To have a healthy diet plan you need a little bit of everything but in moderation so basically lay off the fatty oily food and start eating fruits veggies and fat free chicken breasts with cooked veggies and fat free turkey sandwiches and also go online to look for meals you can eat and also look into how many calories you should be taking in depends mostly on your gender and age. But i really do suggest looking online for meal ideas and snack ideas and stuff it really will help.

With in a year i will be going to boot camp, I have a good family friend who died in Afgahnistan. He was a marine, but i know thats where the airborne are. My parents are very fearful of anyone trying to join up. My sister thought about it and my parents flipped shit even though she just wanted to sign up for the navy. Well it never easy for parents to have there kid go into war but i guess the easiest way to go about it would be to just tell them what you have chosen to do and also that your an adult now and can make your own decisions and that your going to be okay and they will see you again and plus what your doing is nothing bad because your doing this for your country and them in a way as well. I know for a fact that they probably wont want to hear you out but the truth is its going to take them awhile to understand your decision and to be okay with it so just tell them that you understand what there going through but they have to let you go sometime. I want to break up with my long distance relationship. There's no real reason..I honestly just don't feel like being in a relationship anymore. I live in the US, he in the Uk. I'm 19, he's 21. We've never met yet, been dating 8 months. He wants me to visit this summer.
I like him, but I don't love him. He LOVES me, he's actually obsessed. It freaks me out in a way. I tried breaking up with him earlier this week by using excuses about school, and he started crying for about 2 hours. So, I gave in. He told me he couldn't breathe, and that he'd come down here immediately and such. I don't WANT that, I'm scared if I break up with him that he'll show up at my door.
He's a very fragile guy, it took him 2 years to get over his ex, and he still talks about how he never thought he'd love again, blah blah, but then he found me. :/ I do like him, but I want to be free. I hate staying inside all day on the computer to talk to him, I want my life back. I know if I tell him this that he'll have some solution, like: you can go with your friends, or spend less time with me!
Basically, I don't want to be sucked in again. I want to break up with him, not lead him on with false hopes. Can you PLEASE tell me how to go about this? I've been struggling with it for about a month. I want to end it, cut all contact. But, what do I do when he starts crying? I'm not a heartless person, I don't know if I can just hang up on him. Well first of all you have to break up with him even if it breaks his heart otherwise he's going to keep using the excuse of him crying over you and making you feel sorry for him and what not but obviously you dont want to be too harsh either so what i suggest you do is talk to him and tell him that you know he loves you but you just cant be in a relationship right now and that you just want to be friends and that you can still talk once in awhile. And tell him that he will find someone else and he shouldnt do anything stupid because not everyone is meant to be together and sometimes people just dont click and its only fair that the person who doesnt feel anything in the relationship end it there so they dont lead the other person on. Now im hoping you didnt give this guy your address or personal information but if you did you might want to add that you dont want him to come to your place because that would only make things harder for you and him basically you just need to tell him he has to move on and this is the only way i can think of doing it without totally crushing him. now i don't know why i do what i do, and yet i do it anyways. i have a nice relationship growing with a female friend of mine. and things are going good. and then i always always do or say something stupid to push her away. like tonight for example she said she would call me back in a few minutes as she had to get off the phone momentarily. and so i sat there for a while then my friend rodney came by and asked me if i wanted to go see a movie. and me being the idiot i am went along with it and left this girl who i have such intense feelings for hanging. and so i came back around and tried to talk to her online and she was mad at me which was to be expected. but the point of this question is: why do i do this crap? why do i always make an idiot out of myself and ruin things between me and a girl? why can't i just leave well enough alone and stick around? is it just because i'm immature and stupid? or is there more to it? First of all stop being so hard on yourself sometimes people dont realize what their doing and things happen accidently just think things through before doing something and make sure its the right thing to do and just think about you female friend and if doing this thing is going to make her upset in anyway im sure by thinking before doing anything will make things better for you. :)

