WelL eventually they will fade away- but just for now use a lil makeup- and when you go out in the sun put sunscreen on your face so the freckles wont get even darker. Yah lift weights and do 10 pushups a day. Also Protein shakes will help you out with out putting on fat in your stomache. Eat healthy meals.
