Q: My weight changes between 132 - 137. I know you're weight tends to be lighter in the morning and heavier at night but I didn't think it was supposed to be that big of a difference. If it matters, I am on a diet trying to loose weight and that makes it hard to know if I'm making progress or not. Thanks In Advance, I'll Rate.

Yeah. My weight fluctuates too. If you are trying to calculate your weight loss, what I would do is in the morning weigh yourself, than at night weigh yourself, then average to two weights. Like say in the morning its 133, than at night it is 136, say its around 134.5

Q: I'm 13 and a female last year i hit a swore at this kid because he called me fat.Well sence then i've been talking to tuckermen(the boy i hit)We have gotten closer but not like close close like a fun talk and stuff.Alot of stupid stuff happened(nothing inportant with other friends)I started crying.I hate crying infront of people .I know it not a sigh a weakness but it still uh i just dont like to.The teacher asked alot of questions and i always gave little information.Then tuckermen asked.I liked it.He cared.I went to class still blinking back my tears.He kept looking at me every 5 minites smileing.It cheered me up.I cant like him.I cant im 130 pounds and a pot belly.Ive never had a boyfriend.I know atleast when he called me fat that he didnt like me.I liked that he cared so much.I cant like him.

Okay. first off, 130 isnt that much, depending on your height. If you are 5 ft or less, then you are over weight. But if you are over 5 feet, you are exactly where you need to be. Oh, and I am 13 and never had a boyfriend either. Its really not a big deal, you will get a boyfriend sooner or later. You just need to find the right guy. Maybe this Tuckermen is the right guy??? if you like him, dont deny it. It sounds like he is flirting a bit, or at least wants to be your friend, so take him up on it. Ask him out. If he says no.. its okay, life will go on. If you know you dont like him, then dont ask him out. Just be friendly, so the opportunity will always be open.

Q: my name is Rachel and iam 16 and this boy asked me out yesterday at school,but he told me to keep it secrete is this normal for a boy who just started dating a girl to want to keep their relationship secret from evrybody?If it's not normal what should I do?

I dont think its too weird. He is probably just shy and embarressed. Maybe its his first time dating? Or maybe he is just a lacking a little confidence and wants to wait until you guys date for a while. If it bothers you, talk to him about it. Maybe ask him why he wants it a secret, and maybe you can persuade him to not be so secrety about it.

Q: I went to a new highschool this year and in the begining, it was wonderful. I made great friends, was doing well and was elected class preseident. Well, now it's march and things have fallen apart. I said some things i shouldn't have to my friends, without realizing it. I was just informed that most of my class thinks i'm a prep who thiniks she's better than everyone else. I don't know what to do.
for starters i'm not going to say anything mean about anyone because i know i deserver to be mean to right now. but i don't know how to apologize. could you give me some tips to get back on my feet?

Apologizing can be tough. You just really need to make it sincere or others won't believe that you are actually sorry. So really try to be sincere and if they reply to your apology with a mean remark, dont get mad. Just act calm and try to talk it over. To prove you dont think that you are better than everyone else, try complimenting people a lot. Does Shelly have a new hairdo? Tell her it looks great (even if it doesnt) Did Bob fail his math test? Tell him he'll do better next time. Try to be as nice as you can, and the kids will learn to accept you once again.

Q: I'm in sixth grade and I have a boyfriend. All of my freinds have held their boyfriends hands and I haven't! I haven't had a boyfriend since 4th grade and I'm scared 2 hold his hand! Should I just do it or wait for him 2 hold my hand or neither?

Aw. Holding hands can be really easy to do. Just slowly reach for his hand. If he likes you, then everything should be good.

Q: Im a 15/f, 16 in april.
okay for some reason i think its really odd to date a guy whos like 17. but then id love to date a guys whos turning 15. i know usually everyone wants to date guys who are older and taller then them but i mean i think its kinda gross well not gorss but just weird if i would date a guy whos like 2 years older then me or 2 years younger. is there something wrong with my brain or is that just my personality towards guys i like?

Heres the thing, it may be a little different than what some people feel, but its not weird. You probably want to be a kid still, and so you want a guy thats really fun to be around and maybe is even a bit kid-like. Is that a possibility? But its not even that big of a difference age, so that doesnt really matter. But nothing is wrong with age you like your guys.

Q: Ok, I have no butt! My hips are 33" and my butt is only 34". I fit pretty good in hollister jeans (for they're for people with white butts). What shoudl i do? I mean liek what are some exercises so i can get a butt and keep it in shape! Thank-you

Haha. I guess I dont really know how you feel because i have a pretty big butt. You could always try to gain weight.. and maybe it will go to your butt. But i suggest trying to do squats and all, to increase muscle. Besides that, I'm sorry but your stuck with a small butt. But thats not a bad thing!

Q: I have known Lauren since kindergarden and now we're in 7th grade. She's the complete geeky looking kid with disgusting nails, glasses, braces you name it! Thats doesn't bother me though... i mean its the inside that counts. She totally does NOT know how to handle people socially. Shes annoying and everyone hates her. Guess whos her only friend?? MEE! Ug she follows me everywhere and sits with me at lunch even though everyone at my table tells me to get rid of her. Her life is a mess. All her friends ditched her.

