I have braces on right now and I want my teeth to be white when I get them off..they are not yellow or anything I just wish they could be really white. When I get my braces off do you know anything I could do thats cheap to get them whiter??
I've never had braces before, but I might get them soon. Uhm, I would just say brush your teeth really good while you have your braces on and when they are off, maybe you could use whitestrips. You could also buy the toothpaste that is like whitening. There are whitening toothbrushes too. I don't know how good they work but I just got one (a whitening toothbrush). Hope they work well for you and I hope you have white teeth for a longg time!! ;)

Well braces always hurt in the very beginning. Don't worry they'll be fine once you get used to it. For now eat some soft foods, such as pudding, jello, mashed potatoes, etc. If you have any more questions IM me at fallingxforever0 or write to me on my column! hope i helped :)

Well, just tell him things like, "You can trust me, I'm Your friend" or "Don't throw things, it's not nice" And if he still continues to throw toys and be out of control, you should take the toys and put them somewhere out of reach and say "You will get your toys back when you can act like a good big boy" or give him a time out. Just teach him lessons, that's always a good thing to do. If he continues without listening just give him a longer time out and when the parents get home, explain to them what is happening and maybe they could talk to him about it. ok.i got this new courdoroy tan/white skirt..what kind of shoes would be best to wear with it? Im not the best walker in heals lol. Would plain white sneakers be good? What kinda "fancier" shoes would be best?

If you have split ends, then get your hair trimmed. You don't necesserily need to get a bunch of hair chopped off. When you get your hair trimmed, it takes off about 3/4 of an inch. It's not that big a deal, it just makes your hair nicer looking without split ends. If you'd like to layer it, you can but that won't help. theres this guy and we hang out in school or we used to schools out for now... well ya his exgirlfriend keeps iming mii saying he likes me. and shes like do u like him and i paniced and said no cuz i thought that wuz the best thing. i dont like going far with boys. im 13. making out maybe. i only made out once n that was in 5th grade. lol. i ended up thinking it wuz nasty cuz all his saliva was in my mouth. lol. but i dk i think that wuz cuz it wuz my first time. well the reason i said no is his exgirlfriend use to always make out in the hall way and i kno im not gunna do that. the 5th grade make out session was in front of one person. lol. and i wuz nervous evem with just one. well i wouldnt be able to be better then that you know wut i mean. he already had better then me so... well i paniced and i said i didnt like him that way and the other day the exgirlfriend imd me a chat invitation i took it and the guy wuz there. i freaked out. lol. my heart was pounding really fast. well ya i think i sounded really stupid in the hole conversation. i dk but she copied and pasted sumthing like he wrote it and it said dont tell karen i like her and karen lol thats me. but then he wuz like i didnt say that. {{no affence karen}} so then w/e. i dk wut does all this mean?? im really confused. in my opionn i dont think he likes me.
Maybe he really does like you and is too shy to tell you. If you really trust his ex g/f then you could just ask her if that was true what she copied and pasted. Then if she says yes, say, " I don't care if it was true or not but I like him." That way you sound like you dont care if he knows, so she won't do what she did to him. And if she does, just say I don't care if you know, I like you, if you don't like me, it's not a big deal. Good luck :)

im not sure if this is the rite category but im a 14 year old male and i wanna run away. i dont like tthe way im being treated at home my parents r taking away my comps cuz they saw somethin on this site that they didnt like and they think i had somthin 2do w/ it. my mom is always yelling 4 no reason she thinx im always doin somthin rong my dad gives me no privacy and tries 2 read my messages. i hate having my life consumed by them. i want a life of my own.so should i stay or should i go?
You should definately stay. Running away doesnt solve ANY problems. Ask them one night if you could sit down and talk to them. Tell them exactly what you told me. Also tell them that you were thinking about running away, but you decided to stay because it wouldn't help anything. They might understand if you ask them to give you a little more privacy. Okay, I have a problem with sweaty armpits. I'm sorry if this seems gross, but it's becoming a big issue. I always have to wear black shirts to hide it, but school is starting on Monday, and we have a uniform (a baby blue t-shirt) I don't want to wear a jacket, because I'll get really overheated! I even tried switching to men's deodorant and nothing changes! I'm really embarrassed about this... I don't know what else to do! Someone, please help me! Thanks sooo much, in advance!!
Just use deoderant and then put baby powder in yout armpits. It will dry them up a little pit. Also you could wear a tank top under the blue t-shirt and it might soak up some of the sweat.

You could play simple 'hide and seek' games or bring a coloring book and crayons for them to color. Or you could bring some books to read to them. There's lots of thigns you can do, just make up fun stuff! :)

okay so our next door neighbors moved and the new ppl that moved in just had a baby. how can i let them knoe that when ever they are confortable leaving their child with a bby sitter that they can trust me? i mean i havent talked to them face to face since they've moved in and their never outside. please help me asap
That's simple. Just walk over to their house one day when they are home, and say " Hi! My name is (your name) and I live next door. I noticed you had a baby and I just wanted to let you know, I am available to babysit when you need me." That's it, and if they say somethign like, "oh we have a babysitter already sorry" its ok just find someone else to babysit for. Good luck and send me any questions you have! :)

Just write your first name ONLY, your phone number and describe like talents you have or things you would do with the children that would make you sound like a great babysitter to hire. Also put when you are available and how much you charge. DONT put your address or last name. That would be way to much information about you and it could end up dangerous. Alright. I'm fourteen-years-old and I'm a Freshman, this year, in High School; just to give you an idea of where I am, as far as maturing goes.
No one has ever really spoken to me about health and growing. And I suppose I'll end up learning about this in Sex Ed. but I figured I would get advice, now, anyways.
This afternoon, I started noticing a soreness on the sides and tops of my breasts. I'm not entirely sure what this soreness means or whether or not it's a good thing so that's where I need help.
Is it normal to have sore breasts? Do you get 'growing pains' as you mature, on your chest?

I am 14 and i havent started my period. I have been have this white stuff come out for about a year now and sometimes very heavily. Is there something wrong with me? I thought I would of started my period by now..
The white stuff is called a discharge. Everyone gets it before they get their period. You're normal. You can get your period from the ages of 8-16..so you're not past the age yet. If you are getting some blood that probably means you started your period but its very light. You should buy some pantiliners for when you are not on your period so your underwear isn't stained from the discharge. You can buy pads for when you are on your period (it will be a regular schedule soon). You could also buy tampons but you shouldn't really use them until you have a heavy day(a lot of blood).You'll get used to it..Good Luck!

Hey...I'm just starting the 9th grade..and it sux! Last year I had SO many friends and people I knew in my classes and alot of people knew me...but they split the middle schools into 2 different highschools..and this year there is like NO ONE I know in my classes and at lunch! I can be a really friendly person but I'm really shy and just can't seem to make any new friends? Please Help..
Just be crazy! Have fun and don't be shy. Go up to people and make conversation. I'm sure you'll make a lot of friends. You seem really nice so make sure you show people who you really are and not just a shy girl.
