overweight please help im about 3 stone overweight (roughly 48lbs)
i eat healthily i just snack way too much.
i really want to loose the weight because in september im starting collage and i want like a new begging in life or w/e.
i am really determined to do this...
i am not very good at keeping to a diet and not snacking.
i do excersise a bit... walkin
i need sum tips and advice on healthy eating i can actually stick to and how to loose weight quickly

if u want 2 lose weight.This is a funny way to lose weight.I read about o VJ who had nighmares of being chased regularly.He ate as much as 5-6 people but he was not fat because he had nightmares.Your brain burns up calories just imaginig you are running.The brain needs fuel.Stick monster pictures in your room,by the morning you will have burned up some calories.
If you do not believe me take up swimming or tennis somthing fun.If the word diet comes to your head type anorexia or bullimia in google or a search site weight.At least try it ]
Well I don't know if this'll help you, but I'll try..
Instead of snacking on junk foods, snack on fruits, or something healthy.
Join a gym. Or do some workouts at your house, like tae boe (sp? =), or just some crunches or something. Www.toneteen.com might help you out.
Try jogging instead of walking, or try walking at a faster pace.
Cut down your portions at meal time.

i dont know how much i weigh in pounds
but im roughly 12 stone and there are 14 pounds in each stone ]
What you do is eat foods low in fats....when u snak..eat apples/carrots drink lots of water...drink diet sodas...dont sit on the computer all day..go for a JOG or go to the gym...

Try eating less food, and if you get hungry have a little snake because most people end up having a packet of crisp or chocolate to fill them up, but thats just going to make you gain more weight. after school/work instead of getting the bus or a lift home walk if its too far to walk then get the bus and get of a few stops early and walk the rest of the way, Walking is a great exercise take up a sport! like swimming,football, tennis anything that makes you feel good and that you enjoy join a local diet group and they give you information and tips how to lose weight. go to this site: www.itv/health if that comes up they have great tips and exercises to help you lose weight. If it doesnt work type in health in google.

Ok you just need to do extra exercise. Just skip its a really good way of keeping fit. Try to get a routine of work going say 10 sit ups in the morning and at night, then gradually do 10 every hour or so. You dont have to diet, just limit the amount of food you eat, lots of healthy and less unhealthy food ]
