my boyfriend is in england for two weeks ive been through this twice b4 so i know how it feels but i was just wondering if there is any way that he can text me? can we do that.

You can talk with your cell phone company. I dont understand why if you have the same company you need to ask them though it also depends what type of towers they have in england.

Prepaid is a good idea but your going to have to decide how much your going to be talked because for prepaid your going to have to put money up front.
