I am a 14 y/o guy who is about 115 lbs and 5'6". By far I am one of the smaller guys in our class. I have been working out for a month or so. However just like everyone else knows, working out isn't the only thing that's gunna get you in shape. What other things (food,activities, etc)can I do to help my body a little bit.

What are the signs of genital warts?

i dont want to be rude or anything but did you just think of doing it because you saw it on t.v. or something because it sounds like you do it for attention.dont get me wrong or anything but a lot of people do it for attention or think they do it for real.i know its really addicting but you just have to stop.try a rubber band but that might not work.

My periods are very irregular, even though i've had them for almost 4 years now, my hair is falling out, im always tired, i get contipated and my nails are really weak. i would go to the doctor.i dont want you to get offended but are you bulimic, you sound like you have the symptoms(sp)of it. please tell me more about what other conditions you have and put it in my inbox

first you have to think of how you will get money for food and have time to train it and take care of it. for the money you could maybe work at a local horse place and take care of them, thats what my cousin did and she bought her own horse

for every product for your hair that will use heat will hurt it. i would put some cream in it or something so it doesnt get that burned

yes, you can by chance get pregnent if you dont have your period.and yes you can get STDs even if you havent had your period. if you were to have sex i would use a condom to protect you from STDs and getting pregnent. its not 100% safe though

I have a large and painful canker sore in my mouth that won't seem to go away. I've tried salt water and o-zone water (water that has anti-bacterial purposes). Are there any other remedies that'll help that I don't need to go and buy stuff for?

when i have canker sores i use hydrogen peroxide with some water.this is how i do it
1.brush your teeth and everything
2.poor a little peroxide and a little water in a cup
and wash it out like rinsing your mouth with mouth wash DONT SWALLOW IT

alright so last month around feb 9th my boyfriend fingered me and i wasnt sure if he had anything on his fingers or not..well i freaked out because my period didnt come till feb 28!! your not pregnant because you didnt do anything after you got your period so i think your fine
