Well i have always been using pads, but i want to use tampons for a change. Can you keep a tampon in the whole school day without changing it, and then change it when you get home? My school day is : 6:45-2:45. Can you leave in a tampon that long? Oh and its ganna prolly be heavy. thanks
Your flow may be heavy so it wouldn't be a good idea to leave your tampon in for the whole day because it's not healthy. You should probably change your tampon every 4 hours just to be safe. You could also wear panty liners, just in case you leak. Hope I helped :)

Try meeting more people by joining a club or a sports team. Try talking to a lot of people and you won't be shy anymore. You need to have confidence when you do this and I'm sure your shyness will go away. Hope I helped :)

i have a horrible time getting to sleep at night... it takes me lke 3 or 4 hours every night and sometimes ill go to bed at like 6 just to get enough sleep otherwise im exhausted in the morning. does anyone have any tips to help me fall asleep faster? thank you, ill rate you high
You could try doing something that will exhaust you a lot like exercising and that will help. Or you could take NyQuil and it will make you sleepy, even though you shouldn't take it if you aren't sick. Hope I helped :)

Not really a health question I guess but is there a way to get rid of a few zits I have like 4 and I want them to go away!!! Is there something at HOME I can try to use to make them go away or get smaller? I don't really wanna go buy something b/c I have oxypads but those take a few days... so please help me! O and I heard toothpaste helps is this true? thanks!!!

Toothpaste reduces the redness if a zit and sort of dries it out so yup, this is true. If they aren't that big, you can put concealer or cover up over them. If they need to be popped, then pop them and then put rubbing alcohol over them and just wash your face. Hope I helped :)

This isnt about sports too much but people who do sports might be able to help me. I have a big sweating problem and i always wear jackets to cover up my sweat but i was wondering what a good deoderant was that would mostly block sweat so i can wear my cute tee shirts more.
Try using Certain Dri. It costs $15.00 at your local pharmacy and it closes up your sweat pores so you won't sweat. I used to have a similar problem like this and once I got Certain Dri, I don't sweat anymore. Or you could buy a deoderant that is anti-perspirant. Hope I helped :)

Like what MSH said, the reason why you aren't accepting questions is because in your Profile Settings, you probably checked "No one" in the "Who can ask me questions" section. Just change that setting and people will then and can ask you questions. Hope I helped :)

Question: I have the "Partika" or whatever layout on my site, and I want to make it so that the scrollbar isn't that plain old blue color. I got the HTML code to change it, but I don't know where to put the code. I put it in the Personal Profile (or something like that) box, but it just deleted itself. Where am I supposed ot put it? And is it even possible to change the scrollbar color with this layout? Thanks in advance.
You put the code in the big box in your Profile Settings. And yes, it is possible to change your scroll bar colors. I changed my scroll bar on my column. Maybe the reason why your code won't work is because you don't have the right one? If you want, I can give you the HTML code of my scroll bar like how you can change it and it will work for you. I know a lot about columns and HTML so if you have any questions, feel free to ask them and I'll help you out. Hope I helped :)

I have an extremely sore throat. It wouldn't be a big deal but I have singing try-outs for the school play on Tuesday. Does anyone know how to heal a sore throat fast? Thanks.
Whenever I get a sore throat, I use Hall's cough drops. Even though they are for when you cough, they still work. Try drinking water and if your voice isn't that great, drinking tea with honey helps clears your throat and you'll get your voice back. Hope I helped :)

well my friend sarah is away at camp this weeekend. so her little sister spent the night at my house. she hung out with me n stuff.. and she was telling me about all the foul/rude/mean things sarah says about me.

Try to not talk to her or hang out with her for a while. If she asks why you aren't talking to her or hanging out with her, that's the time to talk to her and ask her why she has been saying all this stuff about you.
