so sit by yourself, what's the big deal? I actually tried to sit by myself a couple times in high school, and every single time some random kid would come up and be like, "I'm afraid to sit by myself so you must be too, let's sit together" and that's how it went.

well, there's swimming and bike riding that are really low-impact, but nothing gives you as good a workout as running does. if you already have joint or knee problems, that's one thing, but if you're healthy now go run! Most runners don't experience any more injuries than any other athletes.

and look at it this way - if running is bad for your joints, you can pay to have them replaced when you're old. If you don't run and your heart weakens, you can't pay to have that replaced, you just die. I'd rather run.

I'd say distribute flyers, but for safety reasons don't post them in public places, have them photocopied and roll them up and leave them in people's door handles... only in your own neighborhood! Don't leave them with any house that makes you uncomfortable... maybe look around for evidence of children (swingsets, toys in the yard, it's usually pretty obvious).

Don't accept babysitting jobs outside your neighborhood unless the people heard of you from someone you sit for a lot. Call and make sure that's the reference they got. You're smart to think about security.

First off, you need to check with the laws in your state to see what's legal and what's not, don't just take his word for it. Many states do have "statutory rape" laws to keep minors from danger. I know in Kansas, if an 18 year old had sex with a 15 year old, he'd go to jail. At 15, you have not reached the "age of consent". The dating part isn't what's illegal, it's the "benefits" or so he's saying (that's usually what people mean when they say "friends with benefits"... friends who have sex.) Unless your dating takes you across state lines (transporting a minor) you're fine to go to movies and hold hands and make out and do whatever you want to do. Sexual activity may get both of you, especially him, into legal trouble.

I don't think it's jealousy. I mean, I'm a girl and I get annoyed when my girlfriends talk about nothing but guys... I'm very straight, I assure you, it's just more interesting to hang out with people with their own personality.

Tell her how you feel. Ask her why, all the sudden, all she talks about is guys. Ask if she's interested in news or politics or even fashion... ANYTHING! She owes it to you to change the subject every once in a while.

You can save on your home gas bill by making sure your doors and windows are sealed tight, so the heater doesn't have to kick on as much.

You can help your car use less gas by making sure your tires are kept well-inflated - it seems like a minor difference, but a lot of people don't think about it.
