wear your hair half up and half down with your bangs hanging down.

physicals don't usually include taking your clothes off. usually they check ears, eyes, nose, your breathing, your reflexes, and general stuff like that. you'll probably have to pee in a cup. and perhaps a few shots. no worries, you'll be fine.
