Those are my favorites, but you really could just google contact buttons, and I'm sure a ton of sites would come up.
Also, you might be able to find a site that shows you how to make the codes, and then you could make those images into buttons yourself.

I really only use ONE site and thats [Link](Mouse over link to see full location) ; they have some really good layouts/add buttons/message buttons/anything you can think of for myspace.
All the links to eerything are on the left side of your screen.
They update ALL the time.
