I've been have very vivid dreams about an old flame for the past 6 or 8 months and its starting to drive me insane. The twist to this story is that we we're childhood sweethearts from the age of 8 to 14. I'm now 19(20 next week) and we haven't spoken since 8th grade graduation. I can't shake this feeling lately that I still have feelings for him. As innocent as out relationship was being infatuated with someone for that long isn't something to easily let go of. There are so many reason I can't explain that make me feel as though we are soulmates. I've westled with the decision of whether or not I should contact him but have decided against it. I know that part of my recent obsession with him is my loniness and depression. As much as do feel like he's my soulmate its likely we'll never see eachother again. At this point I'm more concerned with forgeting him and stopping the dreams that make me dread going to sleep at night. What can I do to get over him?
i think it means somethings going to or has happened between the two of you that needs tobe soleved find his house call him its never too late to restart a friendship(execpt maybe in my case but thats my problem) as for getting over him you need to date other guys

Theres this kid who i am friends with and well hes really ugly (not trying to sound mean) and no one would ever like him like that. Well and hes kind of a loser and this girl he likes is kind of snobby and popular.. And her friend is setting him up so he looks like a fool. Okay this is really effed up and totally embarrasing but last night i had a dream. Im a 15 year old girl and it was about me and my father. We had just married or something and we were both in my room together..okay..and so i took everything iff except my underwear and he was fully clothes and he was laying on top of me and i was really horny but he didnt take off my underwear and then all he did was kiss me on my lips like you know a dad would usually do if he was going to work or something, anyways and in my dream all he did was tell me that he loves me. i have a lot of trouble getting to sleep. i can't switch off wheni go to bed and i feel tired a lot of the time. I have tried cutting out caffiene, herbal sleeping tablets and all the obvious things and nothing works. can you help
