I say the best thing is to run,running is one of the absolute best workouts. Also don't starve yourself. Eat very healthy and exercise is the best remedy. :)

does anyone know when the best time of the day is to get a tan? i heard before that a certain time in the day the sun is stronger, i forget what time it was though

Hi all i had a misscarriage april last year and ever since we have been trying for a baby but no luck it is a year later now.. i am due my period but am 5 days late i had few cramps that been coming and going and have very sore boobs more then normal but i dont know wat to do i took a test 2 days after i missed but was negative please help me i would like sum advice thankyou..

Okay, so I heard that you're a really good collumnist and I just need some help about now.
So I have this thing, lets call him Jimmy, and Jimmy and me are really close. Until this BITCH, I like to refer to her as EL DIABLO! But yes, so me and jimmy were fooling around, mainly he was sticking his feet in my vagina( OMG I LOVVE THAT ITS THE BEST FEELING EVER) and diablo walks in and starts sucking his cock. Ah, I know what you are talking about. I have had this same thing happen to me. What I have done in the past was I went crazy on the other bitch( or "Diablo") I hit her over the head with a wrench... It worked. But sometimes that doesn't always work....so the best thing to do sometimes Is to have them join. I say the more the better. I like it when a guy wears socks when he uses his feet in my vagina :)

Every gel I use for my hair, makes my hair greyish and flakey. I have used numerous types and its always the same.
Is it my hair?
If not, what gel would *you* reccomend?

Ok, I have a serious problem. I have become very suicidal because of depression, and other things that I don't want to say. I called my boyfriend one night, telling him I wanted to kill myself, he called my parents and told them. My mom was too busy with her boyfriend, so she just said, "I'll just call her dad and have him check up on her." My dad came over and just brought me food, it was very nice of him, but he didn't know what to do, I am seeing a therapist. But I know that if I told her that I felt as if I were going to attempt this, she'd get me in a hospital. So, here are my questions.
How can I get my parents to take my very depressed feelings of dying seriously?
[I tried telling my mom, my exact words were, "I seriously want to die, everyone thinks its just a phase, but I seriouly want to be dead."] I got nothing out of this. I feel like my mom could care less. And as for my dad, he thinks I'm being ridiculous, and so does my sisters.
When you are in a hospital/mental institution, what exactly happens?
I fear that I will be trapped in there screaming with everyone ignoring me. So, if anyone could tell me as much as they can please, details.

Tell your therapist how you fell about all of this...I think that she would give you the advice you need. I hope things get better for you :)

I have this friend and lately her parents divorced. At first she wouldn't tell me but then she did and she started crying. I feel really bad for her, how can i make her feel better? She keeps on saying that people will think that she is a divorced child.. But she really isn't. Shes so nice. (link)
