I'm ditto-ing the girl below me. www.myxertones.com really does work. The only reason you would get charged for it is if you didnt have free texting outside of your cellphone company. It sends the ringtone to you from your email.

Yea, most free ringtones are scams. You can record things on my phone and make them ringtones, so I just record a song when it's playing REALLY loud and set it as the ringer.
That might work for you.. I don't know what phone you have though. =]

It just annoyed me I got scammed, so I figured I'd help others not get scammed.
