what is a "butterface" ? Ive heard a guy refer to a girl in my school as one. He said she had a nice body but a butterface..what does that mean??

Butterface means everything about a girl is good except for her face. Everything but-her-face (butterface).
Either that or she just has a really greasy face.

It sounds like he's saying that she has a nice body, thin or whatever, but that she has a chubby face. I'm not exactly sure on that one, but thats what it seems like. Maybe she has chubby cheeks or something like that, but thats what i think it means, though i'm not entirely sure. I've never really heard that term before.
