Here's the deal: I love singing. I've been singing since 4th grade and I've been in choirs since 5th. I haven't taken voice lessons.
Now, I want to sing a song for a talent show, but my only problem is... MY VOICE IS HORRIBLE. I have experience, but it's just the way it SOUNDS, do you know what I mean?
I recorded my voice on my cell phone, and I got so depressed at the way it sounds.
What can I do? Will singing lessons help at all? Thanks! (link)

singing lessons only widen you voice box you need to find a singing style that doesnt make your voice sound like shit like country or rap you know find the right one and you will rule the mic

Ok Exams are here, and i am completely stressed over one in particular: Calculus. I have such a busy weekend because my young aunt from the states is coming and i want to do stuff but the exam is on tuesday ( i also have another on monday) and i freaking out. Any good tips on how i should prepare well for this exam, i am perplexed on how to confront it. Thanx in advance. (link)

its best to study for exams by doing something physical get your aunt to play a game where you both would have to use calculas to win and that way you work out your problems and spend time with your visitor

ok so sorry this is sorta long. well i came downstairs today and my mom is sitting at the computer looking at flights and she goes, "ok so there is this mothers weekend thing at ur sisters college, but its the weekend of your birthday." (she was asking me what i thought, but ovbiously she was already looking at flights so she wanted to go there.) so i told her it was fine whatever, to go. then i just walked away. then i hear her quickly call my sister and say, "shes fine, im coming." i am so mad. not only is it my bday its my sweet 16. its like she likes my sister better and cares nothing about my birthday. would anyone else be offended/upset if this happened? i just dont know what to do. i feel like crap. well i know how important a birthday is and especcially 16th i would feel upset as well just ask your mum if it would be ok if she could leave maybe ona later date like the day after your birthday or maybe at a different time on your birthday because you would really like her to be there for you

So i have a really good friend and he has been talking about suicide all this week and he is really starting to scare me. I talk to him about how much i care about him etc. but still he said i dont think ill kill myself just now. but later i dont know. IM SO WORRIED ABOUT MY FRIEND! and try to have some other answer besides tell someone because i know that and i am considering it. So please any other good ideas.. its tough when a friend goes through rough stages in tehre life but you just have to stay positive try and offer him to come out and enjoy life tell him or show him taht problems are things you can get over and there is always tomorrow. show taht his life is worth living and dont doubt yourself just know that you only have one life so have a good one

well there's this stupid gurl who wants to fight me. she wants to fight me because i looked at her in a dirty way. that's a bunch of bullshit because i always say i to her whenever i see her and she's the one who's always giving me dirty looks! i'm not scared to fight her it's just that i don't want to get in trouble. so what should i do? should i try talking to her? please tell me what should i do?

well in school there are a lot of fights but just ask her why do you want to fight me i am not doing anything wrong and you think that its rediculas that you 2 are fighting and maybe she will see that you are not playing and it is a stupid lil fight

I have really bad dandruff on the back of my head and there are like yellow spots on my scalp there

thats got to suck but yeah buy a product called head and shoulders its the best for scalp cleaning or go to a chinese shop and buy a shampoo because chinese hair products are organic it will help big time

well dont feel at all like your the only one who does this, everyone going through life has sexuall fantacy's about the opposite sex or even the same sex and its only the hormones in your body i am 17 and i still fantacise about guys i see but once you learn and experiment more you dont seem as curious so you wont have as many but your not the odd one out you are just one of many

I think it is sweet that your getting her a pair of pants but unless she really wanted them that isnt as good enough gift. girls really like romantic things like flowers and jewlery. however if you still want to go for the pants you should ask her mum and find out but the sizes and 4,6,8,10,12,14,16,18,20,22,24 but try not to get such a big siz she might take that as she is fat. good luck

my best friend has been ahving a lot of probelems wit her aunt and she has a problem wit her bf he really doesnt love her . i have tryed tellin her but she dont listen he look her in the eyes today and told her he doesnt want to break up wit her and was smiling the whole time.he reall doesnt he ahs told everyone and we try telling her but doesnt want to believe it even though he has been giving her signs like leavin her all alone and ignoring her. they have been togetehr 4 a month and eh wont break up wit her bc he doesnt have the guts. what should i do i cant just stand here and watch my friend suffer like this!! plz help! This girl likes this guy a lot and because of it she denys anything u tell her that is gunna mess up her love life. the best you could do is show her whats happening and let her deal with it. it is a hard thing to get used to. You are going to have to sit this one out .tell her what you think or know and let her learn her lesson if she doesnot listen its the best you can do . good luck
