this is me -
i'm erinn. i'm only fourteen, but i'll bet i've been through more than some forty-year-olds. i am a cheerleader for two teams [Hhs varsity, INDIANA ELITE] and i'm in three different choirs. [AAYC, freshman girl's chorus, and hhs showchoir.] i'm pretty busy in the summer. so therefore, my "friends" tend to forget i exist. in a month or so, i'll be a freshman at Highland High School, and i cannot wait. my favorite bands/singers are John Mayer, Ben Folds (Five), Cartel, Relient k, and Boys Like Girls. i like Hannah Montana and Oprah too.

my favorite categories are:

fashion and styles - i love fashion. 'nuff said (: and

random weirdo's - i'm not sure, it's just a fun category. haha

what's the difference between track & cross country?



in track, it's a whole lot of smaller events, where you run shorter distances, or the field part (shotput, discus, pole vault, ect.)

cross country is where the whole team has to run a way long distance, sometimes a few miles.

Okay, for all my life I have been hiding the fact that I am gay. For some reason I like men, But I don't want to I don't even admit this. But this has to stop right away. I don't want to be gay I want to be straight PLZ PLZ Tell me a way this can be cured I want to be straight Not gay*


honestly, if you totally convince yourself you want to be straight, you'll eventually turn around. there's no set way to BE cured, you have to cure YOURSELF. you said "for some reason, i like men" if i were you, i would just accept that and be happy with my sexuality. if you don't like the way people might react, oh well. what they think of you and what you think of yourself are two different things. if you accept the fact that you're gay, then you'll be okay. but if you try to hide it and deny it, then it'll be harder for you.

here's what you should do: think about why you prefer guys over girls. then think about the pro's and con's about both guys and girls. for example: girls start too much drama. guys are more based on the looks, not the personality.

if you TRULEY don't want to be gay, try to hang out with more straight people, and avoid other gay men. sorry if that sounds rude, but that's the only way i can think of. also, try to think of yourself going out with women, and liking them. if you see yourself going back to guys, then i guess you're meant to be gay.

I've never heard of a dog, or any animal for that matter that was born mentally retarted.

Has anyone heard of an animal with a mental defect?

my dog, snowflake, was born with hip displasia (his hips were formed wrong when he was still in his mother) and he had 3/4 of a brain. so yes, it's possible, i've lived with this dog for almost 10 years. but the beauty of it is, he's probably the happiest dog i've ever seen. the only downside is that he has seizures a lot, and he barks at his food, his tail, his shadow, and he barks at the grass. so i guess he doesn't realize what's real and what isn't. but i love him to death, and i wouldn't trade him for the world (:

ok so i cant get limewire to work anymore. i click on connect and it only connects 1 bar. when i try to search a song it says "limewire is currently connecting to the network. your search may return more results when you are fully connected", but it wont connect any more than that no matter how long i wait and doesnt give me ANY results. ive tried disconnecting & reconnecting several times but its the same thing all over again. it just started doing this. is anyone else having this problem?

i used to have that problem about a year ago, so i deleted limewire from my computer COMPLETELY. then i redownloaded it, and it worked fine, so try that.

well in cheerleading, therese all those jumps, how can i get good at them.
&get better at splits, like will stretching daily help?



the best way to get better is yes, to stretch daily. but don't overstretch and hurt yourself.

try this:
each day, get into the right splits and hold for a minute or so, just as far as you can go without it hurting, like to your limit. after that minute, take a break for a few seconds, then get back into the splits and push farther, so that it doesn't exactly hurt, but it pulls a little, and hold that for 30 seconds. then repeat with the left leg and the middle.

that'll help with your jumps.
you might be sore for a while after you first start out, so maybe try to hold for 30 seconds, then push for 15 or something.

Well, it depends. If you really really do like him, then you can just move on and only hang out with him when he`s sober. But if he`s a total jerk when he`s tipsy and you don`t like the way he acts when he is drunk, then you should leave him alone.

I have the Tall Uggs without fur on the sides, and you can just get the regular ones without fur on the sides and flip them down.

I found out that my brother smoked pot and I saw that he kept doing it so I told my mom (who doesn't believe me) but now my brother is being a jerk when all I wanted to do was help him what should I do?

If I were you, I would have a one-on-one talk with your brother, and tell him that you only told your mom because you wanted to help him, and that you don`t want him to be mad at you. And for your mom, tell her that you wouldn`t lie about something like that, and that you really are trying to help him.
