little black dress

I'm 5'11. i have a 31" waist. I"m looking for a short plain black dress, not super tight, but not loose....i can't seem to find one in any stores around me...can anyone help?!

Well it really depends on where you live but if you are able to buy online i suggest checking these websites out they have awesome dresses and other clothing as well

By the way these websites ship pretty fast

and if you cant buy online check out
Forever 21 --> highly recommend
Suzy shier if you have it
Mariposa if you have it
American eagles sometimes has cute dresses
Costa Blanca

bascially check out all the dressy type of shops in your mall they will have something for you to try.
