I guess it's not much of a question but a request. I'm single been single along time. I still love my ex,. and he still loves me. But he his very far away. We don't really talk much anymore. But i still have thought of him. I'm not sure if it's because i'm so lonely.. I know I'm ready for a relationship for a new guy. But it seems there is no one that really iterests me,
I guess what i'm asking for is some words of advice. some quatable quotes about holding on. having hope. Something like that. I get up everyday encuraging myself to have hope that the right guy is out there but if i could just hold on longer.

Last night I had a dream that i saw a green snake in my house. I wasnt scared of it and it didnt harm. It was in my closet then it came down and went down the hallway and then down the steps then I woke up. It seemed pretty weird. Why would I just randomly dream about a green snake. Snakes could mean that you have someone who doesn't like you
but who is afraid of you. Maybe there is someone who hates you
but is afraid to tell you. I always think of dreams as visions or
meanings to something that happened or could happen in the
future. Try to think about who doesn't like you. Also your dream
could be connected to the story of Adam and Eve. Eve forced
Adam to eat the apple. Maybe you are Manipulating someone
and could be told of for it. The reason I connect it to Adam and Eve
is because the snake poisoned to apple and made Eve eat it who

Every time I have to present something in class I get nervous standing in front of everyone. My knees shake and my voice starts trembling and changing. I had to present yesterday and my knees were shaking in front of everyone and my voice was shaking. It was embarrassing. I know most of my classmates, I don't know why I get nervous. I can't just pretend Im presenting to one person either. Sometimes I get so nervous people Laugh at me. I have to present something again on next tuesday, so how can I stop my knees and my voice from shaking? (link)

This is common is young people, even older people.
I suggest you talk drama classes to boost you confidence.
What I do when i present something is try to make it as funny as
posible, so if I get scared and people laugh at me they think
it is part of my presentation.
Try to image when you get up there that you are in a box, or
in front of the mirror and no one can see you except yourself.
Say what you practiced, and don't look at people in the audience
look in-between them.
When I was young I wanted to be an actress, so I took drama
classes, I wanted to be a comedian, so I made every presentation
that I had funny.
If you are not the funny type you could try drama classes and see
how it suits you. Believe it or not, you are going to have to be
able o act no matter what career you choose. If people laugh at
you, just egnor them. It takes a while to get used to performing
in front of people.

So something strange has been happening to me for the past few years and I cant seem to understand it so I figure I might as well ask here to see if anyone has any ideas/experience like this.
Basically, simply put, I control my life and everything that happens in it. A few years ago, when I was still in high school, I was a shy, smart girl with a few good friends, and relatively happy although as any high school girl, I daydreamed about things I wanted in my life. More friends, high school sweetheart, etc. Typical teenage stuff. Then one day at school a girl told me she heard that if you imagine what you want and you think about it and feel as though you already have it, it will happen. I thought, there's no way that's possible so I decided to test it out. I used something simple but specific. I had wanted this expensive dress I saw at a store at the mall but haddn't told anyone about it because it was too expensive. I imagined wanting it, having it, how it would feel...two days later, an old friend of my moms came to visit and brought me a gift...that exact dress. I was amazed but there are such things as coincidences and I was still skeptical, so I kept testing it out, and it kept working! Over and over again. Ever since then I started using my imagination to get everything in my life that I wanted. I use it all the time. I got into the college I wanted, I get money from random sources for no reason, I either just win it or I get it as a present. I even used it to get the perfect, ideal guy for me...down to the description, personality, everything. I don't understand how this is possible and how more people don't know about this, but it's getting ridiculous to me. It never stopped ever since then, and I don't mean just good things, everything I think will happen does. Both my fears and hopes. I was driving to school the other day and I had a quick random thought in the morning about car accidents and that same day driving home I got into one. I don't understand this does anyone have any idea what this may be? It cant be more than just a coincidence over years and years.... (link)