Bad Stuff:

1) Shes going throuh a difficult time so it is hard to talk to her without her acting suicidal and saying "SO NOW YOU HATE ME TOO??"

2) I'm going on a 1 week cruise with her for her bat mitzvah this spring break.

3) I can't just ditch her as a friend when she needs me!

Since it doesnt seem like you like her all to much, slowly get away from her as a friend. Say no to offers of going out somewhere and hang out with other friends.

If you want to still stay her friend, then you better learn to like her first.

Sorry I couldnt really help, but you shouldn't try to stay friends with a girl you dont like.

Q: okay i have brown hair, curly, layered, about shoulder length....is there any other thing i can do w/ it besides striaghten it?? i tried 2 scrunch it, but it gets frizzy and doesnt look right...plz help!!

I have a similar problem.

Straigtened styles---- putting a small part of it up in the front. It looks very cut and chic!!! You can also separated your hair in half then braid only a little bit of it. Like pig tail braids, but a lot cooler because there will be a lot of extra hair at the bottom.

Up do's---- messy buns always look cute! You could also put your hair up, low a the neck, leaving it naturally curly.

Others---- You could leave it natural!! I'm sure its beautiful! You could put a cute barrette in it. If you figure out a way, you can curl your hair. Try not scrunching it. Try a curling iron.

If your parent is going out with her parent... its a bad move to go out with her. What if your parents get married? Then your step-sister would be your ex!!!!! That would be weird. But if that doesnt bother you, or her, ask her out. Its worth a shot.

Q: First off, I've been single for a really long time. Last week I met a really great guy. I have really high expectations and he met almost every one of them. Anyway, I know I kinda brought it upon myself but I sent him one of those typical surveys about "what you would do" and "do you like me" types of things. He marked that he wanted a fling with me but not an actual relationship. Should I go for the fling, do what a I want and have a valentine this year or just stay friends and be alone for a really long time? If it helps, I go to an all girls high school & see guys.. never. Well it depends on what you want. A fling usually ends in heartbrake if you actually want a real relationship with him. I would ask him out if I were you. You have the chance of him saying yes and you getting what you want, and if he says no you can still be friends or have a "fling". If you want help in getting guys out of school (since you go to an all girls school) go to the mall or something and flirt it up.

Well, I'm sorry chica, but you HAVE to tell your parents if your pregnant. You have no choice. Actually you do, but you dont want to do that to your parents do you?! I first suggest that you get a pregnancy test, and find out if you are pregnant or not. If your not, then you have nothing to worry about (except being protected next time!) If you're pregnant, I suggest telling your parents. But.. you can just arrange to get an abortion without telling them. But I REALLY suggest telling your parents. Sure, they'll get super mad, but in the end they are just concerned about you.

Q: okay...well i have been having discharge really badly lately, since i think about 6 grade ive had it, but lately its been getting bad....sometimes it will cool off and not be so heavy...but then sometimes it gets thick and i can't stand it, is there any reason why? and does anybody know of any good meds. for it? all answers and ill rate 5's

Okay, dont worry unless its any color besides white or clear. Itchiness down there would be a yeast infection most likely. But if its normal white/clear discharge, every girl gets it before they start getting their beriod and between periods.

Q: okay so i went to the doctor and i have a problem with my knee and have to wear this huge ugly brace over my pants, its big ugly and soo bulky looking. i want to know if people will like point and stare? and will people think its ugly? and is it stupid to be like nervous to wear it in front of people?

Only rude people point. So if they do (which they probably wont) they arent worth being upset over. People probably wont stare-stare, but look. If you catch them staring jsut laugh and say "yeah, my knee is stupid." or make some other joke, because that wasnt very funny. (I thought of it in like a second, thats why)Its not stupid to be nervous, EVER, because some things make some people nervous, you cant control it. But I will say, there is nothing to be nervous about, nobody with despise you because of it.

Q: Im a girl, so i already know i'll suck more at guitar then guys. But, i'd like to start getting into guitars because music is one of my passions. I have long slender fingers so will that be an advantage when playing guitar? Okay well my question is, i want to play the song "vermilion pt. 2" on guitar, and I think its acoustic. I looked up the tabs. It said acoustic i think. Well anyways i was looking up acoustic guitars on google, and i also looked up electric guitars. And acoustic guitars are ugly! So, whats the difference between acoustic and electric guitars? Electric looks easier, but i dont know much when it comes to guitar. Electric is well... electric. You plug it into an amp and it gives a rock sound. Acoustic is not electric, and its ver soft and mellow. Electric is used in more songs, so you might want that. Or start with electric, then get an acoustic later.

Q: my boyfriend and i just got out of a heated argument. It lasted like an hr but i ignored him for like 48 hrs. Anyway ... we just made up and things are good again. But now he thinks i don't treat him like i used to. Meaning i treat him like one of my friends instead of a boyfirned. I have to disagree though.
