Hi. I'm not on a diet, but whenever I talk to friends who follow a 'healthier diet' than myself, they always, always mention fruit smoothies as a great big help. And they mean it as in home made smoothies. They mention something about a blender fruits, milk and no sugar but I have nooo idea how to make them. Does anyone know how to? And are you supposed to add sugar?

well, Just listen to this.
As you are the family freind kind of guy. so spend some time with the both of them, and try including the little sister in your activities. (that will help to make her open up and stop acting as weird. she may still act weird around you but it will slowly subside)
After a while, find a way to ask her out in a kinda secretive yet casual manner.(you know, kinda like, "we just go watch a movie together or something")
[yeah you are feeling protective because you are a litlle jealous.(or something)]
I also recommend that you some how hint to your friend about his sister, kinda compliment her in his face or show that you care for her. He will notice this and ask you if you are checking her out. if he doesn't you bring it up.
If he says he doesn't mind go ahead.

If that is too ambitious for you, just stick to complimenting her.

Theres this boy who lives down the street from me. His family and my family are in like a seceret war...but that doesn't matter much.
The thing is this boy sucks at Spanish. In Spanish we were playing this game and he was the last one to finish. By accident I said "Wouldn't it be funny if he got [the answer] right?" I didn't mean to say it like that. I really meant because he was trying so hard and whatnot(he was takin a really long time to come up with an answer for the teacher). He took it totally wrong and sat down and looked at me with this angry glare and said "Lexie you have no life!!" I mean...i'm really sensitive, so this upset me considering our families aren't the closest friends and all. I just feel bad. Ieven told him that I didn't mean what I said. What do I do? Anyway,...here it goes.
Ok i was walking down the hallway of my school and our cafeteria has two doors. I was wearing a wedding dress and I entered the cafeteria through the furthest door. And when i walked in, there was no lunch tables. Instead,..the cafeteria was decorated with wedding decoratings. Everything was gorgeous and white. The wedding chairs, the peoples clothing, there was flowers,...roses white roses, and even Ryan's ((the groom)) tuxedo. After I walked in everyone started clapping and Ryan took a step towards me. Then we went through the ceromony. After that he was holding me while we were talking to someone and i whispered in his ear, "Where's our honeymoon gonna be at?" and he said something i dont remember and i just suddenly got all pissed at him and we started screaming at each other we were in each others face and then he kissed ne. And we were on a cruise ship ((honeymoon,...atleast i think so.)) We were in a dark room i was kind of clausterphobic ((i'm usually not like that)) and he was kissing me so passionatly it was amzazing,....and then we went all the way...

they have nothing do with reality.
you were probably thinking about this ryan (directly or on directly. you may have been thinking of the dyeing and your associative memory linked it to your bf and then linked it to your bf's x.)and were thinking about some kind of wedding (wedding is opposite of funeral) and the dream merged the two.as far as the honey moon peice,well, when you dreamt this, was it about 2 weeks before your period?
that may have had something to do with it.
were you sleeping in a deep sleep or not ( were you stirring in bed or no dead still)? you were probably in stage 3 or 4 of rem sleep.(moving around) this is the piece of sleep that gets the stuff that are currently happening and joins it with a bit of your imagination.
Remember, dreams occur only in the mind. in sleep the mind constantly xercises itself by remembering stuff, checking stuff, and calculating stuff. So you must have had a very active dream. you probably experienced in in very high detail.

I`m allowed one big thing for Christmas this year and I chose a digital camera. I would like to know what type of camera would be best ( and at a resonable price ; my dad is gettin a pay cut due to Delta`s Bankruptcy ) My grandparents are buying most of it for me so I am allowed a camera for no more then $400.
I would like it to have:
1) I want it to have a black & white setting
3) i would like it to shoot like 60 sec. videos
What amount of MegaPixels would be appropriate?? *i`mm using this for taking pic`s with me and my friends , i use camera`s frequently so i`m not sure about the MP size* And where can I buy a it more inexpensivley but still a good quality ? What brand do you think is best?

Like in your history menu, can some websites be stated even if you havnt been on those websites.
it can do it wih the favourites menu, like add sites to it that u havnt been on and that come back if youve deleted them. i didnt know if it was possible with history menu too.

it is a sign of virus or tracking cookie or somthing like that.
they usually appear when you go looking at
they can get into your computer and just mess up stuff(in attempt to get costumers)
but don't worry about it.
Also
somebody may be using yur computer when they are not around
you may want to put a check on that.

