My name is Teza.. short for Tereza. I was born in Croatia and I speak more than one language. I'm 22 years old & I completed 2 college degrees in 3 years. My a bachelors is in Business Administration concentration in Human Resources and my Masters degree is also in HR.



I started this advice column about 9years ago and I was so young but it was something that I always loved to do. I am trying to get back to answering questions, at least a few per day. With that said, if you have questions about school, friends, make up, etc., feel free to ask.

Yeah i know this is like really random, but i was just wondering, how do you guys feel about the store Abercrombie and Fitch. I was reading about it online and so many people seem to hate it!!!

i don't really shop there that often but i was thinking of getting some clothes there for christmas and i was just wanted to know some of yall opinionss on it

I personally love it! It's one of my favorite stores. People who hate it, are haters! Lol, just kidding. But if people like preppy clothes, then it's fine. I don't think their clothes are slutty at all!! They have so much cute things there and the guy models are gorgeous!!

what do you do if you really like someone..but they dont know you. sounds weird i know but everytime i see this guy im like OmG i love you! haha well i dont say it but you know..i mean we dont go to different schools but its just everytime i see him my heart beats and beats..it skips a beat. =) but the thing.. i havent even talked to him yet! i guess hes like a ladies man so thats not goood..because every girl thinks hes a hottie! but what can i do to get his attention..because i dont think he knows who i am but im not one to go up to someone when i see them and start talking to them..plus he is always talking to other people so i never get the chance :( ugh! You can't get his attention any other way if you don't. So introduce yourself, and if he has a screen name try talking to him online. WelL..im really skinny and like sometimes i work on my stomach tho like my abs so i do situps and crunches..does this like reduce my butt anyway? cuz i have a REALLY SMALL butt lol and i kind of want to make it bigger..so i dont wanna do anything that would make it smaller ya know?

No. When you do sit ups and crunches it works your abs, not your butt. If you run a lot, and do leg exercises it might just make muscle on your butt.

i was at my freinds house at a sleepover, and my freind confessed that she prefers girls body's to boys. i started remembering the many times i changed in the same room with her ect. i completely blanked out and was speechless. she reasured the 5 of us that she would never hit on us. i have to see her in school tommorow. what should i do/say? i am 13 f

After finding out something like that, I understand that you feel okward. I know I would! However, she is still your friend. Don't just blow her off. She won't just hit on you guys. You are her friends, so be there for her and respect her for who she is. Don't act like it's a big deal. Put yourself in her position. How would you feel if your friends were all weird around you & such?

okayy i've had love handles since i was in 5th grade and now im in 8th and i can't stand them any longer! i hate seeing them hang over my jeans and then look at alll my friends that have their sides perfectly straight so i was wondering if anyone knew any way at all to get rid of them! Some people say side crunches but i don't know how to do those. So please either tell me how to do side crunches or tell me if theres any other way to get rid of them (i cant really run now cuz its cold and its snowing)

Mathilde’s Character analysis

I enjoyed The Necklace, by Guy de Maupassant very much, because of the way he described the main character. The way that he wrote about Mathilde, it seemed as though she existed. In my mind she was a sparkling and shimmering blob of bright colors and laughter. Mathilde is a pretty and charming girl who had little money, and less hope. Mme. Loisel lives in a moderate apartment, and she feels that she needs better. These factors make her extremely ungrateful, shallow, and very imaginative of a better life. Mathilde had married a middle class man named Mr. Loisel. He had very little money, only earning enough to buy essentials, and not the gowns and jewels Mathilde craved. Mr. Loisel did his best to buy all the essentials, but never less, Mathilde remained unsatisfied.
Mathilde is a very ungrateful woman whose husband, clothes, and surroundings never meet up to her expectations. In the short story, it specifically stated that ‘The walls were dirty. The chairs were worn out. The curtains were ugly. All these things another young bride might not have minded at all. But not she!’ Mathilde was not grateful when her husband got an invitation to the ball. She started carrying on about how she couldn’t go because her dress wasn’t fancy enough for the ball, and how wearing flowers instead of jewels was for poor people. Mathilde did not thank her husband even once for the invitation or the money that he gave her to buy the gown. What Mathilde doesn’t understand is that there are many people worse off than her in the world, and she should feel lucky to have a place to live and a loving husband. Therefore, Mathilde is shallow as well.
Mathilde’s traits show the characteristics of being exceedingly shallow. An example of her materialistic obsession is when she complains to her husband about not having a jewel to wear to the ball. “No, I can’t wear flowers”, she sighed. “There is nothing worse than to look poor among other women who are rich.” Another example of Mathilde being shallow is declining the ball invitation because of not having a gown to wear. Mathilde doesn’t care about having fun, or enjoying herself, only about her appearance. All of these selfish actions and thoughts let us see how shallow Mathilde really is. Mathilde probably imagined wearing luxurious gowns and dazzling diamonds everyday.
The third character trait of Madame Mathilde Loisel is being imaginative. She is good at imagining grandeur furnishings and clothes. Mathilde is not satisfied with Mr. Loisel, and she dreams about what would have happened if she had married a richer and more powerful man. During long days, Mms. Loisel would doze off and dream of candlelight diners, large grand rooms, and servants. Instead off trying to improve her lifestyle, she spends her time imagining what could be, and IF. One of the scenes that she imagines is talking to her rich and powerful friends in huge rooms at five o’clock tea. Mathilde fantasizes and dreams so much that she never ends up trying to make those imaginary scenes come true. Thus, Mathilde has an overactive imagination, along with the character traits of being ungrateful and shallow.
In conclusion, Mathilde is an interesting charactor to analyze. I like Mathilde as a character, because we can’t all be perfect, and Mrs. Loisel is an example of this. She made a few mistakes and she tried to make up for them. This is what makes her such a fascinating character to study. Having the character traits of ungrateful, shallow, and imaginative, are only the outer layer of Mrs. Loisel. It would take years to fully understand this woman, because like all human beings, she is twisted and wound around the complexities of the human mind and actions.

