i've always believed in God but my faith grew stronger when sept 11th happened. many people had the same "feeling" not to go to work that day. for that many people to report that same "feeling," something was not normal. coincidence? i think not. i believe that it was not their time to die so God told them not to go to work that day. like honestly, i dont see how someone can not believe in God. to me, its pretty obvious. ok well thats where i stand. hope i helped. hey im having a christmas party in december, and were gonna do a gift exchange. each person is bringing one present, and will give it to another person. the problem is, a want a creative, fun way to have people choose which present they get, like a game. got any ideas?

i'm not sure if this is a game but one time i participated in what i think was called chinese auction or something. anyway, you pick numbers out of a hat to decide who picks a present first. then the first person to pick a present from the pile picks theirs and unwraps it and shows it to everyone else. the second person can choose to pick another one out of the pile or take the one from the first person. then when its the third person's turn, they can choose to get a new present or take one from the first or second person. the next person can choose another gift or the gift from the first, second, or third person and so on...you get the point. the only thing is that the first person always gets cheated. i'd suggest maybe the first 3 or 4 people get to go at the end. have fun at your party! Ok. in cartoon desg i was way ahead and i drew a pic of my friend Rachel and later in the day i ran into this girl i have been thinking that she likes me whos name is Heidi and when i showed her the pic ahe asked in an almost angry tone who was the girl in the pic and im afraid that Heidi will tell rach i like her {rach} and rach will try to avoid me and stuff. What can I do?

hey man don't even worry about that. if rachel is a typical 7th grade girl, she's not going to avoid you. what will probably happen is that it would be a little awkward at first to talk to you because every time she sees you, she'll think about how you like her. believe me, i'm a guy in 10th grade and thats still what happens to me. oh but there is one question i have to ask...does heidi know you like rachel? b/c if she does, you should ask her not to tell. if she doesn't know then just dont say anything else to her about it. let me know how that turns out. my s/n is LBoogeyfied5 if you have AIM or you could just let me know when you rate me haha. i just started freshman year and i'm in all AP and honors classes but they r really hard! im failing like all my classes and i know its because im dumb and my parents wont let me take easier classes! theyre just like 'ur not getting good grades cuz ur sooo lazy' and i cant stand it anymore! i want to die!! Don't worry about it. A person's freshman year is almost always the hardest. You'll adjust to the classes. I think what's happening right now is you're having trouble adjusting to having so much work. You'll get the hang of it. Just do your best, don't worry about what other people say. If you know you're trying hard, just keep it up and you'll be fine. Hope i helped! HM911

Sorry to say it but it does last all year. It was like that for me too and i played a sport every season. I felt like i was gonna explode from all the pressure but i made it through. I'll be completely honest with you..it doesn't get much easier so you'll have to adjust. I'm usually not one to suggest cheating (and for the record, i'm not telling you to cheat) but it helps to have friends in your classes that you can trust and ask for help (and sometimes answers if you're desperate). Don't worry, you can make it. I was a freshman last year and i made it so you can too. Hope i helped. HM911

well..first of all i'm a 15m..i'm kinda shy if i don't really know the person yet and i just was curious if anyone had some tips on picking up girls..like ones that i don't know maybe at the pool or anything..i'm not exactly the best looking so thats not really to my advantage either

It was my week to feed the dog and I totally forgot because I got so caught up on going to a a carnival thing where "famous" people were going. I kept getting out of the house with my friends looking for good clothes and stuff like that, you know getting ready. So I TOTALLY forgot about the dog and left the poor thing with no food. I know it was my fault but I didnt want to get grounded from going so I blamed it on my brother. I told my mom that we switched weeks and we didnt. My brother will not talk to me because hes grounded for the rest of the month since the dog is sick. And it really sucks because its summer! Well I want to tell my mom that it was really my week but I dont know if I should. I am driving myself INSANE over this. Please helppp!!

i think you should come clean. the longer you try to hold in a lie, the harder it becomes and the more you regret it. just be honest with your mom and tell her the truth, she'll forgive you. you probably won't get off the hook completely but you'll feel better about admitting that it was your fault. also, you should probably apologize to your brother and make sure he doesn't hate you. hope i helped! ok so there is this guy that i REALLY like..and i talk to him online a lot and tells me im really pretty and stuff..and i think he's really hott but i dont know what to say back to him? because instead of telling me im hott he says that im pretty and beautiful and stuff which i really like because its not insensitive like saying im hott is..so whats a sweet way to tell him he's "hott" or fine or whatever?? all you have to say is "right back at ya". i know guys aren't usually called pretty but at least he'll get a laugh out of it. or if u don't want to say that u can always say "your quite attractive yourself"

Me & my guyfriend are going to the movies. We've never hung out one-on-one out of school so this is a big deal since I like him. I'm not sure if it's going to be uncomfortable for us. it might be weird since it is the first time the two of you are hanging out but it wont be a big deal. As far as having people say he likes you, you have to remember that people are going to talk forever so your going to have to know when to trust them and when not to. Who knows, maybe he does like you, which i'm thinking he does. He can like another girl and still like you. We're guys, it happens. but don't worry about it. you'll be fine at the movies. just go and have fun. hope i helped! HM911
