Hello, all- I'm Becky. I'm 16 years old but wise far beyond my years, so hopefully you can expect some good advice from me. Okay. Well there is this boy, and i like him and i'm not sure if he likes me. we sit infront of each other and we like to talk and stuff. And we were talkin one day and he made me laugh and the girl next to him said "Just go ahead and ask her out already!!" and he boy just sorta giggled,smiled, and turned real red. then like 5 minutes later she said it again and all he did was smile and turn real red...We like to push each others desks. and the boy sittin next to me (not the one i like) saw him push my desk. and he's like "ohh foostie!" and the boy i like blushed...and smiled at me... Does he like me!? Because one time the girl sittin next to the boy i like wrote him a note. talkin bout if he liked me. and i read a lil and she asked if he liked me and i didn't get to read the answer, then later down in the note i saw that she asked " what a friend?" so i had my doubts...so i dont know if he does... does he?

I think that there is a REALLY good chance that this boy likes you. Keep on talkin to him like you have been. If he still seems shy after a little bit longer, just ask him out yourself. Good luck!

i live in california, and i took the permit test once and i failed i miss 2 more than i was supposed to, but can anyone please tell me the type of questions they ask

if you go to the dmv (the place where you take the test) they should be able to give you a handbook that has everything you need to know. (at least mine does; i live in kansas) the questions are mostly common sense things. they have things like do you use your bright lights or your low lights in fog? or what does this sign mean? or what do you do when an ambulance with its sirens on is coming near you? just study the handbook you get at the DMV. also, this site may help: http://www.dmv.ca.gov/ its the official CA DMV website. i'm about 5'3" and i weigh like 135 pounds. am i overweight?

you aren't extremely overweight but you might benefit from losing 10 pounds. if you just excercise some everyday (crunches and taking walks/going running would be good) and eat healthier, then you'll be much healthier. Eating well and excercising will make healthier, which is more important than what you weigh. Good luck!

Can someone give me a list of sins? Recently, I've been depressed and literally thought of anything bad that happened to me or anything bad I did, purposely or accidentally and I got the word sins stuck in my head. I also started wondering what are the numbers are about when I see people go to confession boxes on tv and the priest gives them a number after their confession.

the seven deadly sins are pride greed jealousy anger lust gluttony and sloth. these mean thinking your great, wanting lots of money, wanting what others have, being really mad, wanting to do sexual things, eating a lot, and being really lazy. I think most people have committed a lot of these sins, but as long as you try not to do them, and ask for forgiveness, it'll be ok. no one is perfect, so don't upset yourself by thinking you're a terrible person, because you aren't; you're just normal =]

My boyfriend of 11 months and I sometimes will makeout and stuff with just his boxers on and just my underwear.. I was wondering are there any risks of anything happen when we do this?

you have a chance of getting caught up in the moment and wanting to go further. so basically if that happens you might have sex, but since you weren't really planning on it you might not have a condom so you could get pregnant. also, parents might walk in on you, and that wouldn't be any fun. but if you just makeout, then nothing bad can really happen.

Alright, for my chruch, we're having an "angel tree" and in our church theres this big tree with lots of paper angels and on the back in an envelope, is a familys name. well, I want to do the twelve days of christmas for this family, they're fairly newly weds, they have 2 girls, one is 4 the other is 2, but i'm having problems thinking of things to do!
my mom is into it too, so i'm not gonna have a big issue with money. its a whole family thing, but I cant think of anything!! please help me come up with cute ideas for these 2 little girls! please, no Original poems or the whole, partriage in a pear tree things! they're really little and i want to make this special, so please no peoms or anything too big?

ok this guy tells his sister who is my neighbor that he thinks i am really cute and he is a T.A(teachers aid) for my english class and he won't talk to me why won't he just say something oh and he is a senior and i am a freshman(but i am 15).oh and sometimes i see him kind of loking at me.

you don't really have a reliable source on whether or not this guy actually likes you, so it might not be true. also, if this guy doesn't ever talk to you, then it might be a good idea to forget about him. still, if you really like him, keep on trying to talk to him. good luck! =]

i'm trying to find some healthy snacks to eat after school. i'm thinking about making my self a banana smoothie, but i'm not sure how. all of the recipes that i've read include ice cream or yougurt. and 1) ice cream would be too unhealthy and 2)i hate yogurt and i don't have any.

is it possible to make a banana smoothie with 1 whole banana and milk in a blender? what else would i need to add to this? and is this considered healthy?

if not...what are some other easy healthy snacks that i can eat. not peanut butter & apples or celery because i don't like those things.

if you use low fat vanilla ice cream it really wouldn't be too unhealthy. also, using low fat vanilla yogurt wouldn't be too bad if you get some- you say you don't like yogurt but you wouldn't be able to taste it really it just gives the smoothie some consistency.

i love to make strawberry banana smoothies. the recipe i use is:

2 bananas
3 strawberries
1 cup of strawberry juice
1 container strawberry yogurt
ice

blend the bananas separately, then add everything else but the ice, and blend, and then add the ice and blend one more time.

it tastes really good =]

also, the 100-calorie pack snacks are healthy and yummy, and crackers and lowfat cheese (i love this little spreadable cheese squares called laughing cow) are always good.

I've done those online calculators and they say i am, but you can't really trust those things because they don't take in to consideration a lot of important factors, you know. candy or giftcards are always good presents. everyone loves candy (and they can always trade if they don't) and giftcards are great because you can get what you want. some giftcard ideas are:

an unlocked phone simply means that you can use that particular phone with different carriers' SIM cards (the little memory chip thing). i don't know if there's really a point, but it could be good for some people =]

it's most likely ok. you could just be having an irregular cycle, especially if you haven't been having your period for too long. still, if it doesn't come back after a really long time, something may be wrong and you might consider seeing your doctor. some things that could cause it to stop could be extreme stress, or not eating enough/excercising too much. however, if you haven't had those problems, then don't worry!

hey, i'm planning to get my nose pierced in a year or something and i was just wondering...

-how long do you have to keep the stud in?
-after you can take it off, will the hole close if you don't put one on for like a week?
-is the hole visible when you're not wearing a stud?

-and any additional info would help too :)

I'm not sure about nose rings, but I'm assuming they are similar to earrings, which I have =]

-You need to leave the stud in for around 6 weeks to give the hole time to heal. I think that if you take it out before that, the hole won't be completely defined and it will probably grow back really quickly, so if you ended up not liking it, you would probably be able to take it out after a week and let it grow back.

-You're supposed to have something in at all times for two months after you get it pierced, or there is a good chance it will grow back.

-The hole will be visible, but it will be REALLY small, and so you could just use a tiny bit of concealer or something if it bothered you, but it might end up being even more noticeable if you do that.
