hope i helped. [ oneandonly345's advice column | Ask oneandonly345 A Question ]
dorinflower55 answered Wednesday April 13 2005, 9:28 pm: don't go enerecsic-that's just ugly and stupid...try not eating snacks at all or once a week and if u do eat snacks eat natural/healthy ones. run alot and try to push yourself a little-but not to much. u could do sit ups, pushups, pull ups, and try finding an after school activity like karate, soccer, swimming...
-hope i helped-good luck!

flutterbyme_8i8 answered Wednesday April 13 2005, 8:56 pm: Ok well I know this amazing ab routine that I'll share with ya! :)
You can either do 100 reps (10 reps of each) or 200 reps (20 reps of each)
1. Crunches
2. Left side crunch (knees to right side)
3. Right side crunch (knees to left side)
4. Elbows 2 knees - hands on top of head, don't pull head, contact w/knees.
5. Superman crunch - Lock thumbs together, flex toes, lift upper body, straight legs ; alternative - reach w/one hand while holding other on neck for support.
6. leg lifts - hands flat under butt, press back 2 floor, try 2 keep head down if you can and watch your leg height..don't go too high.
7. In & Outs - keep head up high, legs straight in and out.
8. Hip Rock - hands behind neck, head up, elbows wide, knees bent and use a rocking motion while bringing your knees to your chest, lift up your butt for a bonus stretch.
9. Bicycles - just like riding a bike ;)
10. Full body crunch - elbows in tight, open and close bringing your head and hands to your knees.
I hope this makes enough sense. It may sound a little confusing but I did my best to make it short and sweet. If you have any questions feel free to ask me and I'll try to explain further! Hope it works well for ya.
