first off it's "REEFER". second off... how old are you? it seems that you must be incredably young to be asking this question.
anyway... to the point..
Reefer is a slang term for marijauna. if you dont know that term maybe you might know one of the following:
weed
pot
dope
If not, then i dont know what to tell ya. you obviously live a sheltered life and dont get out much.
reefer is considered a drug. it comes from a plant. so i guess you could say that it is natural i guess. haha. but you smoke reefer and it gets you high. there are several different techniques for smoking it.
Maybe you should try it. you might enjoy it. maybe too much. you might become a pot head or a burn out. but you'll never know until you try. and you will never know the feeling that people get until you try.
some people who smoke it get really quiet and relaxed while others get all hyper. and act really stupid. once again you never know what you will act like until you try it.

Ah yes, your buddy smokes the reefer! He's a pot head basically. Reefer is a slang term for marijuana. You need to tell him it's not cool at all. 0 is your brain o is your brain on drugs, and o is his butt hole and 0 will be his butthole in jail. Tell him to think twice about smoking! That tells you that it's a slang term for MJ, or maryJane, or marijuana, or 23(I don't know if that's the number, but there is a number that means MJ) He was telling you that he does drugs. I had heard of reefer being a drug before (since almost all my friends do drugs... not me though) And so I looked up slang terms for MJ, and clicked on a sight and clicked a few links and it took me to that page. Your boyfriend does drugs. And there is no shame in asking him what something means if you don't know. Hope I've helped.

Also, you shouldn't be afraid to simply say "What's that." You won't sound uncool or stupid. It's so much better, and will make things so much less awkward in the long run if you learn to admit when you aren't familiar with a certain thing.
