I like my friend and I asked him out but he said "no i dont like you like that" ,but I really like him and people said we make a good cuple so how do i get hime to like me.

If you want him to like you, find out what he likes.
Tempt him, tease him, figure out why he doesn't "like you that way", and show him that you're not who he thought you were. If you really do like him, then the chances are that he'd probably like you if he got to know you better.

If he doesn't seem interested, there's no sense in pushing to be with someone who doesn't feel the same way. Never change who you are or what you like to please someone else! Be yourself- that's good enough for anyone. =)
