I've been having nosebleeds since I was little, but just recently in the past few weeks i've started to get them daily. Sometimes I'll get them in the shower, sometimes I'll get them when I'm just walking around my house. I'll put pressure on my nose, lean foward, put an ice pack on the bridge of my nose, but it takes about 20 minutes for them to stop. And I always have to blow my nose during it because I feel the mucus dripping down my throat. When I blow my nose, it'll be a big clump of bloody mucus. Sometimes it gets into my mouth and I'll have to spit it out.
Are these serious? Should I call my doctor? Thank you.

okay well yesterday i was messing around at my friends basketball yesterday.
i played some defence.
and so yeah i was defending and i was running with the person and i i dont know how to explain it.
like my ankel gave out and i fell really hard.
adn when i did this my ankel snapped.
it made a really loud noise.
my boyfriend took me to his house.
and had his dad look at it.
his dad said it was perfectly fine.
but it still hurts really bad.
like i can barely walk.

Hey everyone Im a 15 year old girl in highschool and I need some advice. My used to be best friend recently started getting drunk about a month into our freshman year. At first she started talking about it and I got really mad at her for even thinking about it. I made her promise not to go drinking and promised me she wouldn't. Then I here on homecomming that she drank before the dance with some of my other friends but I just assumed that she was acting crazy at the dance, not actually drunk. I had to hear from SOMEONE ELSE that she drank. So indtead of confronting her I gave her a complete silent treatment for 3 weeks. She finally wrote me a note saying how she was sorry how she messed up our friendship, how we used to be best friends, how shes an idiot, how shell never drink again and stuff like that. I decided to forgive her a few days later. So time went on and we were cool, but then like 4 days ago i found out she FOR SURE was drinking over the weekend. Then today I found out shes planning to go get drunk this weekend. Ive stopped talking to her since i found out she drank last weekend. Am I doing something wrong? How do I handle this? Do i talk to her? I care about her soooooo much. she also has a problem with being taken advantage of by boys. Her mom has cancer, her dads an ex meth user. She keeps trying to work things out with me but I always brush her off. Sometimes im pretty nasty w/ her. Theres more sides to the story, but i think im running out of room so i'll stop. My mind is troubled. I am thinking about suicide. I know it isn't the answer, yet I have been thinking about it for years, but have done nothing. I am not suffering from depression, but I am a bit depressed. I get aalong each day yet there is an empty void inside me that has no solution. It eats at me everyday all the time. Suicide seems like the only solution. The more I deny it the more I want it. I can't inflict pain on myself, but if I were to do it it would be by pills. I am not saying I am going to, just that I think I think about it too much. I have no religion. I believe that when you die, your soul moves on and takes you to the place you truly desire. Not heaven. For me I belive that my soul will take me to another body of the alias and world I created in my mind. Mostly I created it for an escape from family and life, but lately it has become an addiction.
What should I do. I can't talk to my parents, a therapist, without anyone knowing, but I am afraid that one day i will end my life. and that pull to do it is getting stronger, not because I am depressed, but because I am curious, and the void is pulling towards it.

Ever since Thanksgiving, when I visited relatives in a cold/windy climate, my lips have been very chapped- especially after I returned home. Now, it looks like it's in the healing process, but my lips are extremely dry/flaky. I tried using cocoa butter, which works for a while...and I've tried vasaline, which also works, but when i wake up, my lips are still dry and flaky. Is there anything else I could do to make my chapped lips better... something that'll actually take care of it? There's lots of dry skin, I think mainly since it's beginning to heal, but it's taking forever to get better.

I admit, I am a worrier...and I tend not to deal with stress constructively. I am very stressed out right now. Almost every day I feel like my heart is in my throat. I lose my appetite (though I do eat),my stomach feels like it's gonna flip, and sometimes when I wake up my heart starts racing at the thought of the things I have to take care of. I have already graduated college, and the thought of what I am to do now, afterwards, is literally draining me. I can't even think straight anymore- stress is getting the best of me.
I am generally a relaxed person, but right now I'm so tense. Does anyone have any advice as to how to relax and take my mind off things, but at the same time get things done? (e.g, ways to ease stress)
