I've been on pointe for 6 months now, and I have to say that it is the most painful thing ever. We're mostly only doing stuff at the barre right now, but whenever we do anything my circulation is cut off starting at my toes. And I usually get to a point where I feel like my big toe is literally bleeding.

No one else in my class seems to be experiencing any pain.

I'm in russian pointes with regular ouch pouches (used to use plain lambs wool then switched in the same pair of shoes)


should i give up now or endure it?

i really hate ballet, it's just so torturous. but whenever i'm not taking dance classes i miss it really badly. so i don't know how i feel about it after all.

You should talk to your dance teacher and see if there is anything else you can put in your shoe for comfort. She might know how to help or you might be able to ask someone at a dance store. There must be a way for it not to hurt as much. It isnt going to be the most comfortable thing no matter what you do, but you shouldnt be suffering.

My boyfriend is like a "nerd". It's hard to to explain why, but believe me, he is.
When I first started going out with him, I knew that he'd be very prude because he went out with my best friend a year ago, and they went out for 7 months, and he never even attempted to kiss her.
One year later, I went out with him, [ still am ]. He tried kissing me on the first day, and tried making out with me on the second.
First of all, why do you think hes like this?

At the pool today, he grabbed me and started rubbing me aginst him, and he was REALLY HARD. & He grabbed my butt. He was bascily like grinding me. I loved it, but I mean, do you think this is too fast? I don't want to show that im easy, cause i'm not. Im 13, and this is my first boyfriend.

He asked me if I liked it, and I just said yes. Could I have said something differnt? Whenever he does something "new" he always asks that, and I just say "yes". What else could I say.

Obviously this boy really likes you, because he didn't make any moves on your friend and thats why he did what he did. And as for you guys moving too fast, do whatever you wanna do. If something he does doesn't feel right, let him know. If he respects you, then he wouldn't want to make you uncomfortable. Instead of telling him yes, say you think you guys are going too fast or if you think you guys are too young. Communicate. Take things one step at a time.

I feel kind of ridiculous asking this, but it's really bothering me. Today I was wearing a denim skirt and the zipper fly was stuck for some reason. I was wearing a long top with the skirt. Since the zipper fly was stuck and unzipped, it was kinda sticking out, forming a little bump in my shirt in that area. Hopefully I explained that so it made sense. But yeah, anyway... what would you think if you saw someone with that happening to them... I just hope I didn't look like a complete idiot.

Haha, that happened to me at formal. I just told everyone what had happened. Usually theres a bump there in a denim skirt, and my friends really didn't care. I'm sure no one even noticed.

I dated this guy for a month.
He's a nice guy, but have bad temper. There're so much differences between us. HOwever, we also have the same option on the overall view of life. We fighted a lot (2 out of 3 times when we went out)considered the period of time we dated.

Now, he doesn't talk to me at all. No emails, no txt, no calls. I know we couldn't work out as couple, but I'd like still be friend, but he obviously doesn't want to...what do I do?

Sadly, this happens in most relationships. Over time, you guys will prolly be friends again but dont but in the time and effort. Him acting like that is lame, and he will eventually miss talking to you.

Okay, so my boyfriend and I have been going out for more than a year (I broke up with him once a couple months back for another guy but we got back together). I love him, but lately he has been criticizing things I do, even good things, making good grades, even my clothes and hair. He says he still loves and cares about me. Then there is this other guy. Him and I have been good friends for a while, but then a week ago we both just randomly started flirting with each other. Our parents are friends, and we both show animals, so we see each other a lot. After the flirting, we both realized we like each other. His girlfriend broke up w/ him for another guy a couple weeks ago, and he says I'm the only one he wants now. I like him, but I dont want to dump my longtime boyfriend if it turns out to be a mistake like it was last time. It feels so right to be with the other guy, but I dont want to break my boyfriends heart again...I'm so confused...help

Do what will make you happy. Don't let the fear of hurting someone else hold you back. It might be a mistake, but it also could be everything you want. Love is all about taking risks, and in this situation I think you should.

I'm 17/f and he's 21/m. We've been together since July 5th of 2005. It's the first serious relationship each of us has had.

Everthing was going wonderfully between us until the beginning of this year. We fought over stupid things. I kept getting really angry with him because he wouldn't go get a job and all he cared about was playing his computer and video games. He IS in college though and is going for internet security, so that was a good thing. Most of the time we worked through whatever problems we might have had, though. I really got better at respecting his hobbies and such. Plus he finally has a job now. Okay.

Lately though, I just feel like I don't want to be around him because I know it will be boring or he'll just make me angry in some shape or form. I don't want to hang out with just him because I know we'll just sit around and be bored because there's nothing to do.

Whenever he calls to say goodnight or something, sometimes I don't even pick up the phone because there's nothing to talk about or I don't even want to talk to him.

The point I'm getting to is that I think I might be falling out of love with him. I don't know if maybe it's because I see him too much or what, but I see our relationship more as really best friends instead of loving boyfriend and girlfriend. I know I care about him because I would never want him out of my life.

So my question is, how do I fall back in love with him? How do I make our relationship more fun and loving? We've been together for nearly two years and I can't figure out a way to keep things as lively as they were the first few months we went out.

At this point, I'm not sure a "break" would work for us because I'm going to college in the fall. If we took a break, that would be it and I know we'd be done. So that's a last resort.

I know that deep down, some part of me needs to stay with him and keep loving him because I'm asking this question. I want to find that part of me and bring it out. I want to be just as much in love with this man as I was the first time I told him.

Any advice?

This has happened in many of the relationships I've been in. You feel kind of, unsure and confused. Part of you wants to stay with him and love him, but the other wants something different.

Sometimes, you fall out of love with a person and you dont have any control over that. The only thing you can do is think about it. Everything you guys have gone through, and if its truely what you want to work at then stay with him. But if your still unsure, I would let things go. You could be wasting your time with him, and letting something even better pass you by.

Listen to your heart, and talk things out with him. Tell him how you feel, he might feel the same way and you guys can go from there.

If you go to Burlington, they have cute brand-name purses that have been reduced in price. Macy`s also has cute ones, I got a XOXO purse there for $30, but still adorable.

Yes, Sun-In works well, but be careful because it brings out your natural highlights. My cousin tried it on her blonde hair and she ended up having orange streaks because thats what her hair color was as a baby.

The morning after pill doesnt just work for "the morning after." It works within 5 days of having sex. If you can't get it that day, just go the next day.
