i eat healthily i just snack way too much.

What you do is eat foods low in fats....when u snak..eat apples/carrots drink lots of water...drink diet sodas...dont sit on the computer all day..go for a JOG or go to the gym...

Since I was five and up until I was ten, there was a man that used to abuse me and my bedridden mother. Finally when I was ten years old, my mother kicked him out. A few years after that, I was taken out of my mother's house, and am now living with my 30 year old sister, and her fiance. Anyway, off of the background. a couple years ago, I had a dream that I would run into the abuser guy, and then I did! Nothing bad happened to me that time, but now I'm having nightmares about him again! I'm afraid, because the nightmares are worse than last time, and I'm afraid something really bad might happen. I have a friend that most of the time underestimtes me and pouts me down when I'm in a positive mood. For instance, when I put a different answer on my social studies quiz that wasn't the correct word, but is nother meaning of it, She was like "I don't think that's right, and I don't think she'll accept it" when my other firned said it was right. Also, when my teacher said she was going to round my B+ to an A or A-, and she got an A-, she said to me "I think that it will just show up as a B on your report card". I feel like she tries to put me down just so she can make me believe that she's smarter than I am, which is definitely not true. Most of the time she getson my nerves because she always thinks she the smartest...even my other friends think she gets on their nerves. I haven't confronted her about her being a problem to me because she might just get upset and play childish games like not speaking to me and ignoring me, or she might get an attidtude. I don't know, what do you think is right and that I should do because somebody has got to set her straight!
P.S.: Whenever I ask her a question that I don't get, she says to me "That's so easy" in a voice that she thinks she get everything...I hate it!!!!!
What you do is make more friends, and hang out with them. Don't ignore her, just pretend to drift away and have different and more friends. I had a friend like that, i went out made more friends, and now I just say hi to her in the hals. Just tell her that she needs to act normal and not all "yo: im the human dictionary" The smartest kid in my class, Zach, is really nice. He even lets me copy off his tests. Maybe if you see why shes acting like that, you could change her. maybe shes being preasured at home. ya neva kno!

Everynight, wash your face to get rid of make-up. If you sleep with it, it causes you to break out (trust me, its happend to me before). Eating food with a high amount of sugar can also be the problem. To get rid of the acne, go to your doctor, and he will give you a special cream to help with it.

i got my first kiss at this campground i go to, and it was with this kid whos always been my friend, and we always hang out with like 8 other people. none of them know that me and him had a connection. well a couple of days ago my brother called me on my cellphone while i was out with my boyfriend and a couple friends and he said that the boy i kissed had called him and told him because he couldnt keep it a secret anymore. so my brother called me and told me he knew, and he was flipping out on me, and i guess he was being so loud that my boyfriend heard it, and he got upset and wouldnt talk to me and was always avoiding me. it was a long time ago that we kissed, but he didnt know that so he thought i was cheating on him, and he got pretty upset. i dont know what to do, because he wont listen to anything i say. and im afraid my brother will tell everyone else at the campsite, and i dont want them to know because then when we hang out things will never be the same.

ok i was on vacation at this place my grandparents take us to with all our family, sorta like a camp, and i was singing at the dance one night, and it was sorta like the kick off of the weekend, and they were gonna pay me 200 dollars for each song depending on how good i did, and i really needed the money because my grandmother wanted a new camper, and i wanted to help out. but my x boyfriend showed up in the middle of my song and i choked and skipped a few notes when i saw him, because i really did still love him and we broke up because we moved. anyway i told the person that sold us the camper i would have the 600 dollars the next day, and since i choked i came up 100 dollars short, and i dont wanna tell my grandmother because i feel as if i let her down, and i dont want her to think i did. i dont know how to get the other 100 dollars.
