Q: I'm in track and I do the hurdles. And I made it to states ( i got 15.07)at the regular meet but when I practice i get like 17.00. And i have no clue why I don't do good at practice. Like a try and stuff like that but i dont know it's weird. Does anyone have advice to be better at hurdles or anything?

you don't do as well at practice because you don't have the adrenaline that you do in races, its normal you shouldn't be able to go as fast in practice

Q: so im a girl and im 14. and ive been sweating under my arm pits alot lately. and i mean ALOT of sweat. so ive been wear shirts under neath my other shirts. and its not working. and i have changed deo derants and all and it is still there! and my mom says it will go away. so i was them like 10 times a day. and its so nasty. what can i do to make it go away? right now im using guys deoderant bcuz girls doesnt work.

i had the exact same problem. i went to the dermatologist and she prescribed me Drysol, you just put it on your armpits before u go to bed and you don't sweat for like a week it works amazing. i've also heard Certain Dri, a strong deodorant u can get at the drugstore works well too but i've never tried it

Q: Okay i know that all scary movies are fake and stuff. It's just that at night when I'm in my bed i always think about the grudge, freddy, jason, micheal myers, and all that stuff. And i don't know how to stop thinking about it. And one time I was at a party and I did Bloody Mary which scared the crap at of me. And after i did it I got so scared i had to sleep with my parents for like 5 months and at school someone would have to come to the bathroom with me(not in the same stall though) But anyways.. I don't know how to not be scared any more.. Does anyone have ideas?

just remember their all actors and that none of it is real, and it helps if you watch a movie with an actor that was in one of those scary movies like that isn't scary so you see that they do a lot of movies and none of its real

don't take it out and let it close!! then you have to get it peirced again and tht sucks. just put some alcohol or some other kind of antiseptic on your ears and it'll heal

join a sports team like cross country and you'll make a ton of new friends! and join clubs. just keep in touch w/your friends through AIM or email or phone and make arrangements to go visit them so you've got somethin to look forward to

go buy some after sun cooling lotion like thats really moisturizing and keep applying it like allllll the time and it should keep you from peeling

Q: I have a geometry final exam tomorrow and i have to make an 80 on it to pass the class....does anyone have any tips for me so help remember formulas and any way to help me study because its like i cant stay focused or remember anything! so any tips on remembering and focusing would really help!

well geometry finals, from what i've heard, (i get to exempt mine!) are pretty easy because it will probobly be multiple choice like all finals are. to remember formulas just work out a few problems using each formula til you get the hang of it and it'll probobly stick

i'm sure hes just kidding around guys do it a lot escpecially if they like someone...i doubt hes that big of an asshole that he would actually tell a girl she was ugly guys dont usually do that

(it was a church retreat. We were helpers lol for the little kids) so at the end of the night when its time to leave and we are right next to each other in the seat but my friend is between us and he got up and kept looking back at me and then he just left no good bye and didn’t ask for a number or anything! what does that mean? What happened?

Maybe he was too scared to ask you for your number or he didn't wanna ask you in front of your friend, and maybe the reason he kept looking back at you is because he wanted you to ask him for his number or he wanted to say something. Its hard to say since i wasn't there lol but it sounds like he likes you, so since y'all were at the same church retreat he probobly goes to your church so maybe you'll see him there.
