So, I got my period early and accidentally bled a little bit on my jeans and one pair of my panties (duh, right?). I was wondering how I can get the blood stains out...anyone have a good method or product to remove stains? (link)

when this happens to me i always get a washing tablet (like for your washing machine) and put it in a bucket with water from the kettle, then put then knickers in there. I leave them to soak then wash them as usual. Normally works x

You could use a pore strip on your blackheads ? They just pull them out but personally I just squeeze mine
Also i don't know how bad your acne is but
St Ives Apricot Scrub is good for blemishes and stuff like that
Also see your doctor because they will refer you to a skin specialist :)

iv ben dating this guy i like but i dont want to be his girlfriend. he understands because i just went through being cheated on in my two year relationship so im not ready for commitment. but i feel myself commited to him, we are only friends, but today i had two friends over and one left then me an a guy i like just cuddled but i wouldnt kiss him, does it matter if i would have? its not considered cheating but is that wrong to do. i didnt i just wanted to. also, should i consider to stay dating the one guy or should i open my options, he lives an hour away and is younger and his parents like run him they wont even let me drive him but he is amazingly sweet. It doesn't sound like you really want to be with the guy your dating, and it's pretty mean to lead him on.
If he understands you don't want to be commited to him then that's fine. But he obviously wants to be with you :(
It sounds to me like you just want to keep your options open, flirt with some guys, kiss and stuff.
Maybe you should stop dating this guy for a while and just see a few people. ?

Boys aren't mind readers...Nor are they clever at spotting signs like girls.
He needs very obvious hints that you like him and would like to be asked out.
Talk to him about stuff , anything! :) just start a conversation.
If you already talk to him, why don't you ask for his number and text him and stuff. the more you flirt, the more you can see if he flirts back and from this you can sometimes tell if he likes you or not. It might take some time, but eventually it should work.
Also, if your brave enough, you could just ask him if he wants to go to the cinema or bowling or something? If your nervous, make it like a group thing, bring your friends :)

Don't worry about this first of all! It will be such a small amount of blood at first that you probably won't notice until you go to the toilet and notice on the toilet paper.
Also just carry a small applicator tampon and a small pad with you in your bag. If the ones you have feel thick you could try a lower absorbancy, but I dont like to use them at all!
As for the tampons, the first time I tried to use a tampon at school I FAILED lol. The trick is to stay calm, relax, and push it towards your back. Push the smaller tube S-L-O-W-L-Y into the bigger one so it doesn't feel as weird as its going in. After that you shouldnt be able to feel it.

it's good that you want to use tampons because most girls dont at first :)
They are so much easier, less fuss, more comfortable, but you really shouldn't use them if your not bleeding.
When you very first start you should use a pad, just in case because you won't be used to using tampons... I say wait until you have just had a shower and then insert one :) then you will be fresh all day :)
But basically putting a tampon in when your not on your period is so painful because your vagina walls will be dry and it will stick to you ! it happened to me once and I couldn't bare to pull it out for AGES

To do screamo you need to have a passion for whatever you are singing/screaming about lol
Maybe since your not to keen on it, and don't really feel like taking it seriously, you could suggest a different genre or ask to do something different than vocals ?

Lack of confidence,
Sticking with the crowd,
Trying to put up an agressive front,
Being quiet/not saying much,
Looking unconfortable.

Try to see it from someone elses point of veiw, if you really liked a boy or were going out with someone you really like and your friend flirted with them and they started to like her...you would be upset :(
Just cut down on the playful jokes, the physical contact etc
I know its hard to tell when your doing it because I can be such a flirt at times. just try to treat the boys as you treat your girlfriends

Personally I don't think they care to much either way, they all feel pretty much the same.
But some women, if they are TOO loose (eg.had ALOT of sex, been in porn, fisted etc.) then it wont feel as nice for the boy.
But on the other hand if they are too tight, like a virgin or something then it might hurt them because its so tight. This is only extremes though. I don't think it makes a difference and most boys are just exited to be getting some action like the other person said :) x

All vaginas are going to smell, not bad but just a normal smell. Its a natural smell that comes from genitals which leads back to cavemen days to attract a partner. No joke ! :)
Anyway I do know what you mean about wanting to be fresh. if you have a showerr in the morning and have sex in the evening you might not be feeling/smelling as fresh!
Try having a showerr just before sex or a quick wash
if thats not possible, there are wipes attatched to certain Always � sanitary towels and they are small and compact :) and smell sort of like cherries but not? they might help you to feel more fresh :) hope this helps xxx

Basically, I've never had an orgasm. I've tried to masturbate and nothing. I have a boyfriend who's gone down on me, nothing. I researched and I know the key to it is stimulating the clitoris, and I know where it should be, but I can't seem to make things work. Maybe your not doing it right ? That sounds abit blunt but you could be doing it to hard or not hard enough (Masturbating) and your boyfriend may not be stimulating the right place to give you an orgasm.
Lots of women dont have a vaginal orgasm for ages but some do.

you could try stroking the back of his neck, wrapping your arms around his waist, Stroking his back, maybe put your hand up his shirt.. nothing TOO over the top...Most boys(if their comfrotable with it) will take the hint and maybe touch you aswell.

You've met him before so you know hes not dodgy or anything.
So heres the question.. do you like him ?
if you do maybe it's a good idea for you to meet up but bring your friend who knows him. That way it won't be awkward if you run out of things to say.
Try this;;
Meet up with him with a few friends, if you get on well then you should get his number or something.
Then if you both like each other (ask him by text if you shy) agree to meet up just you two.
Hopefully you will get along great :D

Well the best way to tell is if your going out or not first. If he doesn't want to make a commitment to you guys actually dating but still wants to do things with you then this is a big sign hes using you. You need a boy who wants an actual relationship and doesn't rush you into doing things your not comfortable with
Questions to ask yourself:
*if you are going out...do you just hang out and be together or does he always want to do sexual stuff?
*do you feel like he actually cares for you?
My friend went through this with a boy and she ended up being used
At the end of the day its about what you want to do with him. Unfortunately some boys do like to use girls.... something about looking cool to their friends :/
Hopefully he's not using you but you need to find out really just to make sure x

But if you have split up, then its for a reason and something went wrong.
Posibly if his new girlfriend isnt as good as you (which she probably isn't !) then he will realise what he has lost

im assuming your a girl? and a teenager ?
all nipples swell when your this age and can be puffy its perfectly normal and the only time they change is when your cold and they go all pointy lol :)
try not to worry about it because this is how everyones nipples are !

well, it seems like everyone has all of these best friends and things and i know i have friends but i seem to drift away from all of my so called *best friends* it's like their my best friend for a year then we get spilt up and we aern't friends anymore...or they just completly ditch me and just find other best friends? i know it is possible to have more then one best friend but, sometimes i just like it better only having one...is there something wrong with me am i the wrong on in the friendships?

I think its to do with moving classes in school? and then you make friends with who ever is in your class at the time ?
Maybe having a big group of friends is good ! you can do more fun stuff and go more places, have big girly sleepovers and stuff lol
Try joining clubs and afterschool stuff, that way you will meet lots of poeple you have something in common with :)

Do you use conditioner as well??
If so, do you put it all over your hair.
I used to do this and it makes your hair REALLLY greasy. Then, a hairdresser told me to only put it on my tips and that worked for me.
Also if you wake up with greasy hair, try putting talcom powder in it, doesn't feel to nice thoo....xxx
