Im 13/f. im about 5'4" and i weigh about 140. EVen if it doesnt sound like a lot which im sure it does, my stomach is Big. Its not all like, flabby and stuff but its not even in a flat shape. it sticks out a lot, and expecially at the top. anything i can do about this? will starving myself reduce my stomach size but at the same time my breast size?

if your metablims cant digest all of a meal, it store the fat and energy in fat cells. IF you strave your self, you metablims SLOWS down so it can feed of the fat and energy stored in the fat cells. As time passes without food, your stomche acids can eat away at your stomach walls creating a hole in your stomach making you DEAD..not skinny.

YOur body eats away at all your muscles leaving you so weak you can even drink...
please DONT strave yourslef....If you are still concernd, ask your parents to take you to a dietition-my friend who had wieght problems has been to one, and has changed he life tremndously...

my friends and i might be going to the movies and i want to sit next to my crush but i'm scared what should i do? how should i plan this?

as you walk into the theater, just sit down next him,you in the middle of you and our friend so you get ALL THE ACTION!! and like put your feet up on the chair in front you.make friendly covo before the movie starts...maybe try to make him laugh...thats important!! Just make sure you laugh (if its a funny movie of course!) when he laughs, and look into his eyes...and if you are friends or some what close...you can even tell him/ hint to him that you like him. AT the end of the movie, tell him that ou had like the BEST time EVEr and hope to do it again!

I don't like my ex, Jason, anymore. He still likes me a lot. I like his step brother, Steven. On Saturday I was at the mall with my friends. We were sitting down in a restaurant and Jason and Steven see us and come sit by us. Jason barely said a word to me. Steven talked to me a lot. He kept staring at me like the whole time. I was like "stop staring at me!" and he just smiled and kept staring. I put my shopping bags in front of my face and then he whispered to my ex "she's hot". Then he added his cell number to my address book in my cell phone without me saying I wanted his number. Then Jason wanted to leave and Steven didn't want to. 10 minutes later, they left & my friends & I kept shopping. Steven saw me, say hi and yelled my name and waved really big and Jason didn't even say hi, but supposably he stilll likes me, he says. Then sunday night Jason called me. we talked for a min and then he's like "steven wants to say something to you" and then he said i was beautiful and he missed my laugh. later on he asked me out. i told him i didn't believe him, because i didn't. he said he'd ask me out next time he sees me since i didn't believe him. i never really see him since he goes to another school. i don't know if he was kidding about asking me out. he said he was serious. we talked til 1 am. then last night my ex, Jason was talking to my friend and he said "i think she likes steven. they were talking for ever last night and i asked her if she liked him & shes like i dunno but i think she does which then im going to get really pissed if she does because a lot of my ex girlfriends like him and i like her a lot." Soo, yeah... I wanna go out w/ steven but it'd hurt jason and yeah. i'd just feel i wasn't good enough or slutty enough for steven since he's 2 grades a head of me. but i can't go out with him because of my ex. people said it'd be cruel to do, so its like my decions have to be alright by him so he doesn't get hurt. but what about me? i really don't want to hurt him. but i dunno if steven likes me? does it seem like it?

okay, there is this kid named Tom, Tom is annoying beyond belief but hes my neighbor and our parents are real tight. moving on.. he was flirtin n touchin (he was like touchin her back n lookin at her thong) this girl named Sara. well Sara got extremely annoyed and asked her boyfriend to beat up Tom. whenever i stick up for tom, he jus blows it off nd whenever i tell him to stop being annoying, he denys it. ive tried calmy talking to him but HE DOESNT GET IT. so here is my question: do i stick up for Tom and have him totally ignore it, or do i let him get beaten up and learn his leason.

Okay..well I have this annoying pimple. It isn't a white head but it's like a bump thing. OMG! it hurts so bad! I tried to pop it and i squeezed as hard as i could and NOTHING comes out it just makes it hurt even more! I tried to leave it alone for a couple days but it doesn't do anything...just hurts and stays red. My mom told me to put alcohol on it and like neosporin and then a bandaid over night because that is what she does but it didn't really do much!! Does anyone know what i should do?!

