advice
how do you know if you are double jointed? iv tried googling it and basically got nothing. but in my shoulders i can hear the joints or bones rubbing against each other sort of. and sometimes when i move my shoulders they pop and make this huge popping noise. sometimes it hurts and sometimes it doesn't. and then every now and then they get really sore. then sometimes with my knees it will feel like my knee cap is going to dislocate? my ankles crack and pop when i go up the stairs, but that happens with my mom too.
i have no idea why its doing this. it started maybe 6 months ago?
i have played soccer for about 10 years and used to dance for about 6 years, if that helps.

almost everyone is double jointed in their shoulders... if you wanna know if you are.. get like a pipe or something, hold onto it with both hands infront of you then take it back across your head and striaght down, if you cant do it, then your not double jointed. if you do, then yes you are. but them hurting and stuff, i dont know if that has to dowith you being double jointed. try seeing a doctor.. and your ankles, they might just need a rest from sports, or they just might crack. im going to go go college for physical therapy. so try making your A B C's using your foot, to help your ankles from cracking, it helps, not right away, but after you do it everyday in about two weeks, you will notice they dont crack as much... hope i helped
okay, so i dont like teh lengh of my hair, its about shoulder length. i really reallly want my hair to grow longer. but it just wont! its never been longer than it is now. and it like wont grow anymore =[

well i know if you dye your A LOT it will end up stop growing, that happened to a girl in my school, she dyes her hair every other week with a differnt color. hers is about to her shoulders.. sorry i didnt help, but i thought you should know that

i think she should just follow her heart, and pick who she likes more, and feels more connection with. i dont know how old you girls are, but if you 16 like me, a younger guy would be bad, their not mature yet. an older guy would be the best. but if your in your 20s then both would be a good pick. but really just tell her to just follow her heart and see who she likes more.. hope i helped
im 14 years old and barley a 32A =[ . im going to highschool this year but i want to have a figure. i work out and im getting toned and stuff but still i just dont have boobs. its really anoying me. i mean im not like those girls who stuff or anything and i dont think i would ever stuff. =|

i was the same, but mine really did just grow over summer!.. i think it was going into 9th grade, and i was about a B cup and they grew to a full C by the time school was in!.. but hunny coming from someone with big boobs, its not all that great. you have to buy bigger shirts, that need up not fitting your stomache(if your small like i am) and they are a pain for summer, with swimming suits. i think a B cup would be great. im sure they will come =] sorry i didnt help, i know, i dont care if you rate low, but i just wanted to tell you the bad side of big boobs!.. sorry

i just would like to say, good for you!!. good for you that you want better then some asshole!.. and yes sweetie, there are wonderful guys out there!. if your dating guys your age, then go for maybe 17, not to old, but its a study fact, that girls mature faster then guys. so try for an older guy that wants a real relationship. dont get me wrong, there still will be assholes that are older, but try to find that guy that calls you everynight, or talks to you all the time on the computer. you never know, he might be right in front of your eyes!!!

if you guys have been together for a long time, and went to dances together during school, then go out and buy a scrap book, and put pictures from the dances, or just pictures of you two in it. then write cute little sayings and stuff all in it, i did this, and my boyfriend LOVED it. Uhm you can get him a sliver chain, the one i got was about 70$ maybe less, and it looks great on my boyfriend. hope i helped
okay, so i like this guy, and i know he likes me. (i did snooping) but the problem is he is friends with my brother, and my brother doesnt like when we (me n his friend) talk on IM, and if we were to hang out with him not there he would be pissed...any advice?? ive thought about hiding it, or just accepting that it probly wont work out but...

at night i cant go to bed!! my mom wont let me take any medicines cuz im only 13. "happy thots" no longer help. is there any programs or something i can get to help me sleep. i got this sleeping cd to help u sleep but i get scared still..ive had this my whole life and i get scared SOO much!
i agree with the person below me, but dont read or watch tv in your bed. bc when you do "actions" in your bed, your brain gets to thinking your bed is where you enjoy yourself, not sleep. hope i helped
how do you get rid of cellulite.. i know you can exercise.. ive been doing that for about 3 weeks now and no results yet. I work out 3 times a week i run the treadmill, do the bike exercise and nothing seems to be working.. its in my thighs..

ok im 15/m and im 5'4 all my freinds are taller than me even though i used to be taller than them, is there anyway i can grow taller eating stretching if so what kind of foods or stretchings or whatever i can do, oh and dont recommend those grow taller pills or suplements, it dont matter if what the foods are i wont get fat i have a great metabolisim, thanks

you can swim. i have mine done twice. just dont go swimming in a lake or river. mine got infected by simming in a lake. make sure you clean it only 3 times a day. dont touch it more then you should, and make sure you twist the ring when cleaning it. dont use rubbing alcohol!!
How do you guys get motivated?
I've gotten out of shape these last couple of months,and have put on at least ten pounds.
I'm feeling very unhappy, what with my new love handles and pot-belly.
What gets you guys into working out and eating right?

My best friend (D) told me not to long ago that she had sex when she was 12, now shes 14. I was shocked and disgusted too, because people always thought she was a whore. My other best friend told me that D told her that it happened more than once. Once in the bed, once in the shower, once on the beach, and once somewhere else, and a couple other times. This was all with her boyfriend (M). M died last year, and he was only 13. Anyway, she didn't tell me it happened all those times,because she knew I'd be even more disapointed I guess. When D told me about the first time, I told her I had lost respect for her. I think she is a whore. One time in class we were counting all the guys she dated, and I was naming random names and she would be like Yup. The total was 17. D turned 14 a few months ago. Would you agree that D is a whore? Also, would it be wrong to stop talking to her, because of that.
i would say she is a whore. i would understand if it was only once, b/c some guys are dicks, but all those times, come on now esp. if it was with another 12 year old. i dont think you should stop being friends with her. but if shes still having sex now. then slowly stop talking to her. find out if shes still doing it. then maybe try talking to her. hope i helped
I really want to get a piercing. Really really badly. not like a normal piercing but a unique kind of one. Nothing big just something thats different. I've tried talking my grandma [I live with her] about it and she wont let me. I've talked about getting my eyebrow pierced and she said she didn't want me to do that. I've been thinking about a Marylyn Monroe [sry if spelled wrong] because I've been told that it would look good on me. I have two questions kind of, How can I try to convence my g-ma to let me get the piercing [knowing her, I would most likely be able to get one if it wasn't too extreme and if I had info about piercings and stuff] and what other piercings would be a good idea? [I do not want a nose or another ear piercing though]
