theres this guy that im close to.
i used to like him, and he had a small thing for me before, i told him i liked him twice (both different times) and now hes being really clingy. hes a really REALLY sensitive guy. and its getting annoying. he wants me to get online all the itme - and he always flirts with me which i dont mind too much, thats who he is. but i dont like talking to him as much anymore, i used to stay up late and talk to him.

i wanna end our friendship, i mean i wanna be friends with him, but i dont wanna be liek close friends anymore. its summer, and we're both moving to different countries. what should i do wihtout telling him i dont wanna be friends, or as tight anymore? i mean he notices when i lose contact with him, he'll either text me, or call me (but he hardly does that), and hes prety close friends with my brother, so i dont know what to do. its like no escape - i dont wanna block or delete him. and he knows when iignore him he thinks im mad.

I would just stop talking to him. Eventually, he'll get the idea. Your brother can talk to him and be good friends with him, but that doesn't mean you have to. If he thinks your mad, whatever. You want to stop talking to him. You don't owe him an explanation. I don't know where you or him are moving but i doubt he's going to be visiting or vis versa. If he does vist and sayd, "Why are you mad?" or, "Why are you ignoring me?" or somthing along that line just tell him that you were busy. Eventually, he will get the message your trying to give him. He can't be that dumb. Your little "fling" is done. The flame is gone. You might just want to tell him that. If he's that hurt he won't want to talk to you without feeling bad. The choice is up to you. No one can make if but YOU.

Okay. I'm 16/f. My average weight is 142. But it might change sometimes due to the amount of food I take in. I'm also 5'6.
I went on this website..and read that it's a really really normal weight. Ideal for my body ratio..
But here's the thing..I want to lose MORE. I don't eat after 6 usually. And exercise more than I eat on any given day (sometimes I take breaks though cause my joints hurt). But for some reason..the lowest my weight is...would be a 141.
Why? I don't get it. It never goes down! I think it's my standard weight...my healthy weight. But my dad won't believe me and yells at me when he sees me at 143 or 144. Because I gained a pound or two.
When I look in the mirror, I see my thighs more toned than they were..and I see my arms less flabby. And just more muscle everywhere..
But I can't seem to lose the numbers off the weight scale. And this makes my anxiety about losing weight go up cause I feel like I'm exercising daily for absolutely no reason. But I SEE the results..I just don't SEE the numbers falling!
Can anyone explain this to me? Or relate? Thank you =|

Okay so I have some questions about piercings.

I'm seriously contemplating a nose piercing, on my left nostril. I just want like a tiny rhinestone. The thing is, the place that I work at is supposed to be "family friendly" and there's a dress code about jewelry. Females can only have 1 earring in each ear and males can only have 1 earring total. No facial piercings.

My question is: if I were to get it pierced, is there some sort of clear thing I could pierce it with initially, because I know it has to be in there 24/7 while it's healing. Then when it's fully healed, I could just switch to the clear one while I'm working?

I know like for navels the clear ones are always flexible, but those are meant for if the piercing is already healed....can it be a flexible ring while it's still healing? Or are the clear ones for noses even flexible?

And, if it's clear is obviously not made of the surgical steel stuff they usually use for piercings...is that going to be unsafe for my new piercing?

I really want to get it pierced but I can't quit my job...so will this work? Or does it HAVE to be pierced with metal?

I don't really know about the clear thing your talking about. But this girl who worked at my sisters place just took a band-aid and cut a little square from the stickey part and just put it over the ring. Since, it was skin clolored it looked like her natural skin.

Don't talk to your boyfriend about other guys. Its rude and disrespectful to him. It gives him the impression that he's not interesting enough for you so you talk about other guys. Your boyfriend probally doesn't care if your friend likes you because your his girl. He knows that he can't have you since your already in a relationship. Boys, don't show their feelings as much as girls do, so its confusing to try and read him. Jelousy depends on the person. Since, I do not know him I can't tell you. I think that other than not cheating on him, flirtin with other guys, or being mean to him then yuou can be yourseelf. thats why he likes you, for you. So don't be afraid to be who you are

When you feel greedy, think of the people who are in Africa with no home, no food, no water. If you get jelous, think of how much worse the situation could be. It's not like your best guy friend is sleeping with any of your friends or the freshmans. When you want something new think of what you can do to give of spend the money that you would spend on the item to help others. I don't think your greedy, I think you just have your proirites mixed up. Think of it this way, someone should get food before you get a new phone. I know what you mean. But it depends on how well your boyfriend is. Most people would say just tell your boyfriend. But, if you really like him and want to spend the rest of your life with him and you think he will leave you, then honestly, don't. If hes understanding and will forgive you then tell him. But the fact is, that you did it. Even if the guy pressured you into it, you did it. and nothing can change that. Just don't do it agian. It all depends on how your boyfriend is. It shouldn't matter if your boyfriend leaves you or stays with you on wether on not you should promise yourself that you shouldn't do it. YOU SHOULD NEVER DO ANYTHING YOUR NOT CONFERTABLE DOING. Its easier said than done. But just remember that. LIke i said, If your boyfriend is understanding and will belive you when you say you won't ever do this agian, then tell him. (As long as there has been no trust issues before) Otherwise, you shouldn't. And if he finds out just be like i didn't want you to leave me. I love you more than anything, i didn't want to do it. I just really had no choice.

