I'm a photography major at a community college. I love music, fashion, art, my friends, books, films, theatre...and vampires. Ask me anything. I especially like questions about my opinions on something and questions that aren't even asking for advice.

I was wondering if anybody knew a good 'wash-in, wash-out' temporary hair color product. There's this party coming up soon and all my friends want me to go blonde(my natural color's dark brown) for it, but I don't want it to be long term or even more than 2-3 days. I just need something that'll temporarily make me blonde for like 6 hours.
I'm pretty sure there isn't a hair color product that lasts only 6 hours or even 2-3 days. Especially if you were to dye it from dark brown to blonde. You could bleach it and then dye it back to your normal hair color but that would be very bad for your hair texture. Sorry, I don't think anybody's got an answer to that question.
I've only kissed one guy b4, IT WAS A TOTAL DISASTER! SO, Im really nervous about kissing my b/f. I want to kiss him but I don't know how to make-out. I'll mess up for sure.
Any help is appreciated!

My first kiss was pretty sad because it didn't really mean anything special to me and it wasn't "breathtaking" like I thought it would be. You are so not alone, girl. The key to the perfect first kiss (I mean like your first kiss with a new guy) is to be gentle and take things slow. Don't think you have to rush into an intense make out session. Just take your time. Lean in slowly and kiss him very gently on the lips. DON'T try anything with tongue or biting. It can wait for later. Just make it simple and short. Don't be all over him but don't be too distant. There's nothing wrong with a little touching but DON'T rush him and DON'T pressure him. If you're really nervous, wait for him to make the first move and just play it by ear when that happens. Good luck!!
it's really obvious that my mom tries to bring me down. how could she not know when she talks to me. i told her but she said that it was just the way she was. but how can that be when it sounds like she is trying to make me look like i go around looking like an idiot. she's like a jealous husband or boyfriend and i don't like it. she doesn't even make any sense anymore. you make her mad and she reacts like it's the worse thing ever. she wasn't like this before.
Sometimes moms have mood swings too. Especially if they're going through menopause. I know it's hard but my mom acts like that all the time. Just try to be patient with her and explain that it hurts your feelings when she talks like that. Eventually she'll come around and be more understanding. Lots of people claim that it's "just how they are" when you tell them the way they act hurts you. Tell her that it makes you sad that she obviously wasn't like that before and she should come to her senses.
(PROS WITH AOL.)
my mom and dad don't want me or my sister on myspace, and i've been sneaking on at my friends houses. aren't they're any sites that like...don't track it in your history? AND, i have parental blocks on my computer, and i wanted to know how to get around it...i also have AOL GUARDIAN on my account, so my mom knows what i'm doing all the time. if i use a different browswer, will it still record it?
anything would help... thanks. x333
My parents are kind of paranoid about the "dangers of myspace" too. Try setting your account to private (explain how this works to your parents) and promising to be friends with only people you actually know personally. This will not only keep you safe from online predators that use myspace but also comfort your parents about how safe you are online. Seriously, be careful who you're friends with on myspace. If you take my advice they might let you use it though.