I would rate it about a 4. Your paragraphs started with the same thing. You also repeated a lot of the same things in it. Change up some words. Make it more interesting. If you don't want to that's fine, but it's pretty good. ♥

it kind of feels like i dont wanna hang out with anyone anymore..or like nobody wants to hang out with me? usually i would like NEVER be home! but lately its like im always home..i feel like such a loser because everyone is always out partying but its also hard because i dont have my license yet..only a couple months WooP wOoP! haha anyways i dont know what to doo...because i wanna go to stuff but i never get asked that much because people always have to have their stupid cliques and cant hang out with anyone not in it..you know?

That happens because you don't talk much to people. Just start talking to them. Be fun!! I'm sure people still want to hang out with you, but I think they get the wrong idea. They might think you don't want to hang out with them. Keep making new friends, be nice to everyone and you will have much more fun.

I HATE MY SMILE! its liek my mouth is really tiny so my smile is messed up and yeah..my eyes get really squinty so like everytime i see a guy i dont wanna smile..well i do anyways but i feel self-conscious about it because i really dont like it..and thats how some girls flirt you know by smiling..but they have cute smiles mine is just ick..and even my family makes fun of me =0 haha they kno im not good at it and like taking pictures! but yeah i dont know im a very happy person but smilining is just not my thing-even tho i would want it to be and ive even had braces and all that shizz!

im really starting to not know what to wear anymore! it seems like everything i wear is ugly..because im sick of all the clothes i have haha. and i cant go buy new ones since christmas is coming up and blahhhh.. i dont know?! and i cant wear tshirts because our school is not very warm and its also about 0 degrees where i am haha. but yeah any suggestions?

How about long sleeve t-shirts, matched with a cute skarf? Just try & mix and match your outfits. I mean, Christmas is just 2 weeks away so you don't have to wait for long.

Noo!!! I love brown eyes!! Well since I have brown eyes, I want green. Guys don't necesarally look at a girl and think ew she has brown eyes so I'm not going to talk to her. It's not like that. They all look for different things. Guys don't go for the blonde & blue eyed chicks and if they did that's really messed up!! Brown eyes are very gorgeous. You just have to know how to work them. :)

i really hate being WHITE well not like white but like i usually go tanning because i think i loook better tan..(well everyone does) but yeahh anyways im starting to run outta tans i have one more left and im not gettin anymore till christmas =0 what do i do!? i look so ugly when im not tan..i think thats what some guys are attracted to..or i think it makes me look a lil better. and like bronzer wont make me as tan as like going tanning would.

Since you're not getting it until Christmas, try not to use to much. Use it when you need it, not just for no reason. Wait until then. There are only 2 weeks until Christmas. Since it's colder, wear jeans & cute sweaters. For your face, use foundation.

The first thing that would help you would be if you feel comftrable with yourself and with other people. If you do, it will make flirting easier. Don't think of it as a challange. It's supposed to be fun!! I'll give you some tips. -Look your best. -Don't be insecure. -Use good posture & make eye contact. -Laugh, start good conversations. -Use body language. Twirl your hair, smile & HAVE FUN!! The guys won't judge you. Just relax.

well my hair is sort of thin...and it seems like everyday toward the end of the schoolday or anyday it kinda gets icky and greasy?! and its layered so it makes it worse since it goes every other way then..ugh! i HATE my hair haha seriously im not even kidding..well any advicE?! and my mom just bought me this new stuff to put in ur hair before straightening that cost like 12 freakin dollars and i think thats some of it..but it said its suppose to help my hair from gettin so many split ends..i dont know! any help? tHAnkS!

I think that stuff you are using is causing it. A lot of girls have this problem with their hair. Don't use a lot of it though. Try switching your shampoo, make sure you rinse out the conditioner VERY well & blow dry your hair. If you leave it wet, it gets greasy.

I'm gonna try and explain the best way I can because I don't want to get banned. Once you guys get in the "mood" and all that fun stuff, you can eather use 1 or 2 fingers. A lot of girls feel pleasure when it's on the G-spot. If you don't know what that is, just go to google and type it in. Girls can get orgasms a lot easier just by that spot.