NOOO!! what eever you do dont POP your pimles...not only is it kinda gross, but it can leave scars and permenent pimples...

some good products are dove and aveeno.

dont buy the drug store products because thoses are just fancy lookin soap. Try to avoid things with "Salicylic acid" in it...it drys your skin out making your pores produce more oil there fore giving you pizza face...in other words with more pimples..ewww...

a good store is bath and body works..but it is on the expensive side..

Hey everyone. I was wondering what YOU think is cute to paint or re-arrange your room, because my room has no windows and its always so dark and depressing down there and i was just wondering if you had any ideas to spice it up a bit at low costs? i will rate for effort.

A great way to brighten uo a dark rooom is to pur mirrors on the walls to reflect the light coming form lamps...this is very fung shuei by the way...and you can get some inexpensive mirrors at places like Ikea (www.ikea.com). they have DIRT cheap mirrors and room accesories that could do your room good. and if your are going to paint your room, do a very light subtle color sicne your room is so dark, the paint will appear the perfect shade!

Hi, I was just browsing the net when I came across this! So heres the
thing, I'm sure it's over told, I really like this guy at my school. I
find that he's hard to read though, like somedays he'll act like he's
really into me, and likes me, but others he doesn't say a word and acts
uninterested. So, here's what makes me think he is; He teases me in a
flirty way sometimes, and seems to like it when I laugh. He remembers
stuff that we've talked about before, even if I said it like in front
of the class, or mumbled it under my breath. This one time in class, he
was talking and when he said the word "amazing" he was definitly
looking at me. Sometimes he'll smile at me in the halls. When I needed help
with the copier he helped me, and seemed sort of nervous, more so
because it was just us, rather than around all of his freinds and class
mates. I also think he might have been staring at me a couple of times,
it's yet to be proven. But, we really have no connection outside of
school. Somedays, it's like he hasn't noticed me in the room, or
sneaking looks at him, I want him to see me! I've been flirting as
discretly yet noticably as humanly possible! I think he's noticed, but I
think maybe were both being to shy. I would ask him out, but I really
don't want to be rejected from him. I really like him so much. I don't
know too much about him either, I know that he hunts, likes fish (as in
pets), plays football, and loves poker and card games. He knows that
I'm in Tae Kwon Do, and am a vegetarian, and also that I've volunteered,
he even said I was special when I said I volunteered without a
sarcastic tone. I think he likes me too, but he's making it hard, or maybe I'm
not reading him right, either way, please help!

hi its been 2 months since my dad left for monterrey to learn french an he will be gone six months. Anyway im stuck at home with my sisters and my mom who are driving me crazy and it seems like the only way i can get away is by smoking and ive got asthma and one kidney. i just need advice on soning out because if i keep up the way ive been smoking ill be dead before im thirty. Any good advice would be nice and i will rate high.

try to get out with friends, do sports- like run around outside, turn on ANGRY music and dance around your room to wear you out, write-even if your not that good it always seems to work for everybody!-, get outside away form your mom and sisters, and the people that make you insane, and that wont tempt you to smoke.

i just got out of this relationship with a guy i dated for a really long time. he broke up with me because we get into little fights. we both still love eachother, but he's afraid to hurt me because of little things. he thinks i'm hurt bc i cry, but i cry bc i don't want to break up. i really want him back, and he says he still loves me. what can i do to convince him that we should be together? i've tried to get over him, i play volleyball n i let my anger out on that, n i write poems n hang out w/ friends, but nothing works! please help me! i donno what to do! =(

I think that you should sit down and talk everything over with him. he seems like he really does care for you and every couple goes through small fights, so if you 2 can work this out, it will show how strong your relationship is!!

hows does a person shed some weight quickly?? ive been trying to lose weight for along time now and nothing seems to work. i work out 3 hours a day and that doesnt help much either.. and im not good for holding diets. i do eat healty thou... any advice?

try to work more cardio into your work out...like jumping jacks..in intervals like 7 sets of 12, and riding a bike, or doing that invisible boxer thingy where you jump up and down pretending to fight someone..FUN!

