avoid making it seem like you like them. if he still asks you out, then you can use the o so hated answer of "let's just be friends" but if he still asks you out, and you don't like him like that, just tell him. be nice about it. and avoid the friends line. no body likes to hear that, am i right? if he doesn't ask you out but doesn't get the hint, talk to him about a crush you have on someone, and mention a name, otherwise he may start to think it's him. best of luck!

LoL uMmM i hate it when this happens... tell him polietly that u would rather not loose him as a friend... so u guys should stick with bein bUdS! and dont let him keep persisting u... guys do that all the time... if he dosent take no 4 an answer.... then u got a problem! but good luck! or find another hottie and he'll leave ya alone! or u can use the "my bf can kick ur ass" line

Personally, I would just tell them the truth. Try something like "Look, I think you're a really nice person and all, but I'm not interested in dating anyone right now". I mean, don't lie about it, just tell them the truth. Chances are, most people will respect your honesty more than some B.S. (which is usually obvious, not to mention stupid). Plus, you may end up liking the person later on, in which case you'll be glad you were honest.