For a class in school, I have to do a debate against someone in front of the whole class. My topic is lowering the drinking age. I am AGAINST it..(con) I need to be able to talk for 2-5 minutes with GOOD facts, statistics, etc..about why I think that the drinking age should NOT be lowered. Then we are going to argue it out til one of us wins! I am doing this debate against my b/f! He is going to argue that it should be lowered. So I need some good facts that are reasons to be AGAINST lowering it! I am also afraid that I am not going to know what to say b/c I will get nervous and embarrassed! please help me out. 1. Alcohol is bad for the developing brain it kills out the neurons that are being developed especailly when you are under 18
2. we Teens are hype so lowering the drinking age will provide us easier access to alcohol and will in turn lead to more alcohol poisoning and more teenagers causing harm while DUI.
4. If minors start drinking at a younger age, they will get hoohed. addiction will settle in because they do not have enough mental discipline to not get hooked.
5. People do stupid things when they're drunk and someone who is young may not understand the consequences of what they're doing while under the influence.Teenagers also rule more with emotion rather than rationality and therefore many of them can't control the amount of alcohol they drink.
6. Giving teenagers access to alcohol will skyrocket the number of teens drinking.
7. teenege pregnancy will go up due to girls being seducted under tyhe influence.
8. rape numbers will go up as the new excitement will cause many teens to overdose and lose thier sense of reality and just want to do it with random strangers.
9. under the influence people might actually start watching oprah!

10. people willl not understand thier physics class and will start having nightgmares of a giant X chasing them.

12 talk about diseases occuring more due to underage exposure, cirrosis of liver and stuff.
13. this is the best. studies show that alcohol actually causes men to form breast.(due to fat and calories in the beer) and will cause the male reproductive organ not to function properly.(it is unable to erect and turn fully stiff).
14, people will become like bam margera and steve-o and they are just plain crazy.

Just a forewarning, this is a long one.
Everything at school used to be so easy. Then I got prescribed an anti-acne drug, and hit puberty - somewhere in there something went missing, went wrong. In the years since then, I've kind of slowly lost my purpose, occasionally it would come back, but I have no real "Drive" anymore. That is mainly what worries me. I have become the model of apathy, all the while worrying about it. I suppose that a lot of psychologists would call it depression, and try to make me "better". They would ask if I had suicidal thoughts and everything. The problem is that I live because I am living. I have suicidal thoughts, that don't MEAN anything, and I don't WANT to die - and I don't even know why, because I don't care about much anymore. I care, and I don't care. I wish I had real "fair-weather" friends, while at the same time I can't break away from my poisonous ones. My schoolwork is important, and I screw myself up worrying about it, when I could get it done so much faster without worrying, and be happy in my spare time. I don't even know why my schoolwork is important anymore, but I don't want to sacrifice it, because I know it would screw up the rest of my life. I play computer games, because I don't want to do homework, and I don't have the will to do anything that I need to do, or want to do. I keep a list of things I want to do when I have spare time, instead of wasting my life playing computer games, but somehow I feel that I will never do them, because I just go back and addict myself to a computer game. I know that I NEED to do things, and that I am screwing up my life, and I still just CAN'T find the discipline to DO anything.
So my question in short;
How do I find my will?
How do I discipline myself to do things that matter?
How do I find the courage to make new friends?
How do I shake that constant feeling of knowing I've been put in to boxes, and nobody knows who I am, and actually find people who will help me to feel happy? (link)

Any type of pills have freaky chemicals in them.
THey are supposede to be enzyme like and enzymes only affect a certain area. ( in this case acne)
But they have more preservatives and crap in them that affect other parts of you mentally mein. they are basically steroids. and steroids F*** you up. they stuunt groth and cause your own HORMONES to malfunction and/or even cease4 in production. do some researh on steroids and you will see how they mess you up.
Stop taking them. In a month or so you will feel better. Yes, a whloe month or more is neccessary to heal damage.
Fight acne the old way with water, dove soap, alcohol and busting them up with a needle.
(neosporin may help)
ps. I suggest you stay away for religious stuff( christian and satanic (including music) activities, books etc.) for that month until you think you are fully healed.

Everytime i shave my legs it hurts because of my razor bumps or burns whatever they're called. How do i get rid of razor burns because everytime i look at my legs i see little red dots where my hair would grow in. So is there anything i can buy or do to make my razor marks/burns/bumps go away?
