I had a dream about almost doing it w/ a guy I liked and so I told my friend about it... and I've never had one of those dreams before and so she told me that in her dream she actually did it w/ some movie star guy and so then later we were talking and I was talking about the movie Alexander and how thered be eye candy for all the girls and she's like what is the matter with you? Your obsessed w/ cussing and sex!! And Im not!! Just because I had one dream about that... does that mean I am? Im really confused!

don't worry about the grade difference. it doesn't matter, all that matters is that you're happy. it might be different if you were in 8th trying to date a 5th grader, but you're not. it's perfectly normal, so do what makes you happy.

Over the summer I got really close with my ex and his best friend. Me and my ex were thinking about getting back together, but it never happened. My ex's best friend started having feelings for me and everytime I would talk about my ex to him or get advice from him, he would act different and get quiet. I knew he didn't like me talking about him and I knew I couldn't talk to him about my ex anymore so when he asked questions or began to talk about him I either didn't say anything or I just lied about my feelings for my ex. Was this a good thing to not hurt my ex's friend? or was it not?

avoid making it seem like you like them. if he still asks you out, then you can use the o so hated answer of "let's just be friends" but if he still asks you out, and you don't like him like that, just tell him. be nice about it. and avoid the friends line. no body likes to hear that, am i right? if he doesn't ask you out but doesn't get the hint, talk to him about a crush you have on someone, and mention a name, otherwise he may start to think it's him. best of luck!

alrighty..well I am 14 and a female & I have this really good guy friend but a few months ago I started feeling differently about him..I told one of my friends and of course she had a big mouth and everyone knew..including him*. So he started being a jerk around me and just ignored me so I figured two could play that game & I just got really pissed at him. I was really hurt that he would ever treat me like that. So then, about 2 weeks later we were all hanging out together like usual but it felt really awkward between me and him. So he pulled me aside and we talked everything out & the only reason why he wasnt talking to me was bcuz the person I told that I liked him went back and told him that I absolutely hated him and never wanted to talk to him again..so yea..we hugged and made up all was well..and I also found out that he liked me too...and from what I know..he still does and so do I..but a few weeks ago he told everyone he was gonna ask me out that night but he never showed..i didn't want to start anything again so I just dropped it, but my friend didnt she told him that he didnt know how to treat girls and he wasnt boyfriend material. This bothered him..I would know bcuz I'm the one he came to and he also wanted to make sure he wasnt being a jerk to me...I know he cares about me and I want to be more than friends but hes too scared to make the move..and my theory is that guys should be the one to make the 1st move..what should i do? this has been going on for too long now.

so talk to him. ask him about the rumor about him asking you out. tell him that you're not worried about his habits as a boyfriend because you didn't fall for his habits, you fell for him. i'd be more scared of letting it spill to your friend that told him you hated him that you like him still, she doesn't exactly seem to have your back. so go talk to the boy, they like it more if the girl is upfront with them.
and find out why your friend said that to him. friends shouldn't do that. she may like him or be jealous or something, so just try and smooth things over with her. best of luck!

next time he calls, have an excuse as to why you can't talk, premade and everything. then call him back a little later and tell him you only have about ten minutes. or just tell him that at the beginning of his call...
best advice i can think of is to talk to him about it. it can even be on the phone, and at least then you'd have something to talk about, right? just tell him that sometimes when he calls it's not always the best time, but that because you love him so much you don't really want to just ditch him on the phone. try having a set amount and time you two talk every night. like, 7:30 or something, for twenty minutes. that way the insanity is confined to 20 minutes once a day. maybe, i'm sure you'll figure out something perfect for you two
