I'm not fat, i want to just loose about 2-3 in. off my thighs and about 2 in. off my stomach before i have to go out in a bikini. Does anywun no any good workouts or enything? **-- I RATE 5s --**
i would do what everone else said to do, i do like 25 situps a day, then i do more after a while, you could always run up and down your steps or go for walks, it works for me, probally would work for you also.
