My name is Teza.. short for Tereza. I was born in Croatia and I speak more than one language. I'm 22 years old & I completed 2 college degrees in 3 years. My a bachelors is in Business Administration concentration in Human Resources and my Masters degree is also in HR.

so last friday i got enough courage to hang out with my crush..and i though we totally hit it off..and boyy was i right no hes always smiling at me and saying hi and talking to me, i love it..so i defiently think that he likes me..but yeah my homecoming dance is in a couple weeks annd i dont know if hes going to ask me or not..like it seems like he likes me enough that he would ask but i get stressed real easy and if i dont have two weeks in advance to get a dress..etc. ill flip so should i wait for him?? and what are some ways that i can hint to him that i really like him without making it too obvious, im talking just casual things like flipping your hair and stuff...thanks =]

I think that he is giving you some signs. By the way he acts and how you guys flirt. I also think he will ask you. It might be too early right now but just wait. If it comes to like a week until homecomming then ask him!! Just flirt with him a lot and I'm sure you know how to do that. Let him know you are interested and ask him to hang out more and more and always talk. Don't worry. I bet you guys are going to end up going together.

okay so my homecmming dance is october 8th and thats the day when im susposed to start my period..so i dont know what to do..like i dont want to not wear anything and risk getting blood on my dress...but i cant wear a pad cause panty lines and i dont think its goood to wear tampons when your no on your period..ahh what should i do, im so stresssed about it

Well you have to wear one of them. Why isnt it good to wear tampons? I think that you should try wearing a tampon, at least for the dance. I mean you don't want to risk it & leak. Tampons are comftrable and you can't feel it. You just change it every 4 hours. Don't worry about leaking if you have it on. Get the extra heavy just incase. Have fun at homecomming!

I think your weight is fine. Don't worry. Go to www.am-i-fat.com and type in your weight and height and it will tell you if you are under weight or over weight.

a couple friends and i are gonna go shopping sometime next summer before school starts. what time do you think would be the best time to get lots of sale stuff but still get some winter-fall stuff? we are going to stores like saks, abercrombie&fitch, hollister, ae, 5-7-9, those places. i would think sometime in august??

They actually do have sales but yes rarely. Hollister has a sale every season. Like when it's winter they will sell summer clothing for sale because no one would really need it and they are trying to sell it. I never found a sale at A&F. Anyways, they have sales on special occasions .. that is only sometimes, and different seasons. You don't really need a sale. You just have to watch how much money you are spending and try to find good prices. Have fun shopping.

why do private questions not count against your average. i think its kind of unfair because i always get 5s on private questions and lowwer scores on open questions.

but thats not all actually. sometimes.. my private questions do count but thats only when there low!

I asked something similar in a moderator discussion and they all told me it's because when your friends or anyone else asks you questions and say like "OMG, I love you sooo much, you're soo pretty!!!" They won't count because it's a compliment really and it just wouldn't really be fair. Now, I get idiots asking me normal questions like "Can you find this site for me, I'll rate you a 5?" and when I have no clue what they are asking me or if I just simply don't know they rate me a 1 or 2. I had those count but it is rating abuse. If you get asked something stupid and that isn't unfair talk to MFS or DN about it. I'm sure they would help you out.

I have golden brown hair (dyed ) , green eyes and a fair complexion (with some pink tone in my cheeks).I wish some advice abour coloring my hair . I want a change but I don't know how to do it. I think that black it isn't quite good for me (my natural hair color is dark ash blonde )..What do you think about highlights ?Please , please , give me some advice .

I have the same color now that I dyed my hair and I'm having a hard time deciding on my high lights. I think that golden blonde or any blonde would look real cute with your hair. Now, if you want to dye your hair I think you should go for dark brown or just brown. Then you could get light brown high lights. I had it and it looks really cute!! Short cuts and with a lot of layers. Layers make your hair look fuller and thicker. It made my hair like that. But you can go for short and thicker and your face look broader. Hope you find something you like. Good luck.

Okay, My name is melissa, and i'm fifteen. Theres this guy at my school who keeps calling me fat. He says that i'm obese and that i should just stop eating!!! The problem is, that i'm 5,4 and i'm 105 pounds. I dont think that's fat, and all my friends say i'm stick thin....but, i dont know. If he calls me that, do other people think that? Babe, you aren't fat at all. Guys are jerks like that and he probablly says it because it bothers you soo much. The more you show him you care the more he will do it. He is immature and just won't learn. He is probablly the only one who thinks that so don't listen to him at all. Sometimes when guys like you they will tease you like that. So, the next time he does that just laugh it off and come up with a smart comback and insult him once or twice.

You need to take a warm bath. It always helps me and it will just make you feel better. In health class, my cramps were so bad and my P.E teacher told me I need to drink milk because it will make the cramps go away. It actually did even though I hate milk. Eat healthyer now. Don't load up on junk food and exercise. But before that take a nice long warm bath. You don't really need Midol or Tylonol or anything but Advil works. Hope you feel better.

Sometimes you just can't cheer a person up after a break up. I mean you can talk to her as much as you want but she will still be sad. You just have to let her know that you will always be there for her and that guy isn't worth it. All she needs is her friends , ice cream and tissues. She will be fine though. She will get over it. Aww, thanks for the comment you left in the topic. LOl anyways, I think its good that you want to be prepared for whatever answer is comming up but if he does like one of those girls, it won't be the end of the world babe. Those things will happen. Things and boys won't go the way you want it. It's just part of life and you have to understand that. I know that it might hurt your feelings a little but you can find someone better for you because you deserve it. You should let him know you like him. I mean, why not?? So what if he knows. He should get to know you and you never know he might like you back as well. He could also think that you don't like him so he just wants to stay away. Tell him. Again if it doesn't go the way you want it to, you will be fine. Trust me. Just don't get sad about it. You have to find the good though.
