As you get older if you feel insecure about the size you can always change that with "special equipment" commonly called a Penis Pump or some med's. [ Nevaeh's advice column | Ask Nevaeh A Question ]

DruidX answered Sunday March 14 2004, 8:58 pm: I don't really think there is such a thing as a 'right' size. Most men I know are about 6-8 inches when errect, but they can shrink to as little as 3 inches when 'at rest'.
I know you are coming into adolesance and all those hormones are starting to kick in, making you wonder if you are 'ok' and 'normal', but really there is nothing to worry about, and you should just enjoy the reminant of your childhood whilst you still can because from here on in, it gets pretty messy. Logic-Man answered Sunday March 14 2004, 6:52 pm: I'd say you shouldn't be measuring and why the crap do you care? You shouldn't, you're 13, and if you continue with this perverted mind-set you'll screw your life over. Don't make me come over there. [ Logic-Man's advice column | Ask Logic-Man A Question ]
