Ok it was really stupid of me to not ask the teacher for help in the first place since I thought I got it but next time I'll be sure to ask her on anything I odn't understand!

I have this migration project (I'm doing koreans) and you have to answer this questions:

-factors that influence people to move away from this place
-factors that influence people to move to another place
- barriers to migration
-the components of a culture that can be affected by migration
-the effects that migration has had on the development of Canada (or the country of immigration)

There's some things I don't get about the question that hopefully you could answer:
Factors as in reasons?

To move to another place FROM the country?

What does barriers to migration mean?

the components of a culture that can be affected by migration, what does that mean?

That means I don't have to write the effect of what they did on Canda right and I can do it on USA? Cuz most of them moved to USA.

the effects of migration..like good things, bad things that came with them or brought to the place they moved to?

ive hated my life so much recently and no idea why. i cry and scream and go crazy and lay there and just eat thats my daily plan. what can i do to get it back together? ill do anything.

Talk to someone.Get a diary or blog.You need to get your emotions.You bottle things up, you need to let people know what your feeling otherwise there just this complete anger and hurt building up until you crack.
Make some friends, or talk to your current friends.Join some clubs to get your emotions out and meet new people.In doing this it helps with your emotions and helps you communicate with others,you can plan to go out with them instead of being home all day.
Write what you like about yourself and why you do.Write about whats good in your life, not anything bad.And stick it up on the wall or fridge and read that and remind yourself that you are special and unique.
Do regualay excercise it helps you feel good about yourself - i recommend dancing, it prodcuces endorphines which make you H-A-P-P-Y.
GET a stressball too, this will help.
You really need to take up a club or activity, you'll make friends,go out, feel happier and you'll achieve something - a sense of achievement is what you need.I think your a person who dosnt see the good you do or the what you are capable of.Make the most of your talents.Stay cool.

This is one of those patheic I still love him questions but please help me.

On Friday I asked out my ex who is now one of my best friends and he said I don't know. So today me and my bff (she also went out with him before) spent the day with him. (were all best friends now) and I asked him if he had his answer yet. At first he said I don't know. and then right before I had to go home I asked him if he had his answer and he said his answer was no. So I pretened not to care and when I leave and he is walking my bff home he holds her hand and I know he wants to go out with her. But I don't want to let him go, again. Well, it's been, like, eight months since I've been dating this guy, Dane. He's really sweet and funny... And he's my second boyfriend, so this is kind of big for me to have been dating someone for so long like this.

The farthest we've been is holding hands, and we used to hold hands all the time at basketball games and stuff, in front of all of our friends. People would laugh and make fun of us, but we would just laugh along because in our minds, we both know they have never felt like this before.

it is a double date, he has obviously invited them along so it wont be as awkard, so you dont know them, its a perfect oppotunity to get to make new friends and hang with your bf.I guess he just wanted it seem nicer, and you 2 can get to know eachother as well...