I think that in your case you should read the book called "The secret" It explains that it has been scientifically proven that what you think happens. Let me give you a short introduction, The secret is basically the power of the mind. Your life is in your hands. The universe is like google. If you type in "I don't want to be late" it will cancel out the " I don't want to" and search for "be late." The same thing is with the universe, if you think about a car accident the universe will make that happen. What I am saying is true, there have been many scientific experiments and it is true that the mind can control what happens. What you have to do is think positive almost all of the time. My mom used to keep all her anger within, and sometimes when it came all out she would actually explode a glass, this is just one example of the power of your mind. If some thing bad happens, just keep on going, don't let it bring down your whole day. I really do suggest that you read "The secret" or watch the movie. It will explain every thing to you. I think that you are one of the few who have been able to master the secret and if you write to the author of the book, she would be very interested in your story. It is all right for a girl to have a younger crush. Don't beat
yourself up about it. There is nothing wrong with it. You say
that you get along with year 11 really well, so why don't you
just start to talk to him like you would to any year eleven. And if
he likes you back he will ask you out. Being popular should not
stop you form going out with some one you truly love. Take a risk.
When I was at high school, I had a crush on a guy who always used
to push me around, and every one felt sorry for me. So one day I
just went up to him and said "Do you like me" and the next day he
asked me out. Every one thought i was crazy, but I felt happy.

What a wonderful deed yo want to do.
I think you should think throughout all the things that happened
in maths class. Think about something funny or weird and base
your gift on that. For the female teachers you should buy them
something they won't throw away and will come in useful, you
could buy things as simple as a gift basket that you put together
yourself, such a fruit, because they will apreciate that you did it
yourself. You could get them a mug saying best teacher of the
year, or a picture frame, teachers love that.

Well what do you wanna know about him?
see when we were dating he was the perfect boyfriend i could ever have!~
he was everything i wanted :)he would come and meet me when i wanted him to.. he met my parents for me..:) so that i had the permission to go out. he would wait for two two hours just to meet me for five minutes.
and we didn't even fight that much.. it was always happy happy!:D
but then i came to know about the girl thing and then things became real bad. I do know that he is very good at lying and he can make up stuff real fast! so i dont know when to trust him and when not to.
okay i will tell you one thing though. he did admit he cheated on me before i found out but he didnt tell me the whole thing truly and completely..he told me he didnt know how it happened and the girl wanted to kiss him..and they just kissed and he would never do it again and he feels terrible..he came to my place to apologise
then i talked to the girl ..she told me it was totally mutual and that she never knew he was dating me and he never told her that just told her i was his bff! :/
then things just went bad cause i dumped him and refused to talk to him like forever
he tried to contact me but i never answered his calls or texts
and whenever i did i was more than rude.

Okay so I am in senior year. Here 12th grade is VERY important..My admissions into a good college will be only on the basis of the marks I score in my "board examination" which is held at the end of the year. The papers are not checked by my teachers but by some other teachers who don't know me and are teaching in some other school. This is done to make the examination fair. The cutoffs for any college where i live (new delhi) are CRAZZY. I mean nothing below a 475/500 is acceptable.
I have Physics, Chemistry, Computer science, English and Maths as my subjects.
Im telling you all of this just so that you know there is a lot of pressure to perform well.. and I have to in order to get a good college.
Ive just been real distracted for a while. I don't know how to concentrate on my studies. I dont feel like sitting with my books. It is freaking me out because every day matters to me. Please help!!!!! (link)

I see. You should do what I used to do. Here it is:
1) Know what your goal is in life, which is to get into a very good college. Know that you are studying for this reason and that it is really important to you.
2) Believe that you can do it. I studied psychology and I advice you to watch the movie called "the secret" it shows how the human brain works and how it effects your every day. This could help allot.
3) A reason why you might not be distracted is because you have something on your mind. Always do this: Have a special room to you that is dedicated to studying, and remember that every time you walk in this room, all the stress and tension that you went through in the day will go away and just go to studying. It really help to concentrate.
4) When you study, make it seem fun. Back in high school, I was into Drama allot, and I used to practice it when I was studying. I would go into a room and pretend that I was in a different year and that I was learning about the war ( I was studying history at the time) that just happened. It really helped me out of boredom while studying, and I got better at drama. Try this.

Okay so there is this real close friend of mine.We are classmates. And we had this sleepover, a couple of us, guys and girls. I just broke up two months back with my bf who cheated..so i am still getting over it...And my friend broke up a few days ago. We ended up chatting throughout the night, and i dont know what happened but we ended up kissing each other too..it was not our intention of doing ANYTHING like that. we pretty much have feelings for our ex's and not each other. i dont know why and how it happened.

Hey, sorry for the late answer. I think that it all depends on what the kiss felt like. Did you enjoy it at the moment, or did you find it weird and odd. I think that if you enjoyed it, you might love each other. If that is the case, you should talk to him about it and tell him how you feel, the chances are that he probably like you back. If you found it weird and disgusting Have i can imagine that you must feel really weird around him. a really long discussion with him and tell him how you feel. You should talk it out and let go of the tension between you two. If he is truly your friend, you will go back to like before.

