hey brianna! ok last night like i was gonna go swimming with all my friends at my pool but then my period came and i had never used a tampon before. my mom tried to make me but i just cant. my other friend said that the first time you use a tampon it really hurts so i'm really scared. help me!!

hmm...well if you dont wear a tampon when you go swimming...then you'll get really embarassed. on the other hand if you wear one it *might* hurt and you can swim. so which one is better? personally i think the 2nd idea was better. it might seem really painful and scary..and it might be, but you will never know unless you try. but before you do it, make sure you know exactly what to do so nothing bad happens.

Hi, I need some advice on how to lose about 5 pounds by the middle of August or sooner. Please help me!!

Just try to eat healthy and exercise too. A good balance of the two should get you on the fast track to loosing weight. some tips are to eat only when your hungry to avoid fridge raids and snack cravings. also, dont think you cany eat sweets at all. you can eat them but just make sure you have healthy meals full of healthy stuff. also, for excerise, just make sure each day you have 20 min. or more. instead of watching TV or being on the computer, go bike around with a friend or walk around a park or something. also if you do watch TV, during the commercials do crunches or sit-ups or squats or something. if you do the right stuff you will loose weight and hopefully quickly!

i want to be a singer and i sing 24/7 and i sing infront of everyone and they all like it. well since they know my voice they told me to write songs so i am. but how do i get a record label? or send it to a record company?

Well first, you should get an agent. I dont know exactly where to get one, but i'm sure if you look up "singing agents" on google or some other search sites, you can find a realible good website that doesnt look like it will rip you off. okay, so basically just find an agent. when you have an agent (which you have to pay for) he will do all the work of finding good people to sing for and finding record contracts you can try out for.

I have a new boyfriend & he's my first. He tried to kiss me the other day & I was ready but I was worried I wouldn't know what I was doing. I made an excuse that I had a sore throat. Hmm...well this might sound corny but which one is more important to you? the frienship or the girl? if you decide to go with the girl, you could go out with her and have fun for awhile (i mean not all relationships last forever) and also, you'll probably have a lot to deal with with your friend. if you stay with your friend then you wont be with the girl and maybe your friend will ask her out. i dont really know what to say, because basically its up to you. so just think : friendship or relationship. either one is good for you and maybe not so good for the person youre leaving out.

You have to use a HTML code to do it.




That is the code. You fill in the "URL OF IMAGE HERE" with the url of the picture you want. how you get those is you right click on a picture find its properties and copy and paste the url given in properties. fill it into the url place and save it in your profile settings page. view your column and gaze at your beatiful work!!

i have a big forhead, and i have a collick that makes any kind of bangs i get look weird, how can i wear my hair that wont make my forehead look quite so big?

Try moving your bangs to the side, its a cute style and it covers forheads for the most part. i dont really know what a collick is but just try to arrange your bangs around so your forhead is covered up a bit but in a super-cute way!

well if you guys are friends, then just simply ask if he would want to see a movie with you or hang out at your house. add that it wouldnt be a date unless you want it to be (with a wink). jk well only if you want to . but if you think he'd turn you down then say that maybe some other friends from church will be joining you so that wat you can get closer to him and he wont think its like a date or whatever. just try to flirt with him and get to know him more. and when you think the time is right, ask him out.

Well my family is a family with 5 kids. We are running sort of low on money. How couild I help them out. I mean my mom could nopt even buy shampoo the other day!

aw, thats sad! Well to help out you could offer to do some chores because i'm sure your parents are already stressed out enough. also, if you are the oldest you can babysit your siblings while your parents are away. also, i dont know how old you are but you can get a small job like babysitting, lemonade sale, dog walking, or something else like that!

Well what is bugging you exactly? if you know, then say something like "when you _____________ it really got on my nerves. can you try not to do it again?" that will probably work, if not ask another question!

weird question i know. my best friend is moving soon, and i sent her a text telling her i was gonna miss her and a bunch of other friend stuff like that. everything i said i meant in a friend way but she took it the wrong way. someone read her fone and saw the texts and thought the same thing. now every one of my friends thinks i like her. and other people i dont even know! shes gonna be gone in 3 weeks.. and idk what to do. haha its funny cause i know its not true and that rediculous anyone would think that, but sucks cause no one believes what i say. help =/

Just tell your friend what you really meant by the text, so she understands. That might sound like a really short & lame answer but it will work. you'll probably laugh over the whole situation after!!

Hmmm...well what you could do is have a big party just invite 20 people so you can actually fit everyone in for a party. but on your actual birthday you could invite just a couple of your close friends to be with you. if you usually have a family party on your actual birthday then invite your friends too. so that way you will have a celebration and a b-day party with your close friends and family!

Yea i think you should just ask him. It might seem a litte desperate but it doesnt matter because he seems desperate writing that in your yearbook so i bet he wont care. if he says yes then tell him that you like him aswell and see how it goes from there. if he says no or something like idk, then just be like "oh okay, i was just wondering when i was reading over my yearbook." it wont sound that disapointed or anything. hope i helped!!

ok...i wanna babysit during the summer only i don't know how to start. and i dont wanna babysit alone. so...how do i start babysitting?

well, first, ask a friend the you would think would be interested in babysitting if she can work with you. then you need to spread the word. you can make flyers, send e-mails, or just tell people in your neighboorhood. then they will call or talk to you soon if they want to hire you. thats it. just spread the word and wait for calls! hope i helped!!
