drink less water. believe it or not if you drink a lot of water you get more cramps. and just get a lot of sleep/rest. hope i helped!

My mom was born in a foreign country, and their thoughts on things are a LOT diffent from the United States, and her thoughts are LOTS different than what I want to do. For example, she refuses to let me date, so I have to keep all my feelings for boys bottled up in my diary. She doesn't let me wear shorts (only capris) in the summer, so I end up burning up in my classrooms. I really need to tell her that these things might not be allowed where she grew up, but I don't live where she lives, and I need to have a LIFE! How can I tell her?

Alright, so, my computer sucks. Apparently it's a good computer, but we always have problems with it. For the last few months it's been surprisingly fine. But recently, it starts shutting down with no warning or anything. I haven't noticed a pattern in things that I'm doing when it shuts down, and it's really becoming an inconveinance(sp?). We don't have a anti-virus program, which, I know is incredibly stupid. When I try to start the computer back up, it sounds like a dead engine trying to start up in the tower, but nothing works. Does anyone know what could be wrong? Thanks!

ati virus things suck they dont help. your computer needs to jjust like.....warm up i guess. the more you use it the better it will be.

i want to join cross country next year, and i was wondering... what all do you do and how far do you run?

you run like 2 miles for a race, maybe 3 its not as hard as you think. i did it and it was pretty easy.

I am a mother of four and none of my children will eat vegetables or fruit. The oldest is 13 and the youngest 7. I fed them vegetables and fruit in baby food as yound children, but they just don't like it now. I was the same as a child and so I didn't push them. However, while they're not unhealthy, I'd like them to start eating at least a bit more healthily, what with all this stuff going around about overweight kids and cholestrol, etc etc etc. So, my question is: does anyone have any recipies or ideas to make fruit and vegetables tasty and fun?
Also, my thirteen-year-old just got braces and can't eat anything hard for a few days, so I was wondering if it would be safe for to eat baby food? I know it has nothing added to it but I was just wondering if it was OK for a 13 year old to eat that and only that (obviously with drinks, and different varieties of the food) for three or four days?
Also, my friend has suggested using baby food or vegetable pureè as pasta sauces. Do you think this would work?

yea ts safe for her to eat baby food. but to get your other ones to eat fruit and veggies you can make them angel food cake and put whipped cream and strawberries and blueberries on it. you can get them to eat veggies by letting them dip carrots into ranch dressing and that will make them taste better. or you can put salt on carrots they might like that. you can also make them spaghetti with tomato sauce, that counts as a vegetable. and you can give them 100% juice. hope i helped!

its prevent hun. anyway use shampoo and conditioner together and put it on your legs. then put TONS AND TONS of lotion on yur legs when your done.

ok.. there is this guy that i like named ryan. For the past 2 weeks, everyone has been telling me that he likes me. Well i didnt believe them so i said i didnt like him. Then ryan found out i didnt like him, so 3 days ago he told one of my friends i was hott and he liked me but didnt want to go out with me anymore. Last night at church, he wouldnt even talk to me. I said hey to him and he ignored me. Then after church we was all outside and jordan asked ryan a question about me and he was like "i dont know adn i dont care right now". I havent done nothing to him, but he found out that i still like my ex. Also there is this guy name murphy that used to like me but i never liked him(we were just good friends, not no more tho, i hate him now!!). Well murphy has been telling everyone that i like him and i dont!! Ryan now thinks i like murphy and he thinks murphy likes me. So he is mad at me and wont talk to me. What should i do?

talk to ryan, and murphy. tell murphy to stop spreading rumors around and if he doesnt then your gonna kick his ass (you almost never have to do that it, just threaten him and hell probably be scared off) talk to ryan. dont like just go up to him and say, i dont like murphy, i love you. just say something like "omg! ryan! please get this dmbass off my back! omg i hate murphy!" you dont have to say exactly that but that would be a good example. then hell notice that you hate murphy. hope i helped! good luck

I want to get a mystic tan from one of those spray things before I go to Florida (in 3 days) My mom says I could but I was wondering - when I go out in the REAL sun ..will anything happen (like color of my skin wise or health) if I already have the mystic tan on? Im only going for 5 days - Do you think I should even bother w/ the mystic tan ..ah what do i do?!

if you actually get a tan in the sun its more possible that you can get skin cancer.i think you should get a mystic tan and always use a lot of sunscreen with a lot of protection from the sun.

My neighbors and I used to play out side and play nintendo at each other's houses and stuff all the time. a few months ago, though, my mom had a cardiac arest, resulting in brain injury. For a while, my mom was in the hospital, so me and my family were hardly ever home, and almost never free. She's a lot better now, and just has trouble remembering things. Since she came home though, my neighbors seem to be avoiding me. When I get on IM, they get off. I called them a few times, and it sounded like they were making excuses, but I didn't really have any grounds to argue on, so I didn't bother. Do you think they're avoiding me or am I just being paranoid? Sorry for the length, but please awnser.

it seems like they they are definatley ignoring you. i think you should knock on the door when they are home and work things out or you should leave a note on theyre front door if theyre not home and work things out. i dont think that sounds like a goood reason to ignore you. you should definatly talk to them. id hate to lose good friends!
