True?

It's true but not technically true. The discharge itself isn't brown, it's the blood mixing into it. But yeah, if you're getting brown discharge you're most likely getting your period.

In my opinion, it was a good movie. It's really "touching" and such. Some parts are really painfully sad. I personally wasn't happy with the ending. It's worth the money though.

Q: My heels are dry and cracked. There not bleeding or anything. All the cracks are in the dead skin. What can I do to get all the dead skin off? I've tried soaking my feet, using a pumice stone, or filing them. Nothing like that works. Please help!!

Filing your feet will probably make the cracks in your heels worse. If soaking and using a pumice stone doesn't work, get an appointment with a podiatrist, they can prescribe you with a certain foot cream or suggest other ways of treatment. Wear socks to avoid friction of your foot and your shoe (it might be rough on your feet).

Q: ok last month i had a few blood droppings..barely anything and it only happened once last month. And idk if i have started or not.

Technically you did start your period. Next month (or maybe the month after that...your first periods are irregular) you'll probably get more blood. The first one is like a "test period". Make sure you take pads or tampons wherever you go, you'll never know when it'll suprise you.

It's sloming. People do it to lose weight, but some people think they get a "high from it"

The purpose of birth control is to avoid getting pregnant, you most likely will not get pregnant, however it is possible. If you take your birth control pill routinely every day, you should be fine. Weight gain is common, when I started using birth control I gained about 15 pounds. Luckily sex burns alot of calories, right!?

Q: for my new years resolution, i want to be a vegitarian (not eating meat/fish, ill still do dairy/eggs).

is there anything important (health wise..or any other wise) i need to know before i begin?

I'm a vegetarian, so if you have any questions just ask straight to my inbox and i'll help you with whatever you need. Don't cut out all meat at once, give up red meat for a week, then give up chicken and pork, and then the next week give up fish. Make sure you take a multi vitamin with iron, and make sure you eat enough dairy and protein (eggs, soy products). Also try to eat alot of beans and things like that.

Q: i had a blackhead/pimple on the crease of my nose, like in the little dent/dip where my nose touches my face. anyways i picked at it and now it's become a scab, but it's big and ugly, should i pick it to make the scab go away? or not. and what can i do to make it go away without making it worse?

If you have a newly formed scab and you pick it, another one will form. Wait a few days until it's completley dry, then you can probably peel it off. It's best to just let it do its own thing though. Putting makeup over it probably isn't the smartest thing to do, but if you're really self conscious about it, go ahead.

Q: what is a "butterface" ? Ive heard a guy refer to a girl in my school as one. He said she had a nice body but a butterface..what does that mean??

Butterface means everything about a girl is good except for her face. Everything but-her-face (butterface).

Either that or she just has a really greasy face.

I had an advicenators account back when I was 13, and my mom was unsure about it, but I gave her the link to my column and she read it and liked the advice I gave. She actually got one of her own. Try doing that.

I don't think there's a way to do that on aim Triton, only on the original aim (the save/load buddylist options). Delete triton, it's horribly confusing.

But the problem is, i've recently met a guy who i could see actually being with. But he thinks my religion his as he puts it "Bulls__t". No, don't dump your boyfriend. Understanding is everything in a relationship. If someone says something you believe in is "bullshit", then he'll probably think alot of other things you do are bullshit too, and conflict isn't good. If your current boyfriend is more like a friend, wait it out and see if the relationship develops into more than that, sometimes it takes time, you know?

You may or may not bleed, it depends if your hymen was completley "popped" the first time. It might hurt again, some people say it hurts the first 3 times.

That's why bras were created, to stop your breasts from hurting. If you don't wear bras to bed or anything and the pain is excruciating, you're probably just sensitive, but it's nothing to worry about.

If lace bras hurt, don't wear lace bras.

An active herpes lesion is the actual open sore. Herpes can be active and inactive, when it's inactive, there are no sores. Herpes can still be transmitted when it's inactive because certain cells shed.

I'm a girl, so I can't help too much with this. But one of my guy friends is always talking about how he wants to date a girl who's never kissed anyone before. So i'm guessing that most guys would like that, unless they're agressive assholes.
