boyfriend for 2 years and we started dating when I was 14 and he was 17. I'm almost 17 now, and he's about to be 20. We're still together and we love eachother more every day. I honestly feel like I've been in love since I was 14. It's possible- just be careful and don't rush into anything you aren't ready for!

about barbizon....what do they do for you....are they jsut your agencie or do u go to classes there if so how much are they and is it for acting modeling ro what tell me more about it and where there locations are?

I took classes at Barbizon, and they are an agency that will help you go farther in doing what you want to do. They train you, and they push you to be better. It's kinda expensive, but I think it's worth it. There's alot of locations, try to see if they have a website that you can find one close to you. Or call them up on a 800 number and see if you can get an audition! Good luck!

Well, I have this friend. We've always been kind of my secondary best friend if you know what I mean. Like- not my best friend, but right up there. Anyways, lately I've been thinking shes really annoying and fake. And I get the feeling she wouldn't be there for me, for example if I wore like... something original and one of a kind that no one else wears.. she'd disown me. She wouldn't accept me for who I am. Like- leave me out in the rain or whatnot. She is kind of fake,and concerns way too much about what other people think of her. I don't know if I should try and keep this friendship or not... cause we have been friends for 4 years.

Talk to her about how she makes you feel! If you never tell her, she'll never know. If you tell her the way you feel and she is rude about it, then she isn't a real friend and she isn't worth trying to keep in your life. A true friend accepts you for who you are no matter what, and always has your back. If you don't feel that this person does- then maybe you should have second thoughts about calling her your best friend. Hope I helped!

Most likely you will have more friends. Just be yourself, and talk to people to make friends or whatever. I'm sure you'll be fine, and don't sweat it. My little sister didn't have any friends in middle school because she's not the greatest with the whole "making friends" thing. She's a freshman this year and she has friends that she goes and hangs out with all the time. Be confident and be yourself! =)

Yikes. Well.. this may sound wierd. But if he has big fingers- have him finger you alot and loosen you up. Then it will hopefully not hurt as bad. If that still doesnt work, you may want to look into getting some type of vibrator (a good sized one) to also stretch you out. my hair is REALLY wavy and frizzy and cruly to a point were it looks horrible when i let it dry or blow dry it. so i bought a chi iron- if you dont know what that is it's supposedly "the best" stragitener- but when i straighten my hair with it after about ten minutes it starts looking bad! i've had it for about 2 years- so is it just dying? but it happened when i first used it 2! am i just not doing it right or should i use hair spray and how much hair spray? does anyone also know any other syle besides scruncing that might look good w/ my kind of hair? help is really appreciated! thanx!

My hair used to be exactly like yours. Get a perminant hair straightener done. At my salon, they did the "Thermal-ionic Japanese hair straightener" and my hair is so much straighter and nicer than it ever was before, and it's healthier too. IM me on AIM *SmoothiesFknRock* and I can pretty much tell you everything you need to know about it, and answer any questions you might have. It is rather pricy, but it's definately 100% worth it, b/c it actually works. Hope to be hearing from you soon, because I can give you some really good advice!