basically, i fell in love with the wrong guy.
I thought we were perfect for eachother and we lasted a long time. We knew everything about eachother and always knew how to make the other one feel better or laugh. even though i thought we were so perfect, he kept lying to me about partying. I am not a party girl and i always hated when he would go out and do that especially when he lied to me about it. He said it was because he was scared to tell me and he always felt guilty about it. I knew that he really loved me but he kept lying to about things so i broke up with him. The thing is, i got sooo attached. I really honestly loved him and i knew he was sorry after he lied but i hated the fact that he always lied. We have been broken up for quite awhile now but i still love him. The thing is, i can't date him again because of all the lies. I even tried being his friend but i couldn't do it. He still tries to keep in touch with me and i just dont text/ call back. K well it good that your not texting or calling him back because that would send him the wrong signals so what i suggest you do is tell him to stop calling and texting you and if he doesnt listen change your number and keep yourself busy so you dont think about him and start hanging out with your friends more and eventually you will get over him because over time your heart will mend and who knows maybe if you stop thinking about him and start dating again you could find the perfect guy.

My ex bf and I were obviously dating and we broke up because we didnt become best friends before we started dating. we went on two dates and started dating, we learned about each other and dated. we now decided we need to be best friends before we date. so how do i handle that. how much should i call him or text him. so far we dont talk at all on the phone or text. this pass weekend i had a party with my friends, i invited him and we had a great time together (all of us as friends). we planned to go snowboarding on thursday, him and i. i guess i just want to know how much i should be texting him and calling him. with spring break coming i also want to know how much talking we should do because we arent spending it together...i know him and i should set those boundaries but i dont want to get too annoying is all. I think you should only call him and text him maybe liker 2 3 times a week i think thats good enough because you dont want to be too clingy and this will give him a chance to call you as well and this will make being friends way easier with it being awkward and all. :D

Well me and my friends always go to the spa or have like a little spa day at one of our houses so you could do that or go out for dinner and a movie or go shopping or bowling or rent some movies and order some food and have a sleepover or something this is the kinda stuff i do with my friends and its really fun because your just hanging out with eachother and dont have to deal with annoying guys all the time lol anyways have fun :D

Its best to move on from a sucky relationship so you can find someone new and dont decide before you meet someone that you dont want a relationship with them be open and just go with the flo what i mean is get out there and date and if you like someone and think you will be happy and he wants a relationship then just go with it who knows it could work out dont be scared to try again and again with relationships because eventually you will meet the right person. As for your question on sweet things to say to a guy just tell him hes sweet and compliment him throughout your date and just be really nice. And you are definitely doing the right thing. K well first of all your going to need a stage to do the fashion show or if you don't have one you need to pick a location thats suitable then you need to pick your models and then you need to decide on the clothing and stuff and then your going to want to do a few practice walks to make sure all goes well but while doing all this your going to have to make flyers and stuff to get people to actually show up and make it a success. I have braces on my teeth and I have had them for a long time. My next dentist appointment says that I am going to be measured for my retainer, at least that's what the postcard says. Don't they have to take the braces off to measure for a retainer? (link)

I think they do because the measurement has to be right and i dont think you can wear a retainer over a mouthful of braces but you can call the dentist office to make sure that would probably be the best way.

k well when i guy likes you he will stare at you constantly, talk to you a lot, smile at you tickle you when hes sitting with you and talking get kinda jelous when you talk to other guys and when he is teasing you and kindly making fun of you. in my experience these are the most common signs. Give them a space where they can smoke thats away from you and tell them to just smoke there so it isnt bothering you and if they dont listen then sit them down and tell them your reasons and if they dont listen then threaten them in a way and that will for sure get them to listen to you.

ive got quite bad spots on my face an my sholders and as you can imagen its not very nice. i've had it for about 3-4 years now an im geting really sick of it. i were foundation to school an to go out to cover them up wich really does help, but you can still see the bumps, if you get me. does anyone know any way i could get rid of this ? im not expecting something that will make my skin totaly smoth but just something that will tone it down, thanks in advance. Ask your school counsellor they always have information on this stuff or go to the college your going to and ask if you can take some night or summer classes prior to attending their college and sometimes they will allow you to do so.