Dont; dump him, if you where so good friends before, this should be able to last, just give him more time. Something really serious could have happened in his life, so don;t be scared, he s probably not feeling well at the moment, try to talk to him, and tell him that if he has a poblem to tell it to you. He probably is scred to tell you since you are going out now and that you are not his bff any more but his girlfriend and that things changed. Tell him that you can be both. Hope this helps!

I just got asked out by one of the most popular kids in my grade. You could tell he really wanted to go out with me. I don't like him, but practically all of the girls do. I think that everyone is just jealous of you.
But I think you answered your own question, YOU DON"T LIKE HIM. I know that all the people that are saying you should say yes might get on your nerves, but i think that if you don't like him, you shouldn't go out with him. It really depends on what type of guy he is! So I made this list especially for you!
Shy: You should defiantly talk to him first. These type of guys are afraid to make a first move and they will probably not ask you out first!
Talk to him about: Start with school stuff, you are at school so it is only normal (you can start with "did you do that homework?") After that, you will get used to talking to him. It will become only natural to talk to him. IF you still struggle, always have a prop with you. For example have a paper plane with you and show it to him, tell him that you totally messed it up by drawing smiley faces on it. Something like that. It will start a conversation naturally.
Out going/cool guys type: He usually likes it when you blend in with the surrounding conversations. For example: If they are talking about motorbikes, blend in and say, cool, I saw one in a store the other day. Talk about stuff that guys like.
Funny and friendly type: Say some jokes to him in the hall when you pass him. You should not be shy, and if he ever teases you, it is probably because he likes you! Don't be afraid to embarrass yourself, if you make a really bad joke, pretend it was supposed to be bad and start laughing at it, which is funny!

There has not been a Royal Wedding for almost 30 years. So it is only natural for lots of people being obsessed with it. People think that it is a mark in history because it has been a long time. Also parents would want to make their children watch it because there has not been a royal wedding in their generation. Those children tell their class mates about it and that is how an obsession starts. It truly was an important event all over the world. Even in other countries such as the United Arab Emirates (full of Arabs), and Sweden. Simply every one wanted to watch it since it is a rare event in history!

so me and my best friend like each other (yes haha i have posted earlier on today! haha) the thing is, for the last 5 months that we've been insanely close for we haven't done anything sexual with each other at all, we did kiss once but he doesn't remember it cause we were both ridiculously drunk haha. We have sent pictures before, and sexted but thats about it. so tonight things started getting a bit heated between us, we were sexting pretty much and he was telling me how much he wants to have sex with me. and how he really is looking forward to the prospect of having sex with me when he comes back from tour.
the thing is, he didnt even want to kiss me a couple of weeks back because he doesnt want to move to quickly with me, that im special and he really doesnt want to ruin things. He even told one of our mutual friends how insanely beautiful i am, that he feels something extremely real between us and he doesnt want anything to move to fast so it doesnt get ruined. but tonight he confessed that he does really want me sexually too. and how we should get together when he comes home.
i do want to have sex with him, but in my head i imagined it being when we were official or something, if we ever dated. Im still a virgin, and i DO want to lose my virginity to him, hes my best friend and i trust him alot. I also confessed that i want him in that way too. and i agreed that maybe we should heat things up a bit...but what i dont understand...is why hes suddenly rushing to wanting to have sex with me? what happened to his fear of ruining things with me so much so that he was the one saying we should take things slow? There are many reasons why he might actually suddenly be rushing things, look at my answers and see which one you think he might do:
1) He might be under the influence of his friends while he was on tour. When he was on tour he might have been talking to his friends about how you and him have never had sex and they might have said how lame it is (It is actually not, but you know what guys think). He might have been thinking about it allot and changed his mind. Friends influence can be a powerful thing.
2) He might think that you don't like that things are going really slow between you guys. He might think that you are the one that wants more. Since you are best friends, I think it is very likely for him to think something like that. Also since all of the sudden, right after he said that he doesn't want to rush things, I think he has thought about things over. Maybe he thinks that you might dump him because there is not enough heat in your relationship.
3) (mostly unlikely) He might have been drunk while sexting you. Also he could have gotten so much in the mood while sexting you that he thought it would be harmless if he said such a thing to you since you where sexting any way.
