My name is Teza.. short for Tereza. I was born in Croatia and I speak more than one language. I'm 22 years old & I completed 2 college degrees in 3 years. My a bachelors is in Business Administration concentration in Human Resources and my Masters degree is also in HR.

I started this advice column about 9years ago and I was so young but it was something that I always loved to do. I am trying to get back to answering questions, at least a few per day. With that said, if you have questions about school, friends, make up, etc., feel free to ask.

omgsh ok i like this guy and we both like each other( we talk everyday and we have told each other that we like eachother) and he has told me he loves me : ) aww i noe sweet!! so ok well we start high school in a month and we really wanna go out but see he doesnt want to go out over the summer , and when school starts i cant promise him that i will feel this strong about him!!! wat do u think i should do!?

I think he is right. During the summer he will meet girls and flirt with them and you would get mad or jelous maybe so he doesnt want to do that. Summer is almost over but if you dont feel the same way about him when you get to school then its fine. You'll find someone who you will like and then go out with him. Just dont worry about it too much. && if you still want to like him just spend a lot of time together and just keep reminding yourself how sweet he is and everything.

I have a boyfriend and he is starting to get on my nearves.The other problem is is that i like someone else who doesn't even know i exsist!I need help figuring out how to tell my boyfriend I dont want to go out anymore and i need help figuring out how to get my crushes attention.And what if my boyfriend finds out that i dumped him for another guy?

Are you sure you want to break up with him && that you have absolutley no interest in him what so ever? If you are positive then go ahead && break up with him. Tell him the truth and why you want to break up with him. You dont have to say that you like someone else but whatever is bothering you about him. If he is a good guy who treats you right I dont know why you would want to break up with him.. but start talking to your crush more and see how his personality is. Since he doesnt know that you exist you have to make the first move and talk to him and ask him to hang out.. find out if he might like you. Just be careful. If he is a jerk you would regret breaking up with your boyfriend..

ok i have this really good friend(we will call her sue) who really likes this guy(we will call him joe) and has liked him for like 5 years and is seriously obsessed wiht him. but the problem is that i now like Joe and my other friends want me to go out with him but i dont want Sue to get mad at me. and i no for a fact that Sue would hate me for life for she wanted to kill this other girl that was going out with him for a while. Hmm.. if you want to be a good friend dont go out with him. There's plenty of boys out there that you might like and like you back but you do not have to go out with the guy that your really good friend has liked for FIVE years! Not only will she be mad but that would hurt her feelings a lot and I personally would care more about what Sue thinks then Joe. But she needs to understand that she doesnt own him and she cant just get really pissed off at who ever goes out with him. If he doesnt like her then he needs to tell her because she will keep getting hurt and jelous && mad!

how much should i charge when i am babysitting?
i babysit 3 children ages, 9, 5, and 2 and i am 13 yrs old. i also babysit my cousins that are 4 and 1. how much i was thinking like 3$ an hr per kid but then i saw an episode of full house and DJ babysat and only charged 2.50 an hr and those shows are from like forever ago so now 3$ per hr per kid seems too low! help! i dont want to be rude to the kids parents and ask for too much *remember i am only 13*

You are'nt going to be rude if you are just trying to earn yourself some cash. I think you should charge $5 dollars hr. for 1 kid. So total you would get $15 an hour and that is good!

Ok well i went over to my friends house the other day and we smoked a cigerrette. It was my first time ever b/c i was to scared to do it before. But at first i took a rele small breath and rele didn't taste anything, and then after i got use to it i took bigger breaths. I kno usually when sum1 first trys a cigerette they cough, feel dizzy, or wanna throw up. But when i first tried it i rele liked it and wanted more. So my friends lit another and i helped smoked that and i still wanted another one..but thats was ebough. So now it's the next day and i wanans moke again. im rele scared bc/ i wanna do it again rele rele bad but i don't wanna get addicted or get lung cancer. What should I do.. please help? cna't i smoke for like a couple more weeks then stop..i mean i'm a teen and wanna hav fun and not always be good. thanks

Yeah.. I know exactly how you feel. I tried my first cig. when I was like 5-6! Lol.. I used to love to smoke! My grandma even let me but then last year I started to again. I mean my friends didnt peer preasure me.. my friend even took the cigerette out of my mouth couple of times lol. Anyways... when ever I was pissed or stressed out I would take 1. As time went by it got kind of adicting and I was even more stressed out then before. Its okay that you tried it once, I mean EVERYONE has to try to see how it feels like. You need to stop right now because if you keep doing it even just one or 2 a day it still isnt good! None of it is good. Stop now before you get really addicted && its easy to get hooked on it. You just have to think of why its so bad and why you shouldnt be doing it. I hid them from myself and I just kept telling my self that Im not going to. Seriously smoke like 2-4 a week and thats enough if you really really want to. You want to have fun by smoking? Go for it I really cant stop you && nether can anyone else but thats not how you have fun. Thats putting your life in danger and who knows the risk of getting lung cancer. Just try not to get addicted.

well im going to see my family doctor tomorrow for a physical & checkup before i start high school and i was wondering what they ask you. my mom is going with me and i know she wont leave if they ask me something i dont want her to know. (it will make her suspicious) i mean, i know they'll ask about my period and that & although im not sexually active i do masturbate. will it maks a difference? thanks for the help!!

I hate physicals.. but they will ask you if you are allergic to anything, if you are taking any drugs.. like medicane or things that are not priscribed. They will weight you and just see if you are healthy.

how do you become a moderator?

You must meet these qualifications: Level 1

You've been rated five times
Your average rating is at least 4
You joined one month ago
If you've ever been banned, it was at least six weeks ago
You've updated your column in the last week

How do you get to be a level II moderator?
Since level II moderators can do a lot, we try to only have 10 or so at a time. If one dies, we promote a new one. To pick the new one, we look at who among the level I mods has been here the longest, then we look at their advice column, how they've rated questions, the whole bit. Since level II mods have to approve and rate every question, we only pick people who rate questions like crazy. We also only pick people who've been here a really long time, because we need to know you've got some staying power on the site.

Unlike the level I job, level II isn't something you get automatically for being your cool self, we have to need more level II mods for someone to become one. So if you don't get to be one, you shouldn't be upset.

What do level 3 moderators do?
Level III mods are just like level II mods, except they can ban people forever instead of just up to 5 days. Currently there's only four level III moderators, and the primary one wrote the website, that's why she gets the job. You will probably never be a level III moderator.

You could have a party at your house! Have a bbq and have some of your friends spend the night! Watch movies and just have fun. You could also have couple of your friends at a hotel party or just rent a space.

Yea.. go to www.quotemania.2ya.com and there are some with color fades and quotes with fades. && you just copy the fade into your away message. Its easy.

Woah... 20! I defenetlly would but your parents dont seem to understand that 20 is a really long time.. depends on how old you are right now. You should try talking to them about it if you havent already.