I've had a hamster before (when I was really young) and since have gotten into reptiles a lot, and have snakes and lizards and all that. So I'm pretty used to handling a lot of animals, (and, well, I wouldn't do something idiotic like holding a rodent before handling my snakes.)

I think rats are one of the most intelligent species of animals, and make great pets. I've always loved them, and I'd like to get a young rat. - I'm not sure how to take care of one, though. Are they OK in a regular cage? In a tank? Is taking care of a rat more complicated, or about the same as a hamster? If I do get one, I want it to have a full life. How long do they usually live?

rats or any rodent are best kept in a tank so they cant slip threw and get strangled by the holes in the wire...hamsters are harder because they need more excersize.

you buy TONS of oreo pudding or chocolate pudding and BIJILLIONS of oreos and then you crush the oreos whole and then mix in the pudding in a large bowl..then you put gummy worms in to so it looks like...well, dirt!

most of the time your muscles get bulkier because there is too much fat and sugar in your diet..so hahaha...

I always look at myself and see how not pretty I am. I hate it. Then I look around at all my friends..why do they get to be automatically pretty? No makeup for some--but still not ugly. I have kind of chubby cheeks but not huge. I have dark blonde, almost brown-ish straight hair a little past my shoulders. I'm sort of tan, but not much. My eyes are hazel, mostly green. If I go out or to school, I wear eyeliner and that's it. I also have a little bit of a belly. I really think I'm not pretty. I've never had a boyfriend, and maybe that's why? Any ideas for makeup that's not too drastic, that will make my face look better? If you have ANYTHING..please tell me.

I have never had a "real" boyfriend before either, but that doesn't mean I am ugly. You need to focus on the important things, what is inside. I know I sound INSANELY corny, but your personality will shine through your outer skin, and people will LOVE you no matter what you look like. All my guy freinds say they dont like make up on girls, and that they'd rather have a girlfriend who doesn;t really care bout her looks, she just has to feel good about herself....and thats totally true! But if none of that helped, some makeup tips would be to lightly dab some rosey blush under the apples (roud aprts of your cheeks)of your cheeks and that'll brighten up your face

wow this is incredibly embrassing but... ok so i started shaving my armpits like normally people do years ago but for the past maybe... year? when ever i shave i still have this little bit of hair left! so i had a venus and figured the blade was just dull so my mom got me an offbrand bag of razors but that didnt help either! ive never told anyone though.. but does anyone have any idea how to get rid of this? thanks!

my family doesn't like my boyfriend. we both have very different backgrounds, and he does a little work in which he gets paid under the table. they think that he will hold me back from going as far as i can in life, but i know that he won't...i won't let him. we love eachother very much, and he treats me like a queen. true, he lied to me once because he was afraid to tell me about the under the table paying, but we have gotten over that and we are closer than ever now. my mom really doesn't like him, she thinks that he is completely wrong for me, and that my getting serious with him will only hurt my future. i don't know how to show mom what he's really like, especially since she doesn't even want to try to get to know the sides of him that i know. it's really hard to love someone when your family is trying to get you to break up with him. what do i do? i am completely at my wits end now. we love eachother, but it seems like my family is trying to be a part of my relationship, our relationship is a line...me and him. my family relationship is some bigger shape, we are all connected, but the line and the bigger shape, so far, aren't. not until he proposes, which he is planning to do. HELP!!!! i don't know what to do!!!

dude. You sould tell your mom how you feel. If you have already talked to her about your boyfiend, then you should jst simply put it to her that she is just going to have to put up with your boyfriend. She says that he is tying you down, whne ultimately, SHE is the one tying down our love. You shouldn't screw up your with your relationship with your mom, but you should be allowed to date any one you want.