Since its senior year, say have fun at college and then sighn your name. Say good luck in college and in life then write your name. YOu can't say nothing when its senior year. IF you wanted to make it more personal you can say, i wish we had gotten to know each other more but have fun in college, stay in touch! and then your name. but its all in opinon what you want to say.

Okay, Im 16/f and here is some background info.

So my dad has had cancer since 2001 and he keeps getting rediognosed. and this realli makes me upset, i can barely handle it anymore. Im constantly crying and ive been having suicidal thoughts(i dont think i will ever accually do it, i just think about how much easier it would be for my parents to get my dad better if i wasnt here)

Well a few days ago (aka the worst day ever) we had to call 9121 because my dad was so sick and the ambulence had to rush him to the hospital...

Im pretty sure im depressed, i cant talk to any of my friends because i know they try but they can never help me the best thy can do it "im so sorry im here for you" and i commend them so much for dealing with me though

Im just always sad and nothing makes me happy, ive been crying so much more lately, sleeping massive amounts, and not eating. I dont knwo what to do? Instead of focusing on whats bad, think of it this way. If you died, your dad wouldn't want to live anymore either. Think of how much that would effect him. I would focus more on thinking that everyday matters for your dad. You need to make EVERYDAY that he is alive special. Rather than crying about it. In life, things like this happen, but its not about how you go down. Its how you build yourself up stronger. Spend as much time with your dad. Go out with your friends. Do it for your dad. Do it because he can't. IF doing stuff FOR your dad doensn't help then go ahead and seek professional help. Nothing can hurt.

I think that its there...but its a matter if your willing to take it to the next level. You say that you are. But it doesn't sound like your letting him in on that. You basicly have to go to the powerhouse so try to convince your dad. Invite him over for dinner before you go. Then, maybe your dad will see that hes not bad and let u go. He told you that he liked you a little, so theres the answer to that.

Is there any way to take off the french tip nails you have done without just tearing them off.
B/C when I just tear them off it usually ends up making my real nail tear in the long run.

You can go back to the salon and pay like $10.00 to get them off, or what i do is i just go to Walgreens and pay like $5.00 for this remover of fake nails and you just soke them till they come off. Its ususally by preference.

lmao. okay so me and this guy have gotten really close in the past skool year. im 13/f by the way. anyway, my friend and i like sorta joined his little group of friends.

I think the connection is there just hes not going to risk facing regection. So if you put the fact that you like him on the table then he'd be cool with asking you out. Tell her the truth. Tell her how much she means to you. Say something like you know hses been there for you through thick and thin and you'll alwayse be there for her and she'll always be your best friend. Say all your inside jokes. Make sure you stress the fact that shes your best friend and stuff like that. The main idea of yearbooks is to make them personal. Say what you want to say. your friend is your best friend is your best friend because they like you for who you are. Even your bad writing skills =]. Maybe say that, say what you want to say. Make it personal and make sure its comming from you and you mean it.

All they really ask you is questions about your life. They want you to feel less scared so they talk to you about things totally different then what they're doing. Bring the picture of what you want your eyebrows to look like. If they don't think it will look good, try comming up with something that would together. It depends on how bad your eyebrows are. basicly they put hot wax on the parts where you want no hair of your eyebrows and then put paper on it then rip it off really fast. It hurts at first because you expect it to be worse then it really is but then after the first one its okat. Personally, I think that tweezing hurts more then waxing.

Online relationships are hard. You have to have a great deal of trust. I think that you should try to stick with real life relationships. This would probally not work out because of the fact that you guys don't even know each other. You have no idea if what he's saying is even true! If you don't trust him there is absolotly no way this relationship would work out. I don't think that it would be smart to presue this realtionship. Don't give oout ANY personal information like phone number, cell number, pictures, address, etc.

At parties and things, i always feel im just there.
All my friends end up kissing boys, and getting with people, and im ALWAYS just there.
Also, im never the girl the boys flirt with its always other people.

I understand how you feel. I feel the same way. But the only way to really solve this problem is to just step out of your comfort zone and just make the first move. Insted of waiting for the guys to come to you just go to them. Flirt with them first. Also, I learned this the hard way, if you have to change yourself for a guy to like you, then do you really want the guy? You should be proud to be who you are. Just remember, everyone is pretty in their own way. I'm sure there is something that is just absolotly GORGEOUS about you. Just remember, your waiting for the special guy. Just be yourself around guys. Everyone, including guys, hate it when people act fake. And when your not being yourself or who you are you are being fake.

I'm auditioning for a drama club, and we have to write monologues and perform them.

I've written my monologue...no problem there.

Does anyone know any tricks to memorizing a two minute monologue?

Practice. Practice. Practice. Its the only thing that can make one remember stuff fast. What this does is just hope that you say it enough times that it becomes stuck in your head and where if you say one word it atomaticly makes yout hink of what you have to say.
