im 14 years old and barley a 32A =[ . im going to highschool this year but i want to have a figure. i work out and im getting toned and stuff but still i just dont have boobs. its really anoying me. i mean im not like those girls who stuff or anything and i dont think i would ever stuff. =|
is there anyway i can grow my boobs.?
i dont know about stuffing cuz even if i didnt i would only do it a little.. but i dont know if thats a good idea. and pills. hm. i dont know about those either. i mean do they work or like okay for me or what?
so yeah anything on how to make them grow or apear bigggger. if you know anything about the pills or anything tell me too =]
&& please dont say that i shouldnt care what others think (because its hard not to) and im just 14 and they'll grow because there not grow alot over the summer.

hey, i have the SAME issue, cept im a junior and a 32A. and my sister is 12, and hers are bigger (sad huh?) but i can tell you the pluses are..you can wear REALLY low shirts and nobody calles you a slut, ive done it, i know. plus i can sleep on my stomach! lol.
but yea, push up bras work, and just try to think of the positive things...big boobs arent everything.
anyways, just wanting to let you know, youre not alone, and i bet you'll be bigger than me by the time your my age..haha.

i was the same, but mine really did just grow over summer!.. i think it was going into 9th grade, and i was about a B cup and they grew to a full C by the time school was in!.. but hunny coming from someone with big boobs, its not all that great. you have to buy bigger shirts, that need up not fitting your stomache(if your small like i am) and they are a pain for summer, with swimming suits. i think a B cup would be great. im sure they will come =] sorry i didnt help, i know, i dont care if you rate low, but i just wanted to tell you the bad side of big boobs!.. sorry<33

okay, whoever said wear a "push-up bra" won't make your boobs grow bigger... that was your original question.
whatever boobs you have, massage them everynight. i swear. massage them for like 5 minutes a day and they will get bigger. idk by how much, but for sure.

Victoria's secret! Push-up bra! Get it two or three sizes smaller than your actual size. You can eat fattening foods but if you do this I would advise you exercise a lot so you don't get fat or anything. Also an exercise to make your boobs look bigger: Ok have you ever done or seen someone do that thing where a guy tells you to try touch your elbows behind your back to try get you to push your boobs out? There isn't anyway to make your boobs grow. I don't suggest pills, nor do I suggest stuffing because both ideas are just stupid.
If you want your boobs to look bigger, wear a push-up bra. That's your best bet for right now. Boob size is all in genetics & you're only 14, so you've still got a while to grow. Don't be so impatient. Having big boobs isn't everything.

I know so many people in your same situation, including myself. I wear a B cup right now & all my friends are C's & some even D's. It is pretty embarrasing sometimes, but I found ways to get over it. First off, you can wear whatever clothing you want, especially bathing suits. Your boobs don't restrict you from wearing certain tops & clothing that you want to. That's just a positive. There are a lot of really good bras you can buy for less. They'll make your boobs seem a bit bigger without stuffing. You can get them at Victora's Secret & American Eagle. There's obviously other places you can buy bras, but I think those are the best. I would also suggest Kohls or Walmart if you don't want to spend a lot of money. There are padded bras & bras that support you better, making your boobs look a bit bigger. It's a lot better than stuffing. I would not suggest any pills or supplements for your age. They can be extremely dangerous. You're only 14 years old anyway. You are still going through puberty & the pills could throw that off. Your boobs can actually grow until your early 20's, so until you are done with puberty, any pills would probably be unhealthy.
